Description

Paint coating packaging bag
Technical Field
The invention relates to a packaging bag, in particular to a packaging bag for containing paint.
Background
The traditional method for packaging paint coating is to use a metal can with water-blocking and air-blocking effects such as a seamless can or a pop can, but because the paint coating has corrosivity to metal materials, in order to ensure that the metal can is not corroded and damaged due to contact with the paint coating, organic resin is coated in the can to prevent the contained paint coating from directly contacting the metal materials, so that the corrosion resistance of the container is improved, the possibility that the air tightness is lost due to holes generated by the corrosion of the metal wall surface is reduced, and the paint coating is prevented from being affected with damp, oxidized and deteriorated.
However, the volume and shape of the metal cans are fixed, so that they are limited by the solid type during storage and transportation, and thus the metal cans cannot be efficiently stored in a dense space, and from the viewpoint of transportation, the number of seamless cans stored in the fixed space is small, which necessitates more space or more times of transportation, thereby increasing the cost.
In addition, in the use condition of the metal can, due to the characteristics that the paint coating is high in viscosity and adheres to the wall, all the paint coating in the can body is difficult to pour out, so that the residual paint coating is remained in the can body, and waste or secondary pollution is caused.
Further, the metal can is difficult to completely discharge the contained paint during use, resulting in a waste of paint remaining in the can. It is an improvement goal of the industry to find another packaging type suitable for paint coatings to improve the above problems.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the paint packaging bag of the present invention, which is suitable for packaging paint 1, is embodied as a bag body 100 having a substantially rectangular appearance. In the first embodiment, the paint 1 is illustrated as a commercially available paint or other liquid coating made of polymer material and corrosive to metal, but the first embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned characteristics.
Referring to fig. 2, the first embodiment includes two inner films 2 cooperating with each other to define a containing space 20 suitable for containing the paint 1, two main films 3 covering the inner films 2, and two outer films 4 covering the main films 3. The inner film 2, the main film 3, and the outer film 4 are bonded to each other by an adhesive, which is not particularly limited as long as the function of the first embodiment is not affected, so as to prevent the adjacent films from being peeled. Since the adhesive is only one prior art example of the bonding means between the inner film 2 and the main mold 3 and between the main film 3 and the outer film 4, the adhesive is not a technical feature of the present invention, and thus is not shown in the drawings. In addition, the number of the inner membrane 2, the main membrane 3 and the outer membrane 4 is not limited, and the number of the inner membrane, the main membrane and the outer membrane may be one, as long as the accommodating space 20 for accommodating the paint 1 is formed in a surrounding manner.
The inner films 2 are thin films with a thickness of 10 μm to 200 μm, and peripheral areas of the two inner films 2 are bonded to each other through hot melting and bonding processes to form the accommodating space 20 for hermetically accommodating the paint 1. In addition, since the inner film 2 is in direct contact with the paint coating 1, corrosion resistance is necessary for the material selection in consideration of the corrosive property of the paint coating 1. Therefore, the material of the inner film 2 can be selected from cast polypropylene (CPP) or Polyethylene (PE), and preferably Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), so as to improve the corrosion resistance grade of the inner film 2, and avoid the oxidation-reduction reaction between the inner film 2 and the paint 1, which leads to the loss and even the rupture of the inner film 2.
Referring to fig. 3, each main film 3 includes a metal layer 31 and two protective layers 32 respectively disposed on opposite sides of the metal layer 31. The metal layer 31 is connected to the protection layer 32 by the adhesive. The metal layer 31 of the first embodiment is an aluminum foil with a thickness of 6 μm to 18 μm, and due to the material characteristics of the aluminum metal, the penetration of water vapor and the passage of oxygen from the outside into the accommodating space 20 can be simultaneously limited to react with the paint 1, so that the excellent barrier effect is exerted, and the paint 1 is prevented from being oxidized, dampened or deteriorated. In addition, since the aluminum foil has better ductility, the overall appearance of the first embodiment may be slightly deformed depending on the environment to facilitate storage, compared to a metal can having a fixed shape.
Each of the passivation layers 32 has a thickness of 15 μm to 300 μm, and has a base portion 321 and a first plating portion 322 formed on a side of the base portion 321 away from the metal layer 31 by a deposition technique such as evaporation and sputtering. The material of the base portion 321 may be Nylon (Nylon), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP). The material of the first plating part 322 can be selected from halogen resin of polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) and aluminum oxide (Al)2O3) And metal oxides of magnesium oxide (MgO), silicon nitride (SiN), and silicon nitride compounds of silicon oxynitride (SiON). It is particularly noted that the protection layer 32 itself also has water blocking and air blocking effects, and the design that the protection layer 32 is attached to the two opposite sides of the metal layer 31 can further improve the blocking capability of the main film 3, so that the accommodating space 20 can achieve a completely airtight effect.
According to the above-mentioned material combination of the protective layer 32, two implementation aspects of the first embodiment are illustrated below:
in a first embodiment, polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) is attached to the side of the base portion 321 away from the corresponding metal layer 31 by evaporation to form the first thin plated portion 322, so that the compactness of the material is improved, thereby further improving the water blocking capability. The base portion 321 is made of any one of Nylon (Nylon), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or polypropylene (PP) as described above, and can exert the flexibility and the high puncture strength of the material, so that the base portion can be tightly attached to the metal layer 31 and can be deformed therewith, and the effect of protecting the soft metal layer 31 is achieved, and the metal layer 31 is prevented from being damaged by external impact. In this embodiment, the polypropylene (PP) may be formed into any one of an oriented polypropylene (OPP) film, a biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film, or a cast polypropylene (CPP) film according to different film processing processes, thereby meeting different environmental requirements.
The second embodiment is to mix alumina (Al)2O3) The first plating portion 322 is deposited to form a thin layer by sputtering on the side of the base portion 321 made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) away from the corresponding metal layer, so that the water-blocking capability is further improved due to the higher density property, and the first embodiment has better corrosion resistance and structural strength. In addition, due to aluminum oxide (Al)2O3) The oxygen barrier function is provided, so that the protective layer 32 has the function of gas barrier, thereby further improving the barrier capability of the first embodiment.
The thickness of the outer film 4 is 5 μm to 50 μm, and the material can be selected from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or Nylon (Nylon), so that the outer film 4 can be used for chromatography printing to achieve a fine appearance effect by exerting the characteristic that the materials have good printing adaptability, and in addition, the outer film 4 has strong supporting force and impact resistance because the materials have strong material strength, thereby strengthening the overall structural strength of the first embodiment and being less susceptible to permanent deformation, fracture and the like caused by external force.
In the aluminum metal film making process, due to the influence of factory environment factors such as tiny dust, humidity or temperature, the metal layer 31 is easy to generate holes (Pinhole), and when the metal layer 31 is slightly impacted or pulled from the outside, cracks (Crack) are easily generated along the holes, so that the function of blocking water vapor and oxygen is lost. Therefore, due to the flexible characteristic of the protection layer 32 and the symmetrical fit to the structural features of the two opposite sides of the metal layer 31, the tensile strength, the cohesion and the puncture resistance of the metal layer 31 are improved, so that the damage caused by external impact or pulling is avoided, the blocking capability of the main film 3 is maintained, and the deterioration of the paint 1 is avoided.
In addition, since the metal layer 31 is made of aluminum foil, the characteristic of better ductility of the material is exerted, so that the first embodiment has better ductility, the appearance of the bag body 100 with a generally rectangular shape can be slightly deformed, the bag body is less prone to be limited by the environment in storage, and a plurality of first embodiments are easier to be in close contact with each other to achieve dense storage. In order to effectively utilize the residue, the flexible and squeezable property of the metal layer 31 is utilized to squeeze the bag body 100 to discharge the contained paint 1, so that the paint 1 remained in the bag body 100 is reduced, and the waste and the recontamination can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 4, a second embodiment of the paint packaging bag of the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment: each of the passivation layers 32 further has a second plating portion 323 formed between the base portion 321 and the metal layer 31 by deposition techniques such as evaporation and sputtering. Specifically, the material of the second plating portion 323 is selected to be the same as the material of the first plating portion 322. The second embodiment not only has better performance in air tightness, but also can further improve the puncture resistance of the protection layer 32, so that the packaging structure of the bag body 100 has higher strength, and can bear larger external force without being damaged.
