Referring to fig. 1 and 6, as another preferred embodiment of the present application, the present application further includes a triggering module 11 disposed in the transportation box 1, where the triggering module 11 may monitor the volume of ice water in the transportation box 1 and trigger the circulating ice making system 100 and the valve module 10 to operate.
In a specific case of this embodiment, the triggering module 11 includes a floating plate 111 and a set of electrode pads 112, the floating plate 111 is movably disposed in the transportation box 1 and elastically connected to the floating plate 111, and the electrode pads 112 are disposed on opposite surfaces of the floating plate 111 and the transportation box 1.
Of course, the triggering module 11 is not limited to the above-mentioned one mechanical alternative structure, and may be replaced by an infrared distance measuring sensor or an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, for example, to measure the height of the water level in the transportation box 1 in real time and control the operation of the circulating ice making system 100 and the valve module 10.
In practical application, as the content of ice water in the transportation box 1 increases, the floating plate 111 is driven to move upwards as shown in fig. 1 under the action of buoyancy until the electrode plates 112 contact with each other, and the circulating ice making system 100 and the valve module 10 are triggered to work.
The working principle of the application is as follows:
aquatic products (or different types of aquatic products) are respectively placed into refrigeration areas at different positions in the inner frame body 412 along the feeding window and the storage window for refrigeration, the storage window is blocked through the blocking cover 413, the refrigerated ice blocks are placed in the storage areas, when the aquatic products are transported for a long time, the ice blocks in the storage areas are gradually melted into ice water and fall into the bottom of the transport box body 1 through the ice storage seat 424, the volume of the ice blocks is gradually reduced, at the moment, under the action of gravity of the aquatic products, the sliding seat 423 drives the outer frame body 411 and the inner frame body 412 to move downwards in the direction shown in figure 1, under the meshing action between the gear 422 and the rack 421, the inner frame body 412 rotates in the downward moving process, so that the refrigeration areas at different positions successively reach the position closest to the ice block storage area, and the aquatic products at all positions can be refrigerated uniformly, the aquatic products on the inner side cannot be refrigerated and deteriorated due to the traditional stacked aquatic products placement are avoided, the floating plate 111 is driven to move upwards as shown in the figure 1 under the action of buoyancy along with the increase of the content of ice water in the transportation box body 1 until the electrode plates 112 are contacted, the circulating ice making system 100 and the valve module 10 are triggered to work, in the process, the controller 7 controls the water pump 6 to work, ice water in the transportation box body 1 is discharged into the space between the forming die holders 52 along the ice water discharge holes, when the amount of the ice water in the forming die holders 52 reaches a saturation value, the controller 7 controls the electric valve 55 to be closed, the ice water between the forming die holders 52 is frozen into ice blocks through the freezing action of the freezing box 51, then the first electric telescopic rod 53 is contracted to drive the forming die holders 52 to move towards two sides as shown in the figure 2, under the action of the material ejecting seat 54, the auxiliary ice blocks are separated from the forming die holders 52 and fall into the material loading die blocks 8 through the valve plate 56, when the quantity of the ice cubes frozen in the feeding box 81 reaches the maximum value, the controller 7 controls the electromagnet 103 to be electrified and attracted, the sliding plate 101 moves, the through hole 102 is overlapped with the discharge port 83, meanwhile, the second electric telescopic rod 85 works to drive the push plate 84 to move along the feeding box 81, the ice cubes in the feeding box 81 are pushed into the storage area between the sliding seat 423 and the ice storage seat 424, the supplement work of the ice cubes is further realized, and the effect of circular freezing is realized.
