When the flip-type packaging box is used, firstly, the flip-type packaging box 5 is conveyed to a station through the conveyor belt assembly 48, and then the conveyor belt assembly 48 is closed; then the spray gun body 12 is placed into the bottom packing box 10, and the spray gun body 12 is abutted against the packing box baffle 22; the cover closing driving electric cylinder 36 is started, the double-arc rocker arm type cover closing device 2 and the cover socket closing device 3 are driven to move by the extension of the cover closing driving electric cylinder 36, the air inlet connector 21 can be inserted into the top air bag top opening 30, then the packaging box flip cover 11 is driven to rotate and close by the rotation of the flip cover pressing plate 42, the packaging box flip cover 11 is tightly attached to the top of the bottom packaging box 10, meanwhile, the packaging box side sealing cover 25 is driven to rotate by the relative rotation between the side sealing plate driving plate 43 and the flip cover pressing plate 42, the side sealing cover ear plate 26 is inserted into the packaging box side groove 23, and the closing of the flip type packaging box 5 is completed; in the process, the top airbag support rod 18 is clamped and slides into the bottom airbag circular hole 27, and the bottom self-sealing air nozzle 16 is pushed into the bottom airbag circular hole 27, so that the bottom of the bottom self-sealing air nozzle 16 and the top filling airbag 17 are not sealed, and at the moment, the bottom airbag body 14 and the top filling airbag 17 are communicated with each other; and finally, inflating towards the bottom air bag body 14 and the top filling air bag 17 which are communicated through the air inlet joint 21, respectively completing the position limitation of the spray gun body 12 from two directions of the side surface and the top through the expansion of the bottom air bag body 14 and the top filling air bag 17, and retracting the cover closing driving electric cylinder 36 after the inflation is completed.
The actual operation process is simple and easy, and the flip type packing box 5 is only required to be conveyed to the station through the conveyor belt assembly 48, and then the conveyor belt assembly 48 is closed; then the spray gun body 12 is placed into the bottom packing box 10, and the spray gun body 12 is abutted against the packing box baffle 22; next, the lid-closing driving electric cylinder 36 is started, and the double-arc rocker arm type lid closing device 2 and the lid socket closing device 3 are driven to move by the extension of the lid-closing driving electric cylinder 36, so that the package flip 11 is rotationally pressed on the bottom package 10 and the side cover ear plate 26 is inserted into the package side groove 23; and finally, inflating towards the bottom air bag body 14 and the top filling air bag 17 which are communicated through the air inlet joint 21, completing the position limitation of the spray gun body 12 through the expansion of the bottom air bag body 14 and the top filling air bag 17, and retracting the cover closing driving electric cylinder 36 after the inflation is completed.
