According to some embodiments of the disclosure, the base module comprises:
a floor assembly;
a cab floor assembly tiltably disposed relative to the floor assembly;
a locking device disposed on the floor assembly for locking the cab floor assembly to the floor assembly or unlocking the cab floor assembly from the floor assembly so that the cab floor assembly is reversible with respect to the floor assembly;
a control system provided on the floor assembly for controlling vehicle running or work, the cab floor assembly being covered over at least a portion of the control system in a state where the cab floor assembly is locked to the floor assembly; and
a seat assembly disposed on the cab floor assembly.
According to some embodiments of the disclosure, the housing module comprises:

As shown in fig. 1-7, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a cab including a base module 1, a housing module 2, and a quick-connect structure. The base module 1 is intended to be connected to the chassis of a vehicle. The housing module 2 is covered above the base module 1. The quick connect structure includes a latch structure C1 and catch structures C2, C3. The locking pin structure C1 includes a locking pin C11 provided suspensibly on one of the base module 1 and the housing module 2 and a pin hole for cooperation with the locking pin C11 provided on the base module 1 and the housing module 2. The latch structures C2, C3 include a first latch portion and a second latch portion for mating with the first latch portion, one of the first latch portion and the second latch portion is disposed on the base module 1, and the other is correspondingly disposed on the housing module 2.

As shown in fig. 3 and 6, in some embodiments, detent structures C1 are provided on the left and/or right side of base module 1 and housing module 2.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the lock pin C11 includes a lock pin body C110, a ball C111 provided on the lock pin body C110 and extendable and retractable in a radial direction of the lock pin body C110, and a pressing part C112 provided on the lock pin body C110, the pressing part C112 being for driving the ball C111 to extend or retract in the radial direction of the lock pin body C110 to lock or unlock the lock pin C11 with or from the pin hole. The latch structure C1 further includes a lanyard C12, one end of the lanyard C12 being secured to the base module 1 or the housing module 2 and the other end being secured to the latch C11.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the latch structures C2, C3 are disposed on the front and/or rear sides of the base module 1 and housing module 2.
To further enhance the connection strength and anti-loosening capability of the connection structure between the base module and the housing module, in some embodiments, the quick-connect structure includes a bolt-connection structure C4. The bolt connection structure C4 includes a bolt and a nut, and the bolt is engaged with the nut through the base module 1 and the housing module 2. The bolt can adopt a quick connecting bolt to shorten the assembling time.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, in some embodiments, the bolt connection structures C4 are provided on the left and/or right side of the base module 1 and the housing module 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the base module 1 includes a floor assembly 11, a cab floor assembly 13, a latch 12, a control system, and a seat assembly 14.
The cab floor assembly 13 is pivotably arranged relative to the floor assembly 11. The front end of the cab floor assembly 13 and the front end of the floor assembly 11 may be hinged by a pin 18 to enable the cab floor assembly 13 to be turnable relative to the floor assembly 11.
The locking device 12 is disposed on the floor assembly 11 for locking the cab floor assembly 13 to the floor assembly 11 or unlocking the cab floor assembly 13 from the floor assembly 11 so that the cab floor assembly 13 is turnable with respect to the floor assembly 11.
The control system is arranged on the bottom plate assembly 11 and is used for controlling the running or the operation of the vehicle, and comprises a hydraulic system 15, an electric system 16 and a power system 17. In a state where the cab floor assembly 13 is locked to the floor assembly 11, the cab floor assembly 13 is housed on at least a part of the control system.
The seat assembly 14 is disposed on the cab floor assembly 13. The seat assembly 14 includes a seat and an armrest box provided at a side of the seat, and the seat assembly 14 is tiltable together with the cab floor assembly 13 when the cab floor assembly 13 is tilted with respect to the floor assembly 11.
With the above arrangement of the base module 1, the control system can control the vehicle to travel or work, and after the base module of the cab is mounted on the chassis of the vehicle, the vehicle can be easily operated without mounting the housing module. Moreover, after the cab floor assembly 13 is unlocked from the floor assembly 11, the cab floor assembly 13 can be turned over relative to the floor assembly 11, so that the control system can be conveniently overhauled.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the enclosure module 2 includes an enclosure 21 and a vehicle door 22. The quick connect structure is disposed at the bottom end of the housing 21. The door 22 is provided on the housing 21. The housing module 2 further includes skirts 26 connected to the bottom ends of the left and right sides of the housing 21. To facilitate the provision of the quick-connect structure, the housing module 2 may further include a first connection portion 24 and a second connection portion 25 provided at a lower side edge of the housing 21.
In some embodiments, the enclosure module 2 further comprises falling object protection devices 23 disposed at the front and top of the enclosure 21 to enhance the protection of the cab from falling objects such as rocks at the disaster site. The fall guard 23 may be a fender as shown in fig. 4.
The manner of quick-release between the base module and the shell module of the cab of some embodiments of the present disclosure is further described below with reference to fig. 1-7.
The base module and the housing module are detachably connected by a latch structure C1 provided at the right side of the base module 1 and the housing module 2, latch structures C2 and C3 provided at the front and rear sides of the base module 1 and the housing module 2, and a bolt connection structure C4 at the left side of the base module 1 and the housing module 2.
The latch structure C1 includes a latch C11 suspendably provided on the base module 1, a suspension cord C12 provided on the base module 1 for suspending the latch C11, and a pin hole provided on the base module 1 and the case module 2. The lock pin C11 includes a lock pin body C110, a ball C111 disposed on the lock pin body C110 and extendable and retractable in a radial direction of the lock pin body C110, and a pressing portion C112 disposed on the lock pin body C110, the pressing portion C112 being configured to drive the ball C111 to extend or retract in the radial direction of the lock pin body C110 to lock or unlock the lock pin C11 with the pin hole. In the unassembled state, the locking pin C11 may be inserted into the pin hole of the base module 1 or may be directly hung from the base module 1 by a hanging rope C12.
When the base module 1 and the shell module 2 need to be assembled to form a cab, the lock pin C11 is sequentially inserted through the pin hole of the shell module 2 and the pin hole of the base module 1, and then the pressing part C112 arranged at the end of the lock pin body C110 is pressed, and the ball C111 extends along the radial direction of the lock pin body C110, so that the lock pin C11 is locked in the pin hole of the shell module 2 and the pin hole of the base module 1, and the base module 1 and the shell module 2 are quickly connected into a whole. When the cab needs to be separated into the base module 1 and the housing module 2, the pressing portion C112 provided at the end of the lock pin body C110 is pressed again, and the ball C111 retracts in the radial direction of the lock pin body C110, so that the lock pin C11 is unlocked from the pin hole of the housing module 2 and the pin hole of the base module 1, and the base module 1 and the housing module 2 are quickly separated.
The latch structure C2 includes a first latch portion provided on the base module 1 and a second latch portion provided on the housing module 2. The latch structure C3 includes a first latch portion provided on the base module 1 and a second latch portion provided on the housing module 2. quick connect structure comprising a latch structure (C1) and a catch structure (C2, C3), said latch structure (C1) comprising a latch (C11) and a pin hole for mating with said latch (C11), said latch (C11) being suspensibly disposed on one of said base module (1) and said housing module (2), said pin hole being disposed on said base module (1) and said housing module (2), said catch structure (C2, C3) comprising a first catch and a second catch for snap-mating with said first catch, one of said first catch and said second catch being disposed on said base module (1) and the other being correspondingly disposed on said housing module (2).
2. The cab according to claim 1, wherein the detent structures (C1) are provided on the left and/or right side of the base module (1) and the housing module (2).
3. The cab of claim 1, wherein the lock pin (C11) includes a lock pin body (C110), a ball (C111) provided on the lock pin body (C110) and extendable and retractable in a radial direction of the lock pin body (C110), and a pressing part (C112) provided on the lock pin body (C110), the pressing part (C112) being configured to drive the ball (C111) to extend or retract in the radial direction of the lock pin body (C110) to lock or unlock the lock pin (C11) with the pin hole.
4. The cab as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the latching structures (C2, C3) are provided on the front and/or rear side of the base module (1) and the housing module (2).
5. The cab of claim 1, wherein the quick-connect structure comprises a bolt-connect structure (C4), the bolt-connect structure (C4) comprising a bolt and a nut, the bolt engaging with the nut through the base module (1) and the housing module (2).
6. The cab according to claim 5, wherein the bolt connection structures (C4) are provided to the left and/or right of the base module (1) and the housing module (2).

a floor assembly (11);
a cab floor assembly (13) which is arranged to be turnable relative to the floor assembly (11);
a locking device (12) arranged on the floor assembly (11) and used for locking the cab floor assembly (13) on the floor assembly (11) or unlocking the cab floor assembly (13) from the floor assembly (11) so as to enable the cab floor assembly (13) to be overturned relative to the floor assembly (11);
a control system provided on the floor assembly (11) for controlling vehicle travel or work, the cab floor assembly (13) being housed on at least a portion of the control system in a state in which the cab floor assembly (13) is locked to the floor assembly (11); and
a seat assembly (14) disposed on the cab floor assembly (13).
8. The cab as claimed in any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the housing module (2) comprises:
the shell (21), the said quick-connect structure is set up in the bottom end of the said shell (21); and
and a door (22) provided to the housing (21).
9. A working machine, characterized in that it comprises a cab according to any one of claims 1-8.
