Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a top view of a vehicle warning light in a turning preparation phase and a turning phase; fig. 2 is a schematic view of the internal construction of the vehicle warning light system of the present invention. The vehicle warning light system 100 of the present invention includes a warning light 110, a driving unit 120, and a signal detecting unit 130. Two warning lights 110 are respectively disposed on two sides of the head and two sides of the tail of the vehicle 10 to warn when the vehicle 10 turns. Each warning lamp 110 includes a first light source 111 and a second light source 112. The driving unit 120 is electrically connected to the warning light 110, and the driving unit 120 is used for controlling the first light source 111 and the second light source 112. The signal detection unit 130 is electrically connected to the driving unit 120, and the signal detection unit 130 is used for acquiring information inside the vehicle 10 from a vehicle local area network (CAN) module. In the vehicle warning system 100 of the present invention, the driving unit 120 controls the first light source 111 to emit light when the vehicle 10 is ready to turn, and the driving unit 120 controls the second light source 112 to emit light when the vehicle is performing a turning operation.
According to traffic regulations, a turn signal lamp should be turned on in advance when a vehicle turns, so that the vehicle turning comprises three stages: a steering preparation phase, a vehicle steering phase and a vehicle steering completion phase.
When the vehicle 10 is ready to turn, the driver sends a first driving signal to the driving unit 120 in advance, and when the driving unit 120 receives the first driving signal, it is determined that the vehicle enters a stage ready to turn, and the driving unit 120 is instructed to control the first light source 111 to emit light, where light emitted by the first light source 111 is shown as light formed by a dotted line in fig. 1. In practical operation, the first light source adopts a traditional steering lamp, the driving and distribution of the first light source are similar to the driving method commonly used in the prior art, when a driver is ready to steer, the first light source of the warning lamp is manually lightened, and the lightening of the first light source mainly realizes the circuit conduction in the driving unit by a signal generated by the operation of a steering deflector rod.
After it is determined that the vehicle 10 enters a stage of preparing for steering and the first light source 111 of the warning light 110 of the vehicle 10 is turned on, the signal detection unit 130 obtains internal information of the vehicle 10 from a vehicle-mounted local area network (CAN) module, and the signal detection unit 130 determines that a second driving signal is generated when the vehicle 10 starts steering according to the internal information and sends the second driving signal to the driving unit 120, where the second driving signal is used to control the second light source 112 to emit light.
In an embodiment, the internal information of the vehicle 10 acquired by the signal detection unit 130 from a local area network (CAN) module includes parameters such as a gear parameter, an oil injection parameter, and a vehicle speed parameter, and the signal detection unit 130 may determine whether the vehicle 10 enters a steering stage according to values of the parameters. At this time, the signal detecting unit 130 outputs a second driving signal to the driving unit 120 to control the second light source 112 to emit light, and the light emitted by the second light source 112 is shown as the light formed by the straight line in fig. 1. The light of the second light source is used for warning surrounding vehicles and pedestrians and vehicles in steering, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
The driving unit 120 is turned off after the vehicle has finished turning, so that the warning lamp 110 of the vehicle is turned off. The method for turning off the driving unit adopts a method similar to that in the prior art, after the vehicle is turned, when a driver turns the steering wheel back, the return disc can push the extending warning lamp deflector rod back, and the automatic power-off of a warning lamp circuit is realized so that the warning lamp is turned off. The driving unit 120 cannot receive the first driving signal and the second driving signal after being turned off. Therefore, when the vehicle runs straight normally, the driving unit is in a closed state, the driving unit cannot receive the first driving signal at the moment, the driving unit cannot be started due to parameter change of vehicle internal information, and the first light source and the second light source of the vehicle warning lamp cannot emit light, so that the situation that the surrounding vehicles and pedestrians are confused due to misoperation of the vehicle warning lamp system during normal running can be avoided.
In a specific embodiment, the structure and the circuit driving principle of the driving unit 120 are as shown in fig. 2, the driving unit 120 includes a driving portion 121 and a switch control unit 122, and the switch control unit 122 is electrically connected to the second light source 112 for controlling the second light source 112 to emit light and turn off. The switch control unit 122 is electrically connected to the driving portion 121, and a power signal of the driving portion 121 is transmitted to the second light source 112 through the switch control unit 122, that is, the driving portion 121 forms a branch to separately control the second light source 112 through the switch control unit 122. The signal detection unit 130 is electrically connected to the switch control unit 122, and after the signal detection unit 130 determines that the vehicle enters the steering according to the vehicle internal information, a second driving signal is input to the switch control unit 122 to turn on the circuit of the switch control unit 122, and the driving portion 121 controls the second light source 112 to emit light through the switch control unit 122.
When the vehicle is turned, the circuitry within the driver unit 120 of the warning light system is de-energized as the steering wheel is turned back. At this time, the circuit of the driving portion 121 inside the driving unit 120 is disconnected, the driving portion 121 does not input the power signal to the switch control unit 122, and even if the signal detecting unit 130 continues to send the second driving signal to the switch control unit 122, the driving portion 121 cannot drive the second light source 112. Therefore, the first light source and the second light source do not emit light after the steering is finished, and the situation that surrounding vehicles and pedestrians are confused due to misoperation when the vehicle warning lamp system runs straight can be avoided.
In an embodiment, the second light source 112 and the first light source 111 are different light emitting devices, and the light emitted by the second light source 112 and the light emitted by the first light source 111 are different in color, for example, the second light source 112 is a red light emitting device with stronger warning property. In order to enhance the warning effect, the light emitting mode of the second light source 112 may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the driving portion may control the second light source to blink at a certain frequency, or the second light source may be arranged in a certain shape (for example, the shape of a common warning sign), so as to increase the warning effect of the whole warning lamp when the vehicle turns.
In the embodiment, when the vehicle is steered in the middle of driving, the vehicle speed is usually reduced due to the influence of terrain, traffic conditions and driving resistance. At this time, the driver manipulates a shift lever of the manual transmission to select an appropriate gear according to the needs of the engine power and the vehicle speed at the time of steering. The steering gear shifting comprises gear shifting before steering, gear shifting during steering and gear shifting after steering, and corresponding fuel injection quantity parameters and vehicle speed parameters of the vehicle after gear shifting are changed. The signal detecting unit 130 obtains the above parameters from a vehicle local area network (CAN) module to determine whether the vehicle enters a steering stage, i.e. the vehicle starts to turn from a straight running to a steering running as shown in fig. 1. When the parameters in the vehicle are obtained, the specific parameters of gear conversion of vehicles of different models during steering are different, the parameter range for judging the internal information is also different, and vehicle manufacturers can debug for many times according to different vehicle types to set the specific parameter range, so that the opportunity for starting the second light source is more accurate.
In other embodiments, the signal detection unit determines a parameter of the vehicle entering the steering stage, please continue to refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an internal structure of a vehicle local area network (CAN) module, the vehicle local area network (CAN) module 140 includes a processing unit 141 therein, and the vehicle local area network (CAN) module 140 is connected to the satellite positioning module 150, the sensor 160 and the warning button 170. The satellite positioning module 150 CAN sense the change of the driving direction of the vehicle through the positioning system, and the processing unit 141 in the vehicle local area network (CAN) module 140 receives the information of the satellite positioning module 150 and transmits the information to the information detecting unit 130 when the vehicle turns. The sensor 160 senses the rotation angle of the steering wheel and the wheels when the vehicle is turning, and determines that the vehicle enters a turning stage through the rotation of the steering wheel and the wheels. In addition, in order to avoid the situation that the second light source is not normally turned on due to the fact that the information inside the vehicle is judged to be lost, the vehicle-mounted local area network (CAN) module is electrically connected with the warning button 170, and when the second light source is not normally turned on, the driver CAN press the button to think that the second light source is controlled to be turned on so as to warn surrounding vehicles and pedestrians. The change of the driving direction of the vehicle can be realized by other positioning modes and positioning modes, and the details are not repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling a warning light system of a vehicle according to the present invention. The steps of the control method of the vehicle warning light system of the invention comprise:
s1: when the vehicle warning lamp system receives a first driving signal sent by a driver, the first light source is controlled to emit light;
s2: a signal detection unit of the vehicle warning light system acquires vehicle internal information, judges whether steering operation is started or not according to the internal information, controls the second light source to emit light and enters step S3 if the steering operation is started, and otherwise maintains the first light source to emit light;
s3: and obtaining vehicle internal information, judging whether the steering is finished according to the internal information, if so, turning off the first light source and the second light source, and if not, continuously maintaining the first light source and the second light source to emit light. The methods of the first light source and the second light source of the present invention are similar to the methods of the prior art, and are not described herein again.
After the vehicle driving unit controls the first light source to emit light, the signal detection unit acquires vehicle internal information, judges whether the vehicle is started and starts to turn according to the internal information, and sends a second driving signal to the driving unit when the vehicle enters a turning state, and the driving unit receives the second driving signal and controls the second light source to emit light.
In step S2, the internal information includes parameter signals such as a shift parameter, an injection quantity parameter, and a vehicle speed parameter, and when the vehicle is steered during driving, the vehicle speed is usually reduced due to the influence of terrain, topography, traffic conditions, and driving resistance. At this time, the driver manipulates a shift lever of the manual transmission to select an appropriate gear according to the needs of the engine power and the vehicle speed at the time of steering. The steering gear shifting comprises gear shifting before steering, gear shifting during steering and gear shifting after steering, and the corresponding fuel injection quantity parameter and vehicle speed parameter of the vehicle after gear shifting are also changed. Whether the vehicle enters the starting mode or not can be judged through the change of the parameters, and the second light source is controlled to emit light to warn surrounding vehicles and pedestrians that the vehicle starts to turn after the vehicle enters the turning mode. In an embodiment, whether the vehicle enters the steering state may also be determined by other vehicle internal information.
In summary, the vehicle warning light system and the control method thereof of the invention add the second light source in the original warning light system, the first light source emits light in advance when the vehicle is ready to turn, and the second light source starts to emit light when the vehicle enters the turning stage, so that the vehicle warns surrounding vehicles and pedestrians respectively in the stages of the ready turning stage and the turning stage, so that the surrounding vehicles and pedestrians can know the current state of the vehicle more clearly, and the potential safety hazard caused by the fact that the vehicles are in the ready stage but the vehicles are not turned yet when the vehicle turns can be avoided. The color of the second light source is different from the color of the first light source, and/or the frequency of the second light source is different from the frequency of the first light source, so that the warning effect is further increased.
The present invention is capable of other embodiments, and various changes and modifications can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
