The invention adopts paper to rapidly form, saves materials and has stable structure of the manufactured paper cover.

In the embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the paper cover integrated forming process includes the following forming steps, step one, preparing circular paper; secondly, prepressing the circular paper through a nest edge die, and forming a cover surface and a paper ring which are connected, wherein the cover surface is an arc cover surface which is bulged upwards; pressing the arc cover surface for the second time, forming a sunken part in the middle of the arc cover surface, forming a clamping groove between the side wall of the sunken part and the paper ring, and buckling the clamping groove with a roll opening at the upper end of the paper container in a matching manner; step four, forming a reinforcing structure at the lower end of the paper ring; and fifthly, discharging finished products, wherein the finished products can be conveyed out by a conveying belt.
