The invention provides a spot welding device for buzzer production based on positioning and clamping as shown in figures 1-15, which comprises a spot welding box 1, a spot welding table 2 is arranged above the spot welding box 1, a fixing hole 3 is arranged on the spot welding table 2, the fixing hole 3 is in a circular hole structure, the upper end of the fixing hole 3 is communicated with a fixing groove 14 coaxial with the fixing hole, a plurality of groups of fixing holes 3 are equidistantly arranged on the spot welding table 2, a collecting cavity 13 is arranged inside the spot welding table 2, gas purifiers 4 are arranged at four corners of the bottom of the spot welding table 2, an access pipe 7 communicated with the fixing hole 3 is arranged at the upper end of each gas purifier 4, the access pipes 7 are connected on the spot welding table 2 in a threaded fit manner, the inside of the spot welding box 1 is hollow, a first gas pipeline 5 is arranged at the bottom of each gas purifier 4, the first gas pipelines 5 at the lower ends of the two groups of gas purifiers 4 are intensively communicated with a group of second gas pipelines 6, the second gas duct 6 communicates with the hollow inside the spot welding tank 1.
The inner wall of the fixed groove 14 is fixedly provided with a rubber ring 15, the rubber ring 15 is internally provided with a magnetic attraction ring 18 for attracting and fixing an electronic buzzer 16, the electronic buzzer 16 is provided with a welding spot 17, the inner ring position of the rubber ring 15 is provided with an inclined plane 19, and the diameter of the fixed groove 14 is larger than that of the fixed hole 3.

The right side of collecting chamber 13 is provided with the clearance mouth, and the sealing plug has sealing plug 21 in the clearance mouth, and the fixed pull ring 20 that is provided with in the outside of sealing plug 21, the fixed otter board 22 that is provided with in inboard of sealing plug 21, and the surface of otter board 22 has the circular filtration pore that the multiunit runs through from top to bottom, and otter board 22 activity laminating is at the upper surface of filtering cotton layer 11, and the tip of otter board 22 extends to the lower extreme of slide 12.

The inner wall of the side face of the spot welding box 1 is fixedly provided with a separating conical shell 32, the outer side surface of the separating conical shell 32 is provided with a spiral guide plate structure 31, the separating conical shell 32 is in a conical shell structure, openings are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the separating conical shell 32, the diameter of the opening in the upper end of the separating conical shell 32 is small, the separating conical shell 32 separates the interior of the spot welding box 1 into an upper water cavity 10 and a lower gas cavity 29 which are distributed in an inner ring and an outer ring, a spraying ring 33 is arranged right above the upper water cavity 10, the end part of the second gas pipeline 6 is communicated with the upper water cavity 10, the bottom of the water suction pipe 30 extends to the bottom of the upper water cavity 10, and the suction generating unit 8 is arranged at the bottom of the lower gas cavity 29.

s4: during spot welding, waste materials are collected, and because the multiple groups of electronic buzzers 16 are located in the multiple groups of fixing holes 3 on the spot welding table 2 at intervals, the waste materials generated in the welding process can enter the collecting cavity 13 through the fixing holes 3 to be collected.
