A punching machine for processing curtain rod, its characterized in that: the device comprises a frame (1), a mounting seat (2) arranged at one end of the frame (1), a sliding seat (3) arranged at the other end of the frame (1), a cylinder (4) for driving the sliding seat (3) to slide towards the mounting seat (2), and horizontal positioning rods (5) arranged on opposite surfaces of the mounting seat (2) and the sliding seat (3), wherein the two positioning rods (5) are coaxially arranged, the curtain rods (25) are sleeved by the positioning rods (5) on the mounting seat (2), and the protective sleeves (26) are sleeved by the positioning rods (5) on the sliding seat (3); the punching machine further comprises a plurality of positioning plates (6) circumferentially distributed on the periphery of the positioning rod (5), a driving mechanism arranged on the positioning rod (5) and used for driving the positioning plates (6) to be outwards opened simultaneously when the sliding seat (3) slides to the mounting seat (2), and a pushing mechanism arranged on the sliding seat (3) and used for further pushing the protective sleeve (26) to enable the protective sleeve (26) to be tightly sleeved on the curtain rod (25); the driving mechanism comprises first sliding grooves (7) which are formed in opposite surfaces of the two positioning rods (5), and the length direction of the first sliding grooves (7) is the same as the length direction of the positioning rods (5); the driving mechanism further comprises a sliding rod (8) which is embedded in the first sliding groove (7) in a sliding manner, a first spring (9) which is arranged in the first sliding groove (7) and used for partially ejecting the sliding rod (8) out of the first sliding groove (7), a second sliding groove (10) which is arranged on the mounting seat (2) and the sliding seat (3) and used for embedding the end part of the positioning plate (6) and enabling the positioning plate (6) to slide along the direction far away from the positioning rod (5), and a connecting rod (11) which is hinged between the sliding rod (8) and the positioning plate (6) and used for driving the positioning plate (6) to open outwards when the two sliding rods (8) are mutually extruded; the pushing mechanism comprises a push rod (12) which is embedded on the sliding seat (3) in a sliding way and can be abutted against the edge of the protective sleeve (26), and a connecting plate (13) which is arranged on one end of the push rod (12) far away from the protective sleeve (26), wherein the connecting plate (13) is positioned on one side of the sliding seat (3) far away from the protective sleeve (26) and is connected with a piston rod of the air cylinder (4); the pushing mechanism further comprises a second spring (14) which is fixedly connected between the connecting plate (13) and the sliding seat (3) and used for enabling one end, close to the protective sleeve (26), of the push rod (12) to be flush with the surface of the sliding seat (3), and the elastic coefficient of the second spring (14) is larger than that of the first spring (9).
2. A press for manufacturing curtain rods as defined in claim 1, wherein: the elastic coefficient of the first spring (9) positioned on the sliding seat (3) is smaller than that of the first spring (9) positioned on the mounting seat (2).
3. A press for manufacturing curtain rods as defined in claim 2, wherein: a rubber layer (16) which is abutted against the inner side wall of the curtain rod (25) is arranged on the positioning plate (6) positioned on the mounting seat (2).
4. A press for manufacturing curtain rods as defined in claim 1, wherein: the locating plate (6) on the sliding seat (3) is embedded with balls (15) which are abutted against the inner side wall of the protective sleeve (26) in a rolling way.
