In fig. 2, it can be seen that the paint spraying unit 200 includes a feeding part, a self-propelled sprayer 240 (for example, a product produced by the new practical company of eastern skimmit), a slide rail 250 and a fixing rod 260, the self-propelled sprayer 240 is fixed by the slide rail 250 and the fixing rod 260, the feeding part includes a feed delivery pipe 210, a feed delivery pump 220 and a bin 230, the bin 230 can be separately disposed on one side below the self-propelled sprayer 240, in addition, a preferable bin 230 is disposed on the carrying cart 110, the feed delivery pipe 210 is connected with the feed delivery pump 220 and the self-propelled sprayer 240, the feed delivery pump 220 pumps the paint in the bin 230 to the self-propelled sprayer 240, and the self-propelled sprayer 240, the feed delivery pump 220 and the PLC controller are electrically connected. After the position of the carrying cart 110 is fixed, the position of the elastic rotating body 400 is not suitable to be adjusted, in this case, the sliding rail 250 can adjust the self-walking sprayer 240 to spray the elastic rotating body 400 in the length direction.
In addition, electrostatic spraying can be adopted for spraying the coating, so that electrostatic spraying equipment can be selected, and the coating suitable for electrostatic spraying can be selected.
The sprayed coating can be cured at room temperature, and in order to increase the curing speed, the coating can be heated, dried and cured after being sprayed. The coating curing unit 300 comprises a power regulator 310, an air heater 320, a thermocouple 330 and an air outlet pipe 340, wherein the air heater 320 is connected with an air inlet of the air outlet pipe 340, at least one thermocouple 330 is installed at the air outlet of the air outlet pipe 340, the thermocouple 330 monitors the temperature of the air outlet pipe 340 in real time, the power regulator 310 is electrically connected with the air heater 320, and the power regulator 310 and the thermocouple 330 are electrically connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) so as to control the air heater 320 to change the temperature of the air outlet according to the temperature range required by the temperature measurement position of the thermocouple 330.
Similarly, when the plant is produced in large scale, commercial high-temperature gas can be selected to replace a hot air blower, and the temperature of hot air is controlled.
The specifications of the elastic rotary body 400 currently produced by this company include three types (length x width): 480 mm 220mm, 480 mm 500mm and 240 mm 500mm, the specification of elastic rotating body 400 is different, therefore, the requirement to the air-out face is different, in this embodiment, the lower extreme of air-out pipe 340 is provided with air-out cap 350, air-out cap 350 is flaring and down, can enlarge the hot-blast air-out area, can satisfy the solidification requirement of the elastic rotating body 400 of more specifications.
In the present invention, the position sensors are mainly disposed at two positions, one position sensor being disposed on the ground directly below the center of the slide rail 250; another position sensor is disposed on the ground right below the air outlet cap 350 to respectively determine the spraying position and the hot air curing position, thereby realizing the automatic spraying of the elastic rotary body 400 without manual operation.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, a cavity 111 is formed in the carrying trolley 110, a material box 230 is disposed in the cavity 111, one side of the material box 230 is open, and a feeding hole 232 is formed in the other side; one side of the feed box 230 is provided with a discharge port 233, the discharge port 233 is connected with the feed delivery pipe 210, the feed box 230 is internally provided with a stirring paddle 112, the stirring paddle 112 is provided with a driving motor 113, the driving motor 113 is electrically connected with the PLC, and the stirring paddle 112 continuously stirs the coating to avoid the coating in the feed box 230 from precipitating. The bin 230 is arranged on the carrying trolley 110, one part of the coating sprayed from the walking sprayer 240 is sprayed on the elastic rotating body 400, and the other part falls into the open bin 230, so that the waste of the coating can be effectively avoided. Meanwhile, the stirring paddle 112 is disposed in the material box 230 to continuously stir the paint, so that the paint can be prevented from settling or caking. When the paint in the bin 230 is not sufficient, the feed can be made through feed port 232.
In addition to the above structure, a carbon fiber heating sheet 231 may be disposed on an outer wall of the hopper 230, and the heating sheet 231 may be electrically connected to the PLC controller. The carbon fiber heating sheet 231 has the characteristics of light weight and quick heating effect, and is safe and convenient to use.
The device according to the invention is optionally operated manually, so that the carrying trolley 110 is provided with a hand lever 114.
Further, the main components of the coating are epoxy resin and a curing agent, and the weight ratio of the epoxy resin to the curing agent is 100: (20-60), the epoxy resin includes glycidyl ethers, glycidyl esters, glycidyl amines, linear aliphatic epoxy resins, and aliphatic epoxy resins, or the epoxy resin includes E51, E44, E42, E35, E20, and E12; the curing agent is polyether amine modified curing agent, acetic anhydride, low molecular weight polyamide resin or acetone. On one hand, the epoxy resin has good associativity with the elastic rotating body 400, the spraying effect is good, and the epoxy resin can not fall off for a long time, so that the use timeliness is ensured; on the other hand, liquid or solid epoxy resin may be heated in the tank 230 to enhance its fluidity, wherein curing agents such as acetone may also be used as a solvent to facilitate spraying. The epoxy resin and the curing agent are all conventional products purchased from the market.
Further, the hot air blower 320 is an industrial hot air blower 320, the air is heated by electricity, the continuous use temperature can reach 500 ℃ at most, and the air outlet of the hot air blower 320 is provided with a K-type thermocouple 330 for directly detecting and controlling the temperature of the air outlet of the hot air blower 320. For the curing temperature of the present invention, the air outlet temperature range of the air heater 320 completely meets the production requirement.
Considering that a rigid plastic sleeve is fitted inside the elastic rotating body 400, the elastic rotating body 400 and the fixing base 130 will rotate relatively, so that an adjusting assembly is disposed on the fixing base 130, the adjusting assembly includes a pressing block 131 and an elastic member 132, the elastic member 132 may be, for example, a spring, and one end of the elastic member 132 is connected to the pressing block 131, and the other end is connected to the fixing base 130. The elastic member 132 applies a force to the pressing member, and the pressing member presses against the inner sidewall of the sleeve, so as to effectively prevent the elastic rotating body 400 from rotating.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, the present embodiment provides an automatic surface spraying processing method for an elastic rotating body 400, including the following steps:
step S101, the elastic rotating body 400 is fixed on the fixed seat 130, the PLC outputs a first instruction to the bearing trolley 110 to run to the position below the self-walking sprayer 240, the position sensor outputs a signal to the PLC, and the bearing trolley 110 stops under the control of the PLC;
step S102, the PLC outputs a second instruction to the servo motor 140 to drive the elastic rotating body 400 to rotate;
step S103, the PLC outputs a third instruction to the material conveying pump 220, the material conveying pump 220 conveys the coating to the self-walking sprayer 240, and the self-walking sprayer 240 works to spray the coating on the elastic rotating body 400;
step S104, after the coating spraying is finished, the bearing trolley 110 runs to the position below the air outlet cap 350, the position sensor outputs a signal to the PLC, the bearing trolley 110 stops under the control of the PLC, the PLC outputs a fourth instruction to the power regulator 310, the air heater outputs hot air, the temperature of the hot air is controlled to be 200 ℃ and the PLC outputs a fifth instruction to the servo motor 140, the elastic rotating body rotates, and the coating is heated, cured and adhered to the surface of the elastic rotating body 400.
Further, the PLC controller outputs a fifth command to the heating plate 231, and the heating plate 231 heats up to 100 ℃, and the paint may be acetone and E51, so as to ensure that the paint in the bin 230 has good fluidity.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, if the person skilled in the art receives the teaching, without departing from the spirit of the invention, the person skilled in the art shall not inventively design the similar structural modes and embodiments to the technical solution, but shall fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic surface coating processing device of an elastic rotating body is characterized by comprising:
the bearing unit (100) is used for fixing the elastic rotating body (400) to be sprayed;
a coating material spraying unit (200) for supplying a coating material to the elastic rotating body (400) to be sprayed and simultaneously spraying the coating material to the elastic rotating body (400);
a coating curing unit (300) for outputting hot air to the sprayed elastic rotating body (400) so that the coating is cured on the surface of the elastic rotating body (400);
the control unit comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a plurality of position sensors, and the PLC is electrically connected with the bearing unit (100), the paint spraying unit (200) and the paint curing unit (300) and is used for controlling the actions of the bearing unit, the paint spraying unit and the paint curing unit; the position sensor is used for determining the position of the elastic rotating body (400) and feeding back a signal to the PLC.
2. The automatic surface coating processing device of the elastic rotating body according to claim 1, wherein the carrying unit (100) comprises a carrying trolley (110), a bracket (120), a fixing seat (130) and a servo motor (140), the bracket (120) is fixed on the carrying trolley (110), the fixing seat (130) is cylindrical and connected with the servo motor (140) and is fixed on the bracket (120); the fixing seat (130) is sleeved with the elastic rotating body (400), and the servo motor (140) is electrically connected with the PLC controller, so that the elastic rotating body (400) can be fixed and prevented from rotating.

The apparatus for automatically spraying a surface of an elastic rotary body as set forth in claim 2, wherein the paint spraying unit (200) comprises a feeding member, a self-propelled sprayer (240), a slide rail (250) and a fixing rod (260), the self-propelled sprayer (240) is fixed by the slide rail (250) and the fixing rod (260), the feeding member comprises a feed pipe (210), a feed pump (220) and a feed bin (230), the feed bin (230) is disposed on the carrying trolley (110), the feed pipe (210) connects the feed pump (220) and the self-propelled sprayer (240), the feed pump (220) pumps the paint in the feed bin (230) to the self-propelled sprayer (240), and the self-propelled sprayer (240), the feed pump (220) and the PLC controller are electrically connected.

The automatic surface spraying treatment device of the elastic rotating body according to claim 1, wherein the coating curing unit (300) comprises a power regulator (310), a hot air blower (320), a thermocouple (330) and an air outlet pipe (340), the hot air blower (320) is connected with an air inlet of the air outlet pipe (340), at least one thermocouple (330) is installed at an air outlet of the air outlet pipe (340), the thermocouple (330) monitors the temperature of the air outlet pipe (340) in real time, the power regulator (310) is electrically connected with the hot air blower (320), and the power regulator (310) and the thermocouple (330) are electrically connected with the PLC, so that the temperature of the air outlet of the hot air blower (320) is controlled to change according to the temperature range required by the temperature measurement place of the thermocouple (330).
5. The automatic surface coating processing device of the elastic rotating body according to claim 4, wherein the lower end of the air outlet pipe (340) is provided with an air outlet cap (350), and the air outlet cap (350) is flared and faces downwards.

The automatic surface coating processing device of an elastic rotating body according to claim 5, wherein one of the position sensors is provided on the ground directly below the center of the slide rail (250); and the other position sensor is arranged on the ground right below the air outlet cap (350) and respectively realizes the determination of the spraying position and the determination of the hot air curing position.

The automatic surface coating device of the elastic rotating body as claimed in claim 4, wherein the carrying trolley (110) is provided with a cavity (111), the cavity (111) is provided with a material box (230), one side of the material box (230) is provided with a material outlet, the material outlet is connected with the material conveying pipe (210), the material box (230) is provided with a stirring paddle (112), the stirring paddle (112) is provided with a driving motor (113), the driving motor (113) is electrically connected with the PLC, and the stirring paddle (112) continuously stirs the coating to prevent the coating in the material box (230) from precipitating.
8. The automatic surface coating processing device of the elastic rotating body according to claim 7, wherein the outer wall of the hopper (230) is provided with a heating sheet (231), and the heating sheet (231) is electrically connected with the PLC controller.

The automatic surface coating processing device of an elastic rotating body according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the coating material comprises an epoxy resin and a curing agent in a weight ratio of 100: (20-60), the epoxy resin includes glycidyl ethers, glycidyl esters, glycidyl amines, linear aliphatic epoxy resins, and aliphatic epoxy resins, or the epoxy resin includes E51, E44, E42, E35, E20, and E12; the curing agent is polyether amine modified curing agent, acetic anhydride, low molecular weight polyamide resin or acetone.
10. The automatic surface coating processing device of the elastic rotating body according to claim 2, wherein the hot air blower (320) is an industrial hot air blower (320) which uses electric heating air and has a continuous use temperature of up to 500 ℃, and the air outlet of the hot air blower (320) is provided with a K-type thermocouple (330) to directly detect and control the temperature of the air outlet of the hot air blower (320).
