The mechanism of claim 9, wherein the water outlet assembly comprises a cover and a water distribution body disposed on the cover, the cover is provided with a plurality of water outlets, a bubbler disposed in the middle, and a partition wall separating the plurality of water outlets, the water distribution body is provided with a plurality of flow ports corresponding to the plurality of water outlets, at least one of the flow ports is through with one of the flow ports, so that at least one of the flow ports is through with at least one of the water outlets.
