s5, the water vapor flows into the purifying box 20 through the connecting pipe 19, and the purifying box 20 removes and purifies the water vapor and then discharges the water vapor, so that the discharged gas does not pollute the environment.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when in use, the base oil is poured into the feeding hopper 401 in the feeding mechanism 4, the impeller 404 is driven to rotate by the second motor 403, the impeller 404 can adjust the heating speed of the base oil, so as to avoid the situation that the flow rate is too slow due to overflow or too high viscosity, so that the base oil enters the inner tank 102, the first motor 6 drives the rotating shaft 7 to rotate, the rotating shaft 7 drives the stirring blades 10 to stir the base oil, in the stirring process, the base oil flows downwards, sequentially passes through the filter screens 111 in the three groups of filter mechanisms 11, better filters particle impurities in the base oil by the three groups of filter screens 111, and then drives the scraper 112 to rotate by the rotating shaft 7, so that the filtered impurities are scraped into the collecting hopper 114 by the scraper 112 through the rectangular opening 113, the filtered base oil enters the liquid distribution pipe 13 through the second liquid pumping mechanism 12, and then uniformly flows into the evaporation tank 14 through the liquid distribution pipe 13, the base oil is evaporated through the heating component 15, so that moisture in the base oil is evaporated, evaporated moisture flows into the heating pipe 3 through the air outlet pipe 16, the inner tank 102 is heated through the heating pipe 3, that is, the base oil in the inner tank 102 is heated, so as to achieve the effect of preheating the base oil in the inner tank 102, the moisture flows into the purifying box 20 through the connecting pipe 19, the purifying box 20 removes and purifies the moisture and then discharges the purified moisture, so that discharged gas does not pollute the environment, in the process of refiltering, the liquid can be pumped from the liquid collecting box 5 through the liquid inlet pipe 902 by the water pump 901 in the first liquid pumping mechanism 9 at regular time, the liquid collecting box 5 pumps the rotating shaft 7 through the liquid outlet hole 8, the rotating shaft 7 pumps in the particle impurities filtered and pumped by the filter screen 111 through the liquid inlet hole 115, so that the water pump discharges the particle impurities through the liquid outlet pipe 904, thereby ensuring that the filter screen 111 is blocked, and the filtering effect is better, meanwhile, the filter screen 111 is cleaned without stopping, and the production efficiency is improved.
