The upper surface of the inner pot has a circular opening for containing materials to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot. The pot body is usually provided therein with a heating means (not shown) for heating the inner pot.
The cover body 100 is configured to be pivotably connected to the pot body about a pivot axis. When the cover body 100 is closed, a cooking space is formed between the cover body 100 and the inner pot.
The cooking appliance according to the invention may be an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpan or other cooking appliance.
Hereinafter, the lid body 100 and the processing method of the lid body according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cover body 100 of the present invention includes a face cover 120 and a panel 110. The face cover 120 generally forms the outer shell of the cover body 100 with a cutout in the top forming a top opening 124 for mounting the panel 110. The bottom of the face cover 120 also forms a bottom opening 121 for mounting a liner, an inner cover, etc.
The periphery of the top opening 124 forms a cover top mouth 125, and the panel 110 is mounted to the cover top mouth 125, or the panel 110 is connected to the cover top mouth 125. The inner side of the face cover upper opening portion 125 is provided with a positioning portion and a stopper rib 123. The rib 123 is closer to the bottom opening 121 than the positioning portion, in other words, the positioning portion is closer to the top opening 124 than the rib 123.
The panel 110 is at least partially disposed between the positioning portion and the blocking rib 123. Preferably, an adhesive bond is formed between the barrier rib 123 and the panel 110. Further, the barrier ribs 123 are thermally adhered to the panel 110. And, the blocking rib 123 extends along the circumferential direction along the inner side of the upper mouth 125 of the face cover to improve the bearing capacity.
According to the cover body 100 of the present invention, the panel 110 is fixed by the barrier ribs 123 and the positioning portions, a bracket of the panel 110 is omitted, the panel 110 can be directly fixed to the surface cover 120 from the inner side, the process is simplified, the parts and the consumables are reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
The method of processing the lid will be described in detail below. The processing method of the cover body at least comprises the following steps:
step a: the face cover 120 is prepared. That is, the surface cover 120 having the top opening 124, the bottom opening 121, the surface cover upper opening 125, the positioning portion, and the heat fusion rib 126 is prepared.
Among them, the heat fusion rib 126 preferably protrudes and extends toward the inside of the face cover 120 in the vertical direction to facilitate the installation of the panel 110 and avoid interference.
Step b: the underside opening 121 of the face cover 120 is prevented from facing upward onto the table and movement of the face cover 120 is restricted. I.e., to position the face cover 120. For example, the face cover 120 may be fixed by a tool such as a jig.
Step c: the panel 110 is prepared. The panel 110 may be a panel 110 made of transparent/translucent material such as glass, plastic, etc.
Step d: the panel 110 is mounted to the face cover 120. Specifically, the panel 110 is put into the face cover 120 from the bottom side opening 121, and the face cover 120 is positioned on the positioning portion.
Step e: the heat-melting rib 126 is heated and deformed into the blocking rib 123 to at least partially limit the panel 110 between the positioning portion and the blocking rib 123.
Specifically, the heat-fusible rib 126 is melted by the heating device 10 such as a mold, and the mold has a groove similar to the shape of the blocking rib 123, so that the heat-fusible rib 126 is melted in the groove and is limited by the groove to form the shape of the blocking rib 123, and the blocking rib 123 is formed after condensation. The heating appliance 10 may be powered by ultrasound or direct heating to obtain the ability to melt the heat fusible ribs 126.
Therefore, the heat adhesion between the blocking rib 123 and the panel 110 is realized, the process is simplified, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
Among them, the heat fusion rib 126 is preferably continuously provided in the circumferential direction of the top side opening 124. That is, the heat-fusible ribs 126 preferably form a wall along the periphery of the top-side opening 124, which is directed toward the inside of the face cover 120. In this case, correspondingly, the blocking rib 123 formed by melting the heat-melting rib 126 is also continuously provided in the circumferential direction of the top opening 124.
In an alternative embodiment, the heat fusion rib 126 is provided intermittently in the circumferential direction of the face cover upper mouth portion 125. Thus, voids needed for flow when the thermal fuse 126 melts can be reserved, reducing the possibility of flash. For example, the heat-fusible ribs 126 may be configured in a zigzag shape to reserve gaps for flow deformation after melting, avoiding flash. In this case, correspondingly, the blocking rib 123 formed by melting the heat-melting rib 126 may be disposed intermittently in the circumferential direction of the face cover upper opening portion 125. It is easy to understand that the gap between the interruptions of the hot-melt rib 126 can be adjusted, so that the melted material fills the gap, and the blocking rib 123 formed by melting the hot-melt rib 126 forms a continuous whole. That is, when the heat fusion rib 126 is provided intermittently, the blocking rib 123 may be provided continuously in the circumferential direction of the face cover upper opening portion 125.
In another alternative embodiment, the heat-fusible rib 126 may also be configured as several spaced rib positions arranged in the circumferential direction of the top-side opening 124 to achieve point bonding. Correspondingly, in this case, the rib 123 may also be configured as several spaced ribs arranged in the circumferential direction of the top opening 124.
Fig. 3 and 4 show a first preferred embodiment of the present invention. Here, fig. 3 shows a state in which the panel 110 has been placed on the positioning portion, but the barrier rib 123 has not yet been formed. Fig. 4 shows a state where the heat fusion rib 126 has been melted to form the barrier rib 123 and is thermally adhered to the panel 110.
Wherein the positioning portion is configured as a flange 122. The flange 122 is disposed around the periphery of the face cover upper mouth 125. Alternatively, the flange 122 projects from the face cover upper opening 125 and extends toward the middle of the top opening 124. The rib 123 is located below the flange 122. That is, the rib 123 is closer to the bottom opening 121 than the flange 122.
When the panel 110 is mounted, the panel 110 may be placed on the flange 122 in step d, and then the heat-fusible rib 126 is heat-fused to form the blocking rib 123. This allows the panel 110 to be sandwiched between the flange 122 and the stopper rib 123, thereby significantly improving the mounting firmness.
Fig. 5 and 6 show a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. Here, fig. 5 shows a state in which the panel 110 has been placed on the positioning portion, but the barrier rib 123 has not yet been formed. Fig. 6 shows a state where the heat fusion rib 126 has been melted to form the barrier rib 123 and thermally adhered to the panel 110.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the peripheral edge of the face cover upper opening portion 125 is not protruded, but a slope 222 is formed. The slope of the slope 222 is preferably directed toward the inside of the top side opening 124. More preferably, the inclined surface 222 is inclined in the same direction as the side wall of the face cover 120. The stopper rib 123 is located on the lower side of the inclined surface 222. That is, the rib 123 is closer to the bottom opening 121 than the inclined surface 222.
When the panel 110 is installed, the panel 110 may be placed on the slope 222 in step d. Also, in the present embodiment, the edge of the panel 110 is preferably configured to conform to the slope 222. That is, the edge of the panel 110 is ground or cut to form a surface having substantially the same inclination direction as the inclined surface 222. Therefore, the top of the panel 110 is flush with the top of the face cover 120, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 7 and 8 show a third preferred embodiment of the invention. Here, fig. 7 shows a state in which the panel 110 has been placed on the positioning portion, but the barrier rib 123 has not yet been formed. Fig. 8 shows a state where the heat fusion rib 126 has been melted to form the barrier rib 123 and thermally adhered to the panel 110.
The third embodiment is different from the first and second embodiments in that the positioning portion is configured as a positioning step 322. The positioning step 322 is located at the inner side edge of the upper opening 125 of the face cover. The stopper rib 123 is located on the lower side of the positioning step 322. That is, the stopper rib 123 is closer to the bottom-side opening 121 than the positioning step 322.
Correspondingly, the upper edge of the panel 110 is provided with a panel step 311 by means of grinding, cutting and the like. Wherein the panel step 311 faces upward and the positioning step 322 faces downward. In other words, the step of the panel step 311 faces upward and the step of the positioning step 322 faces downward.
In step d, when the panel 110 is mounted, the panel step 311 can be engaged with the positioning step 322, so that the positioning step 322 can lift the panel 110 and simultaneously the top of the panel 110 can be flush with the top of the face cover 120. Thus, both high firmness and flatness can be achieved.
The flows and steps described in all the preferred embodiments described above are only examples. Unless an adverse effect occurs, various processing operations may be performed in a different order from the order of the above-described flow. The above-mentioned steps of the flow can be added, combined or deleted according to the actual requirement.
