s5, placing the scanned file on the storage plate (22);
s6, adjusting the position of the storage plate (22) according to the requirement, rotating the knob (28) during adjustment, pulling the telescopic rod (27), enabling the knob (28) to leave the storage plate (22), moving the storage plate (22), and clamping and limiting the file;
s7, after the adjustment is finished, the telescopic rod (27) is reset, and the knob (28) is rotated to be clamped with the storage plate (22) to fix the storage plate (22);
s8, closing the sealing door (4), starting the camera (9) and the humidity detector;
s9, when the humidity in the cabinet body (1) exceeds a set threshold value, the air circulation dryer (10) is started, and internal air circulation dehumidification is formed through the matching of the air outlet pipe (12) and the air inlet pipe (11);
and S10, after the dehumidification is finished, closing the air circulation dryer (10).
