Abstract

本发明公开了一种糖尿病足患者专用鞋，包括上方的鞋子帮面结构和下方的预防足底溃疡的鞋底减压系统，所述帮面结构包括里踝和外踝两个全开口的连接片，连接片通过前帮的魔术贴一、魔术贴二和位于后跟的魔术贴三固定连接，帮面结构的帮面里腰窝和外腰窝采用透空结构，位于帮面结构的鞋头部分采用露趾结构；所述鞋底减压系统包括从上至下依次设置的具有记忆高弹加密海绵按摩面衬、缓冲垫片层和橡胶大底。本发明能够有效分散患者行走过程中的足部高压，具有结构简单、方便易穿、有效分散足压、适合糖尿病患者足溃疡治疗阶段使用的特点。

Description

一种糖尿病足患者专用鞋
技术领域
本发明属于鞋子技术领域，具体涉及一种糖尿病足患者专用鞋。
背景技术
糖尿病足病是指初诊糖尿病或已有糖尿病病史的患者，足部出现感染、溃疡或组织的破坏，通常伴有下肢神经病变和(或)周围动脉病变，其有发病率高、死亡率高及治疗费用昂贵的特点。糖尿病足溃疡的产生和发展与人体在行走或者站立过程中足底压力的异常集中、异常分布以及剪切应力等有关。因此，足部减压是预防糖尿病足溃疡的根本，国外对于溃疡愈合后的患者积极鼓励并实施足部减压，主要通过减压装置来实现，包括不可拆卸减压装置(全接触石膏、快速全接触石膏)、可拆卸减压装置(可拆卸助步靴、夏科专用矫形助步靴、敷料)、治疗用鞋具(治疗鞋、鞋垫、鞋内矫形器、专用袜等)、外科减压技术(外科手术、清创)以及其他辅助装置(如床、拐杖、轮椅、助步器等)。而我国行足部矫形术以及足部减压装置相对较少，目前使用较多的减压方式是清创、卧床、拐杖、轮椅、助步器等。因此，糖尿病足患者在溃疡产生后，常常面临着穿鞋困难、行走困难的问题。
专利号为CN 203969385 U的专利“针对糖尿病足患者的康复鞋”，将鞋子设计成可以调整大小的结构，可减少鞋子对足部的机械应力，减轻对创伤处的压迫，并且在鞋底提供了一种储药垫，以拔插的方式安装在安置室内，方便更换储药垫上的药物。但该专利没有考虑到糖尿病足患者在足底发生溃烂后无法正常行走的现状；专利号为CN111698922A的专利“用于预防糖尿病和糖尿病并发症引起的糖尿病足并缓解糖尿病性坏死溃疡疼痛的定制鞋”，提供了一种可以分散足底压力并防止冲击的糖尿病鞋结构。但该专利大多适用于糖尿病患者在预防足溃疡产生时穿着，并不适合溃疡发生后的临床治疗阶段。
发明内容
为了克服以上技术问题，本发明提出一种糖尿病足患者专用鞋，能够有效分散患者行走过程中的足部高压，具有结构简单、方便易穿、有效分散足压、适合糖尿病患者足溃疡治疗阶段使用的特点。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种糖尿病足患者专用鞋，包括上方的鞋子帮面结构和下方的预防足底溃疡的鞋底减压系统，所述帮面结构包括里踝和外踝两个全开口的连接片，连接片通过前帮的魔术贴一3、魔术贴二4和位于后跟的魔术贴三5固定连接，帮面结构的帮面里腰窝6和外腰窝7采用透空结构，位于帮面结构的鞋头部分8采用露趾结构；
所述鞋底减压系统包括从上至下依次设置的具有记忆高弹加密海绵按摩面衬12、缓冲垫片层13和橡胶大底14。
所述鞋子帮面结构与鞋底减压系统缝纫固定，鞋子帮面结构一体裁剪。
所述魔术贴二4和魔术贴三5相互连接，魔术贴一3位于魔术贴二4内侧。
所述魔术贴三5外侧设置有帮面结构包边11，所述里腰窝6外侧设置有包边9，外腰窝7外侧设置有包边10。
所述按摩面衬12和缓冲垫片层13固定后可分割成一定形状的可随时拆卸的方块结构17，方块结构17利用圆毛的便捷魔术贴15和刺毛便捷魔术贴16连接在一起。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明是针对糖尿病足患者的专用鞋及其鞋底减压系统，可用于患者溃疡前后或者临床治疗时穿着。具有方便易穿、舒适透气、适合各种足型、有效分散足部高压、减少患者行走时痛苦或者不能下床的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1中，糖尿病足患者减压专用鞋的帮面结构使用的材料是市场上相对成熟的技术，采用纯天然棉质透气材料制作而成，舒服贴肤、不磨脚、相对平价以满足普通大众购买能力。鞋子帮面里踝1和外踝两个连接片一体裁剪，尽量减少缝合。鞋面和鞋跟部分分别使用便捷魔术贴一3、魔术贴二4和魔术贴三5将里踝和外踝两个连接片连接在一起，符合大众审美的同时又可使患者根据足部肿胀水平和足形随意调节帮面大小，从而解决糖尿病足患者在溃疡治疗前后没有鞋穿的尴尬。鞋子里腰窝6和外腰窝7的位置留有透空结构，尽量减少鞋子对足面的束缚，加快溃疡愈合。帮面包边9、帮面包边10和帮面包边11采用特殊材料统一包边，尽量减少对足部的摩擦。
如图1中，此款糖尿病足患者专用鞋的鞋底减压系统主要由记忆高弹加密海绵按摩面衬12、缓冲垫片层13和橡胶大底14这三个部分组成。海绵按摩面衬12采用抗菌材料，可在患者长时间穿着中记住足底形状，从而更加适合患者双足，增大接触面积，进一步分散足底高压。此款鞋的鞋底减压系统根据患者因足底溃疡难以行走的状态对鞋底结构做了特殊的减压处理，将鞋底海绵按摩面衬12与缓冲垫片层13通过粘合剂固定在一起后将足底重点受力部位和溃疡常发部位对应的位置分割成一定形状的方块结构17，通过便捷圆毛的便捷魔术贴15和刺毛便捷魔术贴16贴附在鞋子橡胶大底14上。这样的系统使患者在足底产生溃疡后能够根据溃疡位置将鞋底对应部位的块状结构挖空出来，从而避免了行走过程中足底-鞋底的挤压而产生的疼痛或者溃烂加深的状况。图2、图3和图4对其鞋底减压系统专门进行了详细的阐述。
如图2是鞋底减压系统结构的俯视图，将海绵按摩面衬12与缓冲垫片层13粘贴固定后根据溃疡常发部位分割成一定大小、形状的方块结构17。图3展示了鞋底减压系统整体结构的剖面图。其中，圆毛的便捷魔术贴15通过粘合剂与鞋底缓冲垫片层13固定成整体，而另一端的刺毛便捷魔术贴16通过粘合剂与橡胶大底14固定成一个整体。
如图4所示为海绵按摩面衬12、缓冲垫片层13和圆毛便捷魔术贴15固定成的方块结构17拆下来的示意图。

1.一种糖尿病足患者专用鞋，其特征在于，包括上方的鞋子帮面结构和下方的预防足底溃疡的鞋底减压系统，所述帮面结构包括里踝和外踝两个全开口的连接片，连接片通过前帮的魔术贴一(3)、魔术贴二(4)和位于后跟的魔术贴三(5)固定连接，帮面结构的帮面里腰窝(6)和外腰窝(7)采用透空结构，位于帮面结构的鞋头部分(8)采用露趾结构；
所述鞋底减压系统包括从上至下依次设置的具有记忆高弹加密海绵按摩面衬(12)、缓冲垫片层(13)和橡胶大底(14)。
