技术领域

背景技术
校准装置用于校准挤压的环形型材,例如管型材。在制造这种型材时,首先在挤压机中产生用于制造型材的所需塑料熔体。然后将产生的塑料熔体挤压通过挤压机的出口喷嘴,该出口喷嘴规定了型材的形状。然后,从挤压机的出口喷嘴出来的型材通过校准装置,该校准装置尺寸精准地将仍被加热的型材重塑。

背脊结构可以具有在相对于纵向方向的横剖面中规定的轮廓。可以根据针对背脊结构规定的机械负载能力来选择背脊结构的横剖面轮廓。根据一种变型,可以将背脊结构的横剖面轮廓设计为T形。根据一种替代的变型,承载结构的横剖面轮廓也可以设计为I形。
机械负载能力可以表示背脊结构的机械刚度(弯曲刚度、剪切刚度和/或扭转刚度)。换句话说,可以通过刚度参数来描述机械负载能力。根据校准装置的使用和构造而定,叠片块可以承受不同的机械负荷。因此,可以通过选择合适的横剖面轮廓和/或贯穿部,使得背脊结构具有可承受出现的机械负荷的刚度,来构造叠片块的背脊结构。
贯穿部可以在背脊结构中基本上横向于纵向方向延伸地构造。此外,贯穿部的形状和/或布置可以沿着背脊结构(即沿着背脊结构的纵向方向)变化。换句话说,沿着背脊结构开设的贯穿部可以具有开口横剖面,这些开口横剖面的形状和/或尺寸彼此相对变化。例如,沿着背脊结构可以出现多个具有预期的低机械负荷的部分,这些部分于是设置有一个或多个具有大横剖面开口的贯穿部。此外,可以出现多个具有预期的高机械负荷的区域,这些区域于是设置有一个或多个具有较小横剖面开口的贯穿部。同样地,贯穿部的数量及其相对于彼此的布置可以沿背脊结构根据预期的机械负荷而变化。因此,贯穿部的形状和/或布置沿背脊结构不是均匀的,而是根据预期的(计算的)机械负荷来调整。
根据一种变型,贯穿部可以在其横剖面形状上经过设计,并且沿着背脊结构经过布置,从而背脊结构在满足规定的机械负载能力的情况下具有优化的自重。换句话说,贯穿部可以经过设计,从而承载结构进而叠片块)具有最小的重量,以实现规定的机械负载能力。
背脊结构可以与叠片或叠片结构一体地构造。为了实现一体构造,可以通过3D打印来制造叠片块。但是也可以设想,例如通过铣削、钻孔和/或切割,由一个唯一的工件来制造叠片块。替代地,叠片结构或叠片以及背脊结构可以分别单独制造。然后叠片结构或叠片可以相应地与背脊结构连接。
背脊结构和叠片可以由相同的材料或不同的材料制成。根据一种变型,用于制造背脊结构和/或叠片的材料可以由金属材料制成。但是,也可以考虑使用聚合物材料(具有添加剂)。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种用于对挤压的塑料型材进行校准的校准装置,其中,该校准装置具有多个根据本发明的叠片块,这些叠片块彼此相对布置以形成校准开口。这些叠片块的布置在此可以使得它们形成圆形的校准开口。
校准装置还可以包括多个致动装置,其中,多个致动装置中的每一个都与多个叠片块中的一个叠片块耦接。通过致动装置,每个叠片块都可以相对于校准开口径向地被单独地致动。由此,校准开口的有效横剖面可以根据需要适配于要被校准的型材的横剖面(直径)。
此外,校准装置可以具有壳体,该壳体被设置用于容纳和储存致动装置和与致动装置耦接的叠片块。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种用于制造如上所述的叠片块的方法。用于制造叠片块的该方法至少包括通过3D打印或通过增材制造来制造叠片块的步骤。采用3D打印方法或增材制造的叠片块制造在此可以包括逐层地激光烧结/激光熔化材料层,其中,根据要产生的叠片块形状依次地(顺序地)覆设材料层。
该方法还可以包括以下步骤:计算叠片块造型(CAD数据),和可选地,将3D造型数据转换为用于3D打印或增材制造方法的相应的控制指令。
特别地,计算3D造型的步骤可以包括计算优化的承载结构的步骤,该优化的承载结构使凹缺的形状和布置适应于承载结构(或叠片块)的预期局部机械负荷。以此方式,可以产生重量减轻的背脊结构,而不削弱叠片块的机械负荷。
根据另一方面,提供了一种用于制造叠片块的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:建立描绘如上所述的叠片块的数据组;并将数据组储存在储存装置或服务器上。该方法还可以包括:将数据组输入到处理装置或计算机中,该处理装置/计算机控制用于增材制造的装置,从而该装置制得在数据组中描绘的叠片块。
根据另一方面,提供一种用于叠片块的增材制造的系统,该系统具有:用于产生描绘如上所述的叠片块的数据组的数据组产生装置;用于储存数据组的储存装置;和处理装置,其用于接收数据组,并控制用于增材制造的装置,从而该装置制造在数据组中描绘的叠片块。储存装置可以是U盘、CD-ROM、DVD、储存卡或硬盘。处理装置可以是计算机、服务器或处理器。

具体实施方式
在开头已经结合现有技术讨论了图1至图3。参考那里的描述。
现在结合图4,进一步描述根据本发明的用于校准装置的叠片块100的示例。
叠片块100包括背脊结构120以及叠片结构110,该叠片结构具有多个叠片112。背脊结构120用作叠片结构110的承载体。
叠片块100还可以具有耦接装置130,该耦接装置被设置用于与校准装置的致动装置耦接。在图4中看不到致动装置。根据图4中所示的实施方式,耦接装置包括彼此间隔开地布置的两个螺纹孔130。这些螺纹孔130可以整体地开设在背脊结构120中。
叠片结构110包括多个叠片112,这些叠片在叠片块100的纵向方向L上彼此间隔开地布置。相邻的叠片112通过相应的凹槽114彼此分开。在图4所示的实施方式中,每个叠片112都具有在相对于纵向方向L的横剖面中为三角形的轮廓。背离背脊结构120的叠片侧113被构造为略微弯曲。叠片侧113面对要校准的型材。该叠片侧形成与要校准的型材接触的接触侧。取决于应用,叠片块100也可以具有另一种叠片形状,该叠片形状可以与这里描述的三角形横剖面轮廓不同。同样,面对要被校准的型材的叠片侧113可以是平坦的,或可以具有其它的曲率。
背脊结构120形成为具有垂直于纵向方向L规定的横剖面轮廓121的细长体。在图4所示的实施方式中,背脊结构120具有T形轮廓。同样可以想到其他轮廓,例如I形轮廓。可以根据预期的作用在背脊结构120上的负载力来相应地选择背脊结构120的横剖面轮廓121。
不管具体的横剖面轮廓(T形轮廓或I形轮廓)如何,在背脊结构120中沿纵向方向L形成多个贯穿部122、122a(穿孔)。这些贯穿部122、122a基本上垂直于纵向方向L。它们把背脊结构120的两个侧翼128、129连接起来。由此产生具有规定的横剖面轮廓121的背脊结构120,该背脊结构在其侧翼128、129处被穿透。
此外如由图4可见,各个贯穿部122、122a的设计(更确切地说是形状和/或尺寸)在背脊结构120的纵向方向L上变化。背脊结构120的两个端部部分123部分地具有贯穿部122,这些贯穿部具有比中间部分125(特别是参见两个居中地布置的贯穿部122a)小的横剖面开口,因为在校准机器的工作期间,该部分比两个沿纵向方向L相对的端部部分123受到更小的机械负荷。除了尺寸外,贯穿部122、122a的形状(贯穿部122、122a的横剖面开口的形状)也可以根据作用到背脊结构120的一部分上的机械负荷相应地变化。例如,背脊结构120的端部部分123设置有三角形贯穿部122,而中间部分125具有不同于三角形的贯穿部122a。
通常可以说,根据本发明,贯穿部122、122a的尺寸和/或形状根据作用到背脊结构120上的机械负荷力来设计。特别地,在背脊结构120中开设的贯穿部122a的尺寸和/或形状可以沿其纵向方向L变化,因为在工作期间叠片块100可以在纵向方向L上承受不同的力。
此外在图4所示的实施方式中,贯穿部122、122a的尺寸和布置方式使得背脊结构120除了具有规定的机械负载能力外,还具有减小的(最小的)自重。这种重量优化的结果是,在保持规定的机械负载能力的同时,形成了背脊结构120,该背脊结构由于贯穿部122、122a而基本上框架状构造,并且在框架的内部具有支杆124、124a。支杆124、124a的形状取决于对背脊结构120的局部负载能力要求,并且可以在背脊结构120的纵向方向L上变化。
在保持规定的机械负载能力要求的同时,可以通过用于每个叠片块100的数学模型来模拟背脊结构120的自重的在此描述的最大减少(例如通过有限元模拟)。根据模拟结果和由此产生的贯穿部122、122a的拓扑,可以相应地制造背脊结构120。
为了制造背脊结构120(或整个叠片块120),可以使用衍生式的或增材式的制造方法。这种制造方法在图5中示出。因此使用3D打印方法。在此,基于上述模拟—其模拟背脊结构120的合适的拓扑,在第一步骤中计算出3D造型数据(CAD数据)。3D造型数据描述了背脊结构的(或者整个叠片块100的)造型。在第二步骤中,将计算出的3D造型数据转换为用于3D打印的控制指令。然后基于所产生的控制指令,借助于3D打印方法(例如激光烧结、激光熔化)逐层地构造背脊结构(或整个叠片块100)。金属材料或聚合物材料可用作3D打印的材料。
替代于通过3D打印进行制造,还可以想到的是,由一个工件(例如通过铣削、钻孔、切割)或通过铸造方法来制造背脊结构120(或者整个叠片块100)。
图4中所示的叠片块100可以与多个其他同类的叠片块100一起形成用于校准装置的校准笼。用于形成校准笼的具有规定的校准横剖面的多个叠片块100的布置可以采用类似于在DE 198 43 340 A1中描述的方式进行。
不言而喻,图4中所示的叠片块100是示例性的,并且在叠片122的设计中以及在背脊结构110的设计中也可以考虑其他造型。对于本发明重要的是,背脊结构120具有贯穿部122、122a,所述贯穿部的形状和/或布置适应于预期发生的机械负荷并且可以在背脊结构内变化。因此,贯穿部122、122a并非仅限于均匀的圆形孔,以使水能够通过。确切地说,各个贯穿部122、122a的形状和结构被优化,使得背脊结构120具有明显更少的材料,并且同时具有尽可能高的机械负载能力。因此,不仅可以进一步减少材料使用,而且可以进一步减小校准装置的总重量,上述叠片块可以安装到这些校准装置中。此外,通过这里描述的背脊结构设计,进一步改善了飞溅行为和冷却。此外,叠片的制造成本通过减少材料的使用而降低。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于校准挤压型材的校准装置的叠片块(100),其中,所述叠片块(100)包括背脊结构(120)和具有多个叠片(112)的叠片结构(110),其中,所述叠片(112)彼此间隔开地并沿所述背脊结构(120)的纵向(L)布置在所述背脊结构(120)上,其特征在于,所述背脊结构(120)具有多个贯穿部(122、122a),所述贯穿部(122、122a)的形状和/或在所述背脊结构(120)内的布置取决于针对所述背脊结构(120)规定的机械负载能力。
2.如权利要求1所述的叠片块(100),其特征在于,所述背脊结构(120)具有轮廓(121),该轮廓在相对于纵向(L)的横剖面上被规定,并且适应于所述机械负载能力。
3.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的叠片块(100),其特征在于,所述贯穿部(122、122a)沿着所述背脊结构(120)并且基本上横向于所述背脊结构(120)的纵向(L)延伸地构造。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的叠片块(100),其特征在于,所述贯穿部(122、122a)在它们的形状和/或布置方面沿着所述背脊结构(120)变化。
5.如权利要求4所述的叠片块(100),其特征在于,所述贯穿部(122、122a)的形状和/或布置根据沿着所述叠片块(100)的预期发生的机械负荷而变化。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的叠片块(100),其特征在于,所述贯穿部(122、122a)在它们的横剖面形状方面经过设计,并且沿着所述背脊结构(120)经过布置,使得所述背脊结构(120)在保持所述规定的机械负载能力的同时具有优化的自重。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的叠片块(100),其特征在于,所述叠片块(100)一体地构造。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的叠片块(100),其特征在于,所述背脊结构(120)和所述叠片结构(110)的叠片(112)由相同的材料或不同的材料制成。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的叠片块(100),其特征在于,所述背脊结构(120)和/或所述叠片(112)由金属材料或聚合物材料构成。
10.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的叠片块,其特征在于,所述叠片块(100)通过3D打印或通过增材制造方法来制得。
11.一种用于校准挤压型材的校准装置,包括根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的多个叠片块(100),其中,所述叠片块(100)彼此相对布置以形成校准开口。
12.如权利要求11所述的校准装置,其中,所述校准装置包括多个致动装置,其中,多个致动装置中的每一个都与多个叠片块(100)中的一个耦接,以各自地致动每个叠片块(100)。
13.一种用于制造根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的叠片块(100)的方法,包括以下步骤:通过3D打印或通过增材制造来制得所述叠片块(100)。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:计算3D叠片块造型;将该计算出的3D造型数据转换为用于所述3D打印的相应的控制指令。
15.一种用于制造叠片块(100)的方法,包括以下步骤:
-建立描绘根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的叠片块(100)的数据组;
-将所述数据组储存在储存装置或服务器上;和
-将所述数据组输入到处理装置或计算机中,该处理装置/计算机控制用于增材制造的装置,从而该装置制得在所述数据组中描绘的所述叠片块(100)。
16.一种用于叠片块(100)的增材制造的系统,包括:
-用于产生数据组的数据组产生装置,该数据组描绘了根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的叠片块(100);
-用于储存所述数据组的储存装置;
-处理装置,用于接收所述数据组,并且用来控制用于增材制造的装置,从而该装置制得在所述数据组中描绘的所述叠片块(100)。
17.一种计算机程序,包括数据组,在由处理装置或计算机读取所述数据组时,所述数据组引起所述处理装置或计算机控制用于增材制造的装置,从而用于增材制造的该装置制得具有根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的特征的叠片块(100)。
18.一种计算机可读的数据载体,其上储存有根据权利要求17所述的计算机程序。
19.一种数据组,其描绘了具有根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的特征的叠片块(100)。
