In an embodiment, in an actual application, the delivery capacity may erroneously perform the reporting operation (for example, erroneously clicking a "report" function button on the target waybill), so that the delivery capacity terminal may erroneously report the information that the privacy number cannot be connected to the merchant server 102, and therefore, in the present disclosure, the information that the privacy number reported by the delivery capacity terminal cannot be connected to the merchant server may be verified by the provider platform of the privacy number to determine whether the privacy number is really unavailable.
As shown in fig. 5, the method may further include the following steps.
In step 51, in response to receiving the information that the privacy number of the target waybill reported by the delivery capacity terminal cannot be accessed, a provider platform of the privacy number is determined.
It should be noted that the merchant server 102 does not have the authority to generate the privacy number, after the user places an order on the internet, the merchant server 102 may request the provider platform to generate the privacy number for the invoice, and the merchant server 102 may record the corresponding relationship between the privacy number (or the privacy number identifier) and the provider platform. In this way, when receiving the information that the privacy number of the target waybill reported by the delivery capacity terminal cannot be accessed, the merchant server 102 may determine the provider platform of the privacy number according to the privacy number (or the privacy number identifier) included in the information. The supplier platform is a platform for generating the privacy number of the target freight note.
In step 52, a privacy number dial testing request is sent to the provider platform of the privacy number, so that the provider platform of the privacy number performs dial testing on the privacy number, and a dial testing result of the privacy number is returned to the merchant server.
Likewise, the merchant server 102 does not have the authority to dial the privacy number, and therefore, in the present disclosure, it is necessary to determine the provider platform of the privacy number and send a privacy number dial test request to the provider platform of the privacy number. And the privacy number dial testing request is used for requesting the provider platform to dial and test the privacy number. After determining the provider platform of the privacy number, the merchant server 102 may further determine a communication interface with the provider platform of the privacy number, and send a privacy number dial test request to the provider platform of the privacy number through the communication interface. After receiving the privacy number dial testing request, the provider platform of the privacy number automatically dials and tests the privacy number to determine whether the privacy number is really unavailable, and returns the dial testing result of the privacy number to the merchant server 102. And the dialing and testing result of the privacy number is used for indicating the connection condition of the privacy number.
In step 53, in the case that the dial test result of the privacy number indicates that the privacy number cannot be connected, the real number corresponding to the target waybill is obtained.
When the dial-up result of the privacy number indicates that the privacy number cannot be connected, it indicates that the information that the privacy number cannot be connected is not reported by the delivery capacity terminal 101 by mistake, and at this time, the merchant server 102 may determine whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal according to the manner shown in fig. 4.
By adopting the technical scheme, under the condition that the information that the privacy number of the target freight note reported by the distribution freight capacity terminal cannot be communicated is received by the merchant server, the privacy number can be dialed and tested through the provider platform of the privacy number to determine whether the information that the privacy number cannot be communicated is the information that the distribution freight capacity terminal wrongly reports, and under the condition that the information that the privacy number cannot be wrongly reported is determined, whether the privacy number is abnormal is determined. Therefore, abnormal identification of the privacy numbers reported by the delivery capacity terminal by mistake can be avoided, and the workload of abnormal identification of the privacy numbers is effectively reduced.
In addition, the merchant server 102 may further send the dial-test result of the privacy number by the provider platform of the privacy number to the distribution capacity terminal 101, so as to be output by the distribution capacity terminal 101, and thus, the distribution capacity can conveniently view the dial-test result of the privacy number. For example, the distribution capacity terminal 101 may display the dial-up result of the privacy number in a popup of the display interface.
In step 54 (42), the real number is dialed.
In step 55, in case that the dial-testing result of the real number indicates that the real number is connected, it is determined that the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal.
In step 56, in case that it is determined that the privacy number of the target manifest is abnormal, the real number is transmitted to the delivery capacity terminal to output the real number through the delivery capacity terminal.
In the case that the privacy number of the target waybill is determined to be abnormal, in order to facilitate the delivery capacity to smoothly contact the user, the privacy level of the waybill can be degraded, namely, the privacy level is degraded from the condition that the user is contacted through the privacy number to the condition that the user is contacted through the real number. Therefore, the distribution capacity can be conveniently and timely contacted with the user to complete distribution, and the distribution efficiency of the distribution capacity is improved.
In step 57, in case it is determined that the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal, the privacy number is recorded.
In the disclosure, when it is determined that the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal, the privacy number may be recorded in addition to the real number corresponding to the target waybill being sent to the delivery capacity terminal, so as to monitor the service quality of the provider platform. For example, if the number of the abnormal privacy numbers in the privacy numbers generated by a certain provider platform is large, it indicates that the quality of service of the privacy numbers of the provider platform is poor.
Based on the same inventive concept, the disclosure also provides a device for identifying the privacy number abnormity. Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for identifying privacy number anomalies, which may be applied to a merchant server, such as the merchant server 102 in fig. 2, and which may include:
the obtaining module 61 is configured to obtain a real number corresponding to a target waybill under the condition that information that a privacy number of the target waybill cannot be communicated is received, wherein the information is reported by a distribution waybill terminal, and the target waybill is any waybill of distribution waybill;
a dial testing module 62 configured to dial test the real number;
and the first determining module 63 is configured to determine whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal according to the dial test result of the real number.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include:
the second determining module is configured to determine a provider platform of the privacy number in response to receiving information that the privacy number of the target waybill reported by the delivery capacity terminal cannot be accessed;
a first sending module configured to send a privacy number dial testing request to a provider platform of the privacy number, so as to perform dial testing on the privacy number by the provider platform of the privacy number, and return a dial testing result of the privacy number to the merchant server;
and the driving module is configured to drive the obtaining module 61 to execute the step of obtaining the real number corresponding to the target waybill under the condition that the dial-test result of the privacy number indicates that the privacy number cannot be connected.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include:
a second sending module configured to send a dial-test result of the privacy number to the delivery capacity terminal.
Optionally, the first determining module 63 may include:
a first determining sub-module, configured to determine that a privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal if a dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number is connected; and
and the second determining sub-module is configured to determine that the privacy number of the target waybill is normal under the condition that the dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number cannot be connected.
Optionally, the apparatus may further include:
a third sending module, configured to send the real number to the delivery capacity terminal to output the real number through the delivery capacity terminal if it is determined that the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal; and
a recording module configured to record the privacy number of the target waybill if it is determined that the privacy number is abnormal.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus for identifying privacy number abnormality, which may be applied to a distribution capacity terminal, for example, the distribution capacity terminal 101 in fig. 2, according to another exemplary embodiment, and may include:
a reporting module 71, configured to report, to a merchant server, information that a privacy number of a target waybill cannot be connected when a reporting operation of a delivery capacity on the target waybill is detected, so as to determine, by the merchant server, whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal according to the information that the privacy number of the target waybill cannot be connected, where the target waybill is any one of the delivery capacities;
a receiving module 72 configured to receive the determination result sent by the merchant server.
By the technical scheme, the merchant server automatically carries out dial test on the real number corresponding to the target waybill under the condition that the information that the privacy number of the target waybill cannot be communicated is received, wherein the information is reported by the distribution capacity terminal, so that whether the privacy number is abnormal or not is determined. Therefore, the intellectualization of the abnormal identification of the privacy number is improved, the defect of the abnormal artificial identification of the privacy number is avoided, and the distribution efficiency of the distribution transport capacity is improved. And whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal or not is determined according to the dial test result of the real number, so that the accuracy of the abnormal identification of the privacy number is improved. In addition, the merchant server can perform abnormal identification on the privacy number of each waybill with the situation that the privacy number cannot be connected, and the defect that in the prior art, the merchant customer service only performs abnormal identification on the privacy number of the waybill with the situation that the privacy number cannot be connected, so that the coverage scene is incomplete, is avoided.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device in accordance with an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, the electronic device 800 may include: a processor 801, a memory 802. The electronic device 800 may also include one or more of a multimedia component 803, an input/output (I/O) interface 804, and a communications component 805.
The processor 801 is configured to control the overall operation of the electronic device 800 to complete all or part of the steps in the above-described method for identifying an abnormal privacy number applied to a shipping terminal. The memory 802 is used to store various types of data to support operation at the electronic device 800, such as instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 800 and application-related data, such as contact data, transmitted and received messages, pictures, audio, video, and so forth. The Memory 802 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk or optical disk. The multimedia components 803 may include screen and audio components. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 802 or transmitted through the communication component 805. The audio assembly further comprises at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 804 provides an interface between the processor 801 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 805 is used for wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 800 and other devices. Wireless Communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IOT, eMTC, or other 5G, or combinations thereof, which is not limited herein. The corresponding communication component 805 may therefore include: wi-Fi module, bluetooth module, NFC module, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic Device 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for performing the above-described method for identifying privacy number anomalies applied to distribution capacity terminals.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is also provided, which comprises program instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the above-mentioned steps of the method for identifying privacy number anomalies applied to a delivery capacity terminal. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 802 described above including program instructions executable by the processor 801 of the electronic device 800 to perform the method described above for identifying privacy number anomalies applied to shipping capacity terminals.
FIG. 9 is a block diagram of an electronic device shown in accordance with an example embodiment. For example, the electronic device 900 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 9, the electronic device 900 includes a processor 1922, which may be one or more in number, and a memory 1932 for storing computer programs executable by the processor 1922. The computer program stored in memory 1932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processor 1922 may be configured to execute the computer program to perform the method of identifying privacy number anomalies applied to a merchant server described above.
Additionally, the electronic device 900 may also include a power component 926 and a communication component 950, the power component 926 may be configured to perform power management of the electronic device 900, and the communication component 950 may be configured to enable communication, e.g., wired or wireless communication, of the electronic device 900. The electronic device 900 may also include input/output (I/O) interfaces 958. The electronic device 900 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 932, such as Windows Server, mac OS XTM, unixTM, linuxTM, and the like.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium including program instructions is also provided, which when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-described method for identifying privacy number anomalies applied to a merchant server. For example, the computer-readable storage medium may be the memory 932 described above including program instructions executable by the processor 922 of the electronic device 900 to perform the method described above for identifying privacy number anomalies applied to a merchant server.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, the computer program product comprising a computer program executable by a programmable apparatus, the computer program having code portions for performing the above-described method of identifying privacy number anomalies applied to a merchant server when executed by the programmable apparatus.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations will not be separately described in this disclosure.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A method for identifying privacy number abnormality is applied to a merchant server, and comprises the following steps:
under the condition that information that a privacy number of a target waybill cannot be communicated, which is reported by a distribution waybill terminal, is received, a real number corresponding to the target waybill is obtained, wherein the target waybill is any waybill of distribution waybill;
carrying out dial testing on the real number;
determining whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal or not according to the dial test result of the real number;
wherein, the determining whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal or not according to the dial test result of the real number comprises:
determining that the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal under the condition that the dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number is connected; and
and determining that the privacy number of the target waybill is normal under the condition that the dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number cannot be connected.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to the received information that the privacy number of the target freight note reported by the delivery capacity terminal cannot be communicated, and determining a provider platform of the privacy number;
sending a privacy number dial testing request to a provider platform of the privacy number, so that the provider platform of the privacy number carries out dial testing on the privacy number, and returning a dial testing result of the privacy number to the merchant server;
and under the condition that the dial test result of the privacy number indicates that the privacy number cannot be connected, executing the step of acquiring the real number corresponding to the target waybill.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and sending the dial test result of the privacy number to the distribution capacity terminal.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
under the condition that the privacy number of the target freight note is determined to be abnormal, the real number is sent to the delivery freight forwarding terminal, so that the real number is output through the delivery freight forwarding terminal; and
and recording the privacy number under the condition that the privacy number of the target waybill is determined to be abnormal.
5. A method for identifying privacy number abnormity is applied to a delivery capacity terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
under the condition that the reporting operation of the distribution capacity on the target waybill is detected, reporting information that a privacy number of the target waybill cannot be communicated to a merchant server, so that the merchant server obtains a real number corresponding to the target waybill according to the information that the privacy number of the target waybill cannot be communicated, carrying out dial test on the real number, and determining whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal or not according to the dial test result of the real number, wherein the target waybill is any waybill of the distribution capacity;
receiving a determination result which is sent by the merchant server and used for representing whether the privacy number is abnormal or not;
wherein, the determining whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal or not according to the dial test result of the real number comprises:
determining that the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal under the condition that the dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number is connected; and
and determining that the privacy number of the target waybill is normal under the condition that the dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number cannot be connected.
6. An apparatus for identifying privacy number abnormality, applied to a merchant server, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a delivery capacity terminal and a delivery module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to acquire a real number corresponding to a target waybill under the condition that information that a privacy number of the target waybill reported by the delivery capacity terminal cannot be communicated is received, and the target waybill is any waybill of the delivery capacity;
the dial testing module is configured to be used for carrying out dial testing on the real number;
the first determination module is configured to determine whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal or not according to the dial test result of the real number;
the first determining module includes:
a first determining sub-module, configured to determine that a privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal if a dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number is connected; and
and the second determining sub-module is configured to determine that the privacy number of the target waybill is normal under the condition that the dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number cannot be connected.
7. An apparatus for recognizing abnormality of a privacy number, applied to a delivery capacity terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the reporting module is configured to report information that the privacy number of the target waybill cannot be connected to a merchant server under the condition that the reporting operation of the distribution waybill on the target waybill is detected, so that the merchant server obtains a real number corresponding to the target waybill according to the information that the privacy number of the target waybill cannot be connected to, dials and tests the real number, and determines whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal or not according to the dial and test result of the real number, wherein the target waybill is any one of the distribution waybill;
the receiving module is configured to receive a determination result which is sent by the merchant server and used for representing whether the privacy number is abnormal or not;
wherein, the determining whether the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal or not according to the dial test result of the real number comprises:
determining that the privacy number of the target waybill is abnormal under the condition that the dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number is connected; and
and determining that the privacy number of the target waybill is normal under the condition that the dial test result of the real number indicates that the real number cannot be connected.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor for executing the computer program in the memory to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor for executing the computer program in the memory to perform the steps of the method of claim 5.
