Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cables, in particular to a cable for a sensor.
Background
The anti-stretching performance of a cable used by the sensor influences the precision of the sensor, most cables in the prior art do not have the anti-stretching performance, and in the process that the cable is stressed and stretched, the outer rubber layer of the cable extrudes the cable core positioned inside the cable core, so that the signal transmission of the sensor is unstable, and therefore the anti-pulling cable for the sensor needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides a cable for a sensor that can solve the problems noted in the background art.
A cable for a sensor comprises a cable core component, an inner protective layer and an outer protective layer in sequence from inside to outside; the cable core assembly consists of two corrugated cable cores, and the two cable cores are mutually wound; the inner protective layer comprises two rubber sleeves with semicircular sections and a plurality of fixing rings sleeved on the rubber sleeves; the inner wall of the inner protection layer is also provided with a plurality of supporting pieces which correspond to the fixing rings one by one, and the supporting pieces are provided with two through holes which are respectively matched with the two cable cores; the supporting sheets are positioned in the fixing ring, and two adjacent supporting sheets are respectively positioned at wave crests or wave troughs of the two corrugated cable cores.
Preferably, the rubber sleeve is provided with a ring groove for accommodating the fixing ring.
Preferably, the fixing ring is composed of two semicircular rings which are clamped with each other, and a contact surface between the two semicircular rings is perpendicular to a contact surface between the two rubber sleeves.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the cable core is corrugated and is not contacted with the inner wall of the inner protective layer under the action of the supporting sheet, when the cable is stretched, the cable core can be prevented from being extruded by the outer protective layer and the inner protective layer, and the cable core is prevented from being adversely affected.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a cable for a sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cable core assembly, an inner protective layer, and an outer protective layer 1 in sequence from inside to outside.
As shown in fig. 6, the cable core assembly is composed of two corrugated cable cores 2, and the two cable cores 2 are staggered with each other; the outer surface of the cable core 2 is provided with an insulating layer, the two cable cores 2 are not contacted under the action of the supporting sheet 5, so that the two cable cores 2 cannot be influenced mutually, when the cable is stretched by external force, the cable core 2 is corrugated, and therefore the cable core 2 can be straightened at most before the outer protective layer 1 is broken, and the transmission of sensor signals cannot be influenced.
As shown in fig. 2, the inner protection layer includes two rubber sleeves 3 with semicircular cross sections and a plurality of fixing rings 4 sleeved on the rubber sleeves 3; solid fixed ring 4 plays the effect of supporting the design, and when the cable received external force when tensile, the cable atress concentrated department tapering was outer protective layer 1 extrusion inside protective layer promptly, and solid fixed ring 4 can play the supporting role and prevent that outer protective layer 1 extrudees to cable core 2 this moment on to the reduction is to sensor transmission signal's influence.
As shown in fig. 2, the inner wall of the inner protective layer is further provided with a plurality of supporting sheets 5 which correspond to the fixing rings 4 one to one, the supporting sheets 5 are provided with two through holes matched with the cable cores 2 respectively, stainless steel lantern rings are arranged in the through holes, when the cable is stretched under external force, the outer protective layer applies force to the inner protective layer, the inner protective layer transmits the force to the supporting sheets 5, and the stainless steel lantern rings can play a supporting role and prevent the cable cores 2 from being extruded.
As shown in fig. 1, the support sheets 5 are located in the fixing ring 4, as shown in fig. 7, two adjacent support sheets 5 are respectively located at two wave crests or wave troughs of the cable cores 2, the support sheets 5 are also made of rubber, the thickness of the support sheets 5 is 5mm, and the support sheets 5 can fix the cable cores 2 at the wave crests and the wave troughs of the cable cores 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the rubber sleeve 3 is provided with a ring groove 6 for accommodating the fixing ring 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the fixing ring 4 is composed of two semicircular rings clamped with each other, and a contact surface between the two semicircular rings is perpendicular to a contact surface between the two rubber sleeves 3.
The working principle is as follows: under the effect of backing sheet 5, cable core 2 does not contact with the inner wall of interior protective layer, and cable core 2 is the corrugate, and when the cable received external force and stretches, can prevent that outer protective layer and interior protective layer from extrudeing cable core 2, avoids controller transmission signal to receive the influence, because cable core 2 is the corrugate, can be straightened gradually when drawing the power, can not exert an influence to cable core itself to guarantee that the precision of controller is not influenced.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the embodiments may be appropriately combined to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
