Heat-sensitive label
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of thermosensitive labels, in particular to a thermosensitive label.
Background
Some articles or products that are very temperature sensitive need to be stored or transported at low temperatures, such as most vaccines, biologics, bioactive samples and parts of pharmaceuticals, and fresh foods such as fresh milk, dairy products, fresh meat, fresh fish, etc. For a long time, the labeling of expiration, shelf or freshness date has been the main method for ensuring the safe use of these articles/products, especially medicines or food, but these methods often fail to reflect whether those medicines or food which need to be stored and transported under cryogenic conditions are exposed for too long a time at temperatures exceeding safe storage and transportation temperatures.
A thermosensitive recording layer having a thermosensitive recording layer containing a colorless or pale-colored electron-donating leuco dye and an electron-accepting color developer as a main component which reacts with the dye upon heating to develop color is widely used in practical use. In order to record on the thermal recording medium, a thermal printer incorporating a thermal head is generally used. Compared with other recording methods, the thermosensitive recording method has the characteristics of no noise during recording, no need of developing and fixing, no need of maintenance, relatively low cost of the machine, no occupation of space, and very clear color development, and is widely used in fax machines, terminal printers of computers, ticket vending machines, measuring recorders, outdoor palm-type terminals, and the like. On the other hand, adhesive labels having an adhesive layer provided on one surface of paper are widely used for labeling applications such as price indication labels, commodity indication labels, measurement indication labels, and advertisement labels. In recent years, such thermosensitive recording labels are used under severe conditions such as labels for frozen foods, warning labels for outdoor application in hot weather, and physical distribution labels, and the requirements for water resistance and weather resistance have been increasing.
Therefore, it is very important to develop a thermal label having good water resistance and weather resistance.
