Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the embodiments of the present invention are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a customer information service method based on near field communication according to an embodiment of the present invention (applied to an information service system, that is, a customer information service device based on near field communication), as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: identifying the identity information of the client;
step 102: reading storage information in NFC equipment provided by a bank;
step 103: and verifying the identity information of the client, and providing information service for the client based on the stored information after the verification is passed.
Specifically, near Field Communication (NFC) is developed by combining a wireless interconnection technology on the basis of a non-contact Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. Devices using NFC technology can exchange data in close proximity to each other. In the market, various products integrate the functions of an induction type card reader, an induction type card and point-to-point communication on a single chip, and utilize mobile terminals (mobile phones, watches and the like) to realize applications such as mobile payment, electronic ticketing, entrance guard, mobile identity recognition, anti-counterfeiting and the like. Among the near field communication technologies, NFC has the advantages of security and low cost.
The information service may be marketing information for various types of financial services and products, including information for such financial services and products, such as electronic coupons, digital currency, electronic redpacks, customer points, various types of funds, financial products, insurance and its related services, all types of loan services (including consumer credits, mortgage credits, agents and financing for commercial transactions), all payment and money transfer services (including credit cards, travelers checks and bank drafts), asset management services (such as cash or security management, various forms of corporate investment management, pension fund management, custody, deposit and trust services), settlement and settlement services for financial assets (including securities, derivative products and other negotiable instruments), and so forth.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the step 101 of identifying the client identity information includes: identifying the identity information of the client through bank software in the client equipment;
step 102 of reading storage information in the NFC device provided by the bank includes: and reading the stored information in the NFC equipment provided by the bank by calling the NFC module in the client equipment.
Specifically, the invention provides a financial service providing and product issuing based on NFC, which comprises the following main processes: the bank provides software (such as a mobile phone bank), purchases and manufactures an NFC label or an NFC card (NFC equipment); a client installs software and registers to obtain and read an NFC label or an NFC card; the bank identifies the identity information of the customer through software, calls an NFC module in equipment (such as a mobile phone, a watch or a bracelet) of the customer, and reads the NFC label or NFC card information provided by the bank by using the NFC module; and after the read information passes the bank verification, providing corresponding financial service and product release for the client in the software. The flow chart is shown in figure 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information service system is required to record services and product distribution (such as providing various types of financial marketing products) outside the main flow. As shown in fig. 4, the method further includes:
step 401: and recording the information service.
Specifically, the recording of the information service includes:
and generating a number based on the information service, setting the use limit requirement of the number, and writing the number into the NFC equipment as the storage information in the NFC equipment.
Specifically, the recording of the information service includes:
and generating a number based on the information service, mapping the number to a total number N of code sets, distributing the N codes to N client codes, setting the use limit requirement of the number, and writing the number and the codes into the NFC equipment as the storage information in the NFC equipment.
Specifically, step 103 provides an information service for the client based on the stored information, including:
and acquiring the client codes in the code set based on the numbers and the codes, and based on the use limit requirements of the numbers, if the client codes corresponding to the client identity information are matched with the client codes in the code set, the matching is successful, and providing information service for the clients based on the stored information.
Specifically, step 103 provides an information service for the client based on the stored information, including:
if the matching is successful for one time, matching the client code corresponding to the client identity information with the client code in the code set again, and then failing.
Specifically, since there are many types and large types of information services, the number is an activity number, and the meaning of the code is to ensure correspondence when the activity development object is specific. For example, class A activities are not limited and may be without coding, such as A001. The number of activity B is B001, but 10 specific participating objects are defined, so there are 10 codes, the complete number + code is B001-01, B001-02 and so on.
Specifically, the service and product filing scheme is as follows:
services and products for provisioning information services are classified into 4 types:
a type: can be repeatedly used without limiting the users; the information service system generates an A-type number, the A-type number does not limit the use times, and the A-type number can be directly used for information service and written into the NFC equipment.
B type: can be repeatedly used, and limits the users; the information service system generates a B-type number, the B-type number is mapped to a total N code set, N codes are distributed to N client numbers, and the B-type number and the codes are written into the NFC equipment. If the client number is not matched with the information service system, the matching of the B-type number is unsuccessful.
Class C: the utility model can not be used repeatedly, and the user is not limited; the information service system generates a C-type number, and the restricted use frequency of the C-type number is 1,C type number which can be directly used for information service and written into the NFC equipment.
And D type: can not be repeatedly used, and limits the users; the information service system generates a D-type number, the D-type number is mapped to a code set with the total number of N, N codes are distributed to N client numbers, the number of use times of each mapped number is limited to 1, and the D-type number and the codes are written into the NFC equipment. If the serial number, the code and the client serial number (the client serial number corresponding to the client identity information is identified in step 101) are uploaded to the information service system, and the serial number registered by the information service system is checked to be inconsistent with the allocation relation of the client serial number, the matching of the D-type serial number is unsuccessful. After matching is successful once, subsequent matching is unsuccessful.
After the recording is finished, the information service cost such as the service cost and the product cost is matched with various numbers and the number of codes, when the various numbers are read by NFC equipment, a mobile phone bank uploads the numbers, the codes and the client numbers to an information service system together, the system records and controls the information service process, for example, for the numbers which can not be repeatedly used in the types C and D, the system rule can be set that only one code record can exist in a single client number, and the service and the product are provided for the client according to the numbers and the codes.
After the record, whether the client identity matching is carried out or not can be controlled when the client reads the information through NFC, if a matching link is added, directional issuing of the financial product can be completed for the read information, and if not, non-directional issuing is carried out. It is also possible to add that control is only effected once for the same identity reading information. Whether the information contained in the NFC can be reused or not can be controlled, if the information can be reused, the NFC equipment can be read by multiple people for multiple times, and if the information can not be reused, the NFC equipment can be read by a single person only once.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the block chain technique is applied, the above information service product filing process can be simplified and opened:
the method comprises the steps that N public and private key pairs are generated as products or rights and interests according to requirements, a public key set can be configured to be registered with only one client number or not, private key information is written into an NFC chip card, NFC reading equipment is used for reading content, a mobile phone bank sends a private key and the client number to a public key in an information service system for verification, the public and private keys are successfully paired, the rights and interests or the products are registered in a block chain and are attributed to the client numbers which are sent together with the private key, and if the public key supports registration of a plurality of client numbers, the same private key information can be used by other clients and can obtain or share the rights and interests. Parties outside the bank may also generate and issue benefits to the customer in this manner.
Specifically, the recording of the information service includes:
generating a public and private key based on each information service, and writing the private key into the NFC equipment;
and matching the public and private keys with the client codes, and recording the matching relation in the block chain.
Case one: and issuing entity blessing bags to the customers, reading the blessing bags by the customers through the NFC function, and obtaining gifts such as electronic coupons, digital currency, electronic red packages and the like. The process is as follows:
(1) A bank purchases an NFC label, generates a gift code, writes the gift code into the NFC label and makes a fortune bag;
(2) Randomly issuing a blessing bag to the client;
(3) After receiving the blessing bag, the customer reads the blessing bag by using a mobile phone bank according to the guide;
(4) The bank verifies the identity information of the customer, displays the contents of the fortune bag and stores the gift in the customer account.
In the embodiment of the invention, the NFC equipment is a virtual NFC card;
as shown in fig. 5, the method further includes: step 501: generating a virtual NFC card by calling an NFC module in the client equipment;
step 102 of reading storage information in the NFC device provided by the bank includes: reading storage information in the virtual NFC card through NFC reading equipment provided by a bank;
step 103, providing information service for the customer based on the stored information, comprising:
step 502: verifying the stored information in the virtual NFC card, and recording the card punching behavior of a client after the verification is successful;
step 503: and counting the card punching behaviors of the clients, and providing information service for the clients according to the counting results.
Specifically, the invention also provides an activity participation registration based on NFC, and the main flow thereof is as follows: the bank provides software (such as a mobile phone bank) and purchases and installs the NFC reading device; the client installs the software and registers; a bank identifies identity information of a customer through software, and calls an NFC module in equipment (such as a mobile phone, a watch or a bracelet) of the customer to generate an NFC virtual card for the customer; after the NFC reading equipment reads the virtual card information (called as 'card punching' for short), the bank verifies the card punching behavior, and after the verification result is successful, the card punching behavior of a customer is recorded; the bank carries out various activities by counting the card punching conditions. The flow chart is shown in figure 6.
Case two: the running card-punching points are set by virtue of the entity network points, and the clients participate in the running card-punching activities to win points. The process is as follows:
(1) A bank selects a bank outlet to make a running route, a card reader is installed at the outlet, and a running card punching activity scheme is issued;
(2) The client registers to participate in the activity and punches the card on each website card reader;
