As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention discloses an air conditioner including a case 10, a cooler 20, and a fuel collecting part 30, the case 10 having an air intake passage 11; the cooler 20 is arranged in the air inlet channel 11; the oil collecting part 30 is detachably arranged on the cooler 20, and the cooler 20 can cool the oil collecting part 30 through heat conduction. According to the air conditioner, the oil collecting part 30 is detachably arranged on the cooler 20, the cooler 20 can cool the oil collecting part 30 through heat conduction, the cooled oil collecting part 30 cools inlet air, oil drops are formed by condensing oil smoke in the air and are adsorbed on the oil collecting part 30 after being formed, so that the oil drops are prevented from being directly adsorbed on the cooler 20, when the air conditioner is used for a period of time and needs to be cleaned, the oil collecting part 30 can be taken down and cleaned, the whole cooler is prevented from being disassembled and cleaned, the filtering effect can be guaranteed, and the cleaning process is convenient and rapid.
In order to prevent soot from adhering to the cooler 20, the oil collecting member 30 at least partially covers the outer surface of the cooler 20. Preferably, the oil collecting part 30 entirely covers the outer surface of the cooler, so that the oil smoke attached to the cooler 20 can be completely prevented.
It should be noted that the cooler 20 is disposed in the air intake channel 11, which means that the cooler 20 is disposed on the path of the airflow of the intake air, and the cooler 20 may be located inside the casing 10 or outside the casing 10.
The air conditioner further comprises a refrigerant compression cycle, the refrigerant compression cycle comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and a four-way valve, the compressor, the condenser, the evaporator and the four-way valve are communicated through refrigerant pipes, wherein the refrigerant pipe between the condenser and the evaporator penetrates through the air inlet channel 11, and part of the refrigerant pipes positioned in the air inlet channel 11 form a cooler 20. During refrigeration, the oil collecting part 30 is cooled by the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant radiated by the condenser through the cooler 20, and as shown in fig. 2, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant flowing through the cooler 20 enters the evaporator again for evaporation refrigeration.
It should be noted that the oil collecting part 30 is an oil collecting sleeve matched with the refrigerant pipe, and is made of an oil-repellent material, for example: the injection molding piece is molded into a cylindrical shape, and a buckle can be arranged on the side surface of the injection molding piece, so that the injection molding piece is sleeved on the refrigerant pipe through the buckle. The oil collecting sleeve can also be made of flexible materials and is coated on the outer wall of the refrigerant pipe.
As the oil drops continuously adhere to the oil collecting part 30, the small oil drops are gathered into large oil drops, and the large oil drops flow downwards along the oil collecting part 30 under the action of gravity, so as to avoid the oil drops from polluting the shell, as shown in fig. 3, an oil collecting groove 12 is arranged at the position of the shell 10 corresponding to the oil collecting part 30, and the bottom of the oil collecting part 30 is positioned in the oil collecting groove 12. Oil droplets will flow into the sump 12 under the influence of gravity, thereby avoiding contamination of the housing by the oil droplets.
The oil sump 12 is provided with an oil discharge hole 13. Through setting up oil drain hole 13, can discharge the fluid in oil catch bowl 12, avoid fluid to spill over.
Further, the air conditioner further includes an oil collecting box 40, the oil collecting box 40 being detachably provided on the casing 10, the interior of the oil collecting box 40 being communicated with the oil discharge hole 13. The oil collecting box 40 can be arranged below the oil collecting tank 12 like a drawer, the interior of the oil collecting box 40 is communicated with the oil discharge hole 13, so that oil in the oil collecting tank 12 directly flows into the oil collecting box 40, when the oil in the oil collecting box 40 is full, the oil collecting box 40 can be drawn out, the oil can be poured out, and the operation is very convenient.
The oil collection box 40 in the above embodiment may also have other structures, and in another embodiment, the air conditioner has the same structure as that in the above embodiment except that in the present embodiment, the oil collection box 40 is detachably provided on the housing 10, the oil collection box 40 has the oil collection tank 12, and the bottom of the oil collection member 30 is located in the oil collection tank 12. The structure is more compact and saves more space.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, a guiding surface 131 is provided on the inner wall of the oil drain hole 13, and the guiding surface 131 is connected with the bottom surface of the oil sump 12. The flow guide surface 131 is adopted to facilitate the condensed oil drops to flow into the oil collecting box 40.
The air conditioner also comprises an oil collecting filter screen 50, wherein the oil collecting filter screen 50 is detachably arranged at the position of the cooler 20, and oil drops in the air are filtered after the oil collecting filter screen 50 is cooled. Through setting up oil collecting filter screen 50 can carry out the secondary filtration through oil dripping in the oil collecting filter screen 50 to the air, improve the filter effect.
It should be noted that the oil collecting screen 50 may be disposed in front of the cooler 20, or may be disposed behind the cooler 20, in other words, the oil collecting screen 50 may be disposed upstream of the cooler 20 or may be disposed downstream of the cooler 20 in the air intake direction. When the oil collecting filter screen 50 is arranged at the upper stream of the cooler 20, the oil collecting filter screen 50 is more convenient to disassemble and assemble, and when the oil collecting filter screen 50 is arranged at the lower stream of the cooler 20, the temperature of the oil collecting filter screen 50 can be further reduced by the cooled air inlet, so that more oil drops are condensed in the air, and the filtering effect is improved.
In order to prevent oil drops on the oil collecting filter screen 50 from falling onto the casing of the flow channel under the action of gravity, the bottom of the oil collecting filter screen 50 is positioned in the oil collecting tank 12, and the oil drops on the oil collecting filter screen 50 can fall into the oil collecting tank to avoid polluting the casing.

The shell 10 is further provided with an air inlet, an upper air outlet 14 and a lower air outlet 15, the upper air outlet 14 is arranged at the top of the shell 10, a first evaporator is arranged in the upper air outlet 14, the air inlet and the lower air outlet 15 are arranged on the side wall of the shell 10, the lower air outlet 15 is located below the air inlet, the air inlet is communicated with the air inlet channel 11, the lower air outlet 15 is internally provided with a second evaporator, and the first evaporator and the second evaporator are arranged in parallel.
It should be noted that, the control valves are arranged in front of the first evaporator and the second evaporator, the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet can simultaneously output air or independently output air, specifically, two fans can be independently driven, and the control valves can also be used for controlling the air outlets. When a single air outlet discharges air, the evaporator control valve corresponding to the air outlet discharging air is opened for refrigeration, and the control valve of the other evaporator is closed and is not refrigerated.
The air conditioner is applied to a special working environment of a kitchen, and a large amount of kitchen oil smoke is filled in the air. In order to prevent oil smoke from entering the air conditioner to damage internal components, a cooler 20 and an oil collecting part 30 are arranged at the air inlet channel 11 of the air conditioner. When air in a kitchen enters the air inlet channel 11 of the air conditioner, the air needs to pass through the oil collecting part 30 of the air conditioner, the temperature of the oil collecting part 30 is reduced through heat conduction, and when the air passes through the oil collecting part 30, the temperature is reduced, and the temperature of the air which passes through the oil collecting filter screen 50 is also lower. Oil smoke and vapor in the air are condensed into liquid after being cooled, an oil-water mixture flows into the oil collecting tank 12 along the oil collecting part 30 and the oil collecting filter screen 50, the oil collecting tank 12 is communicated with the oil collecting box 40 through the oil discharge hole 13, and the air passes through the oil collecting part 30, the oil collecting filter screen 50 and the oil absorbing filter screen and then enters the air conditioner. When the air passes through the oil collecting part 30 and the oil collecting filter screen 50, most oil smoke mixed with the air can be filtered, and the oil smoke in the air is blocked for the second time after the air is filtered by the oil absorbing filter screen. Substantially no oil smoke will be introduced into the interior of the air conditioner.
The oil inside the oil collecting box 40 is cleaned regularly, and the oil collecting part 30 and the oil collecting filter screen 50 are cleaned, so that the centralized treatment of the kitchen oil smoke is realized. The oil smoke is prevented from entering the air conditioner, the oil smoke in a kitchen is collected in a concentrated mode, the oil smoke in the air conditioner can be prevented from being absent, and the oil smoke is prevented from invading other electrical appliances and spaces in the kitchen.
