Claims (15)
1. An electrical box assembly comprises an electrical box support frame and an electrical box arranged on the electrical box support frame, and is characterized in that the electrical box comprises an installation plate, the installation plate is used for installing electrical elements, a support piece is fixedly connected to the installation plate, and the support piece is abutted to the electrical box support frame and can slide relative to the electrical box support frame so as to enable the installation plate to turn from a first position to a second position;
wherein, the mounting panel is located when the first position, the plane that the mounting panel belongs to is first plane, the mounting panel is located when the second position, the plane that the mounting panel belongs to is the second plane, first plane with contained angle a has between the second plane, wherein, 0 is used for being less than or equal to 180 a.
2. The appliance box assembly of claim 1, wherein a trajectory along which the support slides relative to the appliance box support bracket is an arcuate trajectory.
3. The appliance box assembly of claim 2, wherein the appliance box support bracket includes a support engagement structure, the support member being formed with an arcuate contact surface, the support engagement structure being formed with a mating contact surface that mates with the arcuate contact surface, or the support engagement structure being formed with an arcuate contact surface, the support member being formed with a mating contact surface that mates with the arcuate contact surface;
the support member and the support mating structure may be configured to allow the mounting plate to be flipped from a first position to a second position by relative sliding movement between the arcuate contact surface and the mating contact surface.
4. An electrical box assembly as in claim 3 wherein when the support member is formed with an arcuate contact surface and the support engagement structure is formed with an engagement contact surface that engages the arcuate contact surface, the arcuate contact surface projects in a direction adjacent the support engagement structure;
or the like, or, alternatively,
when the support matching structure is provided with an arc-shaped contact surface, and the support piece is provided with a matching contact surface matched with the arc-shaped contact surface, the arc-shaped contact surface protrudes along the direction close to the support piece.
5. The appliance cartridge assembly of claim 3, wherein the arcuate contact surface defines a retention slot therein, and wherein the mating contact surface slides relative to the retention slot to rotate the mounting plate from the first position to the second position.
6. The electrical box assembly as claimed in claim 5, wherein the support member has at least two first position-limiting pieces arranged side by side, a first position-limiting groove is formed between two adjacent first position-limiting pieces, and the support engagement structure slides on the first position-limiting groove;
or the like, or, alternatively,
at least two second limiting pieces are arranged on the supporting and matching structure in parallel, a second limiting groove is formed between every two adjacent second limiting pieces, and the supporting piece slides on the second limiting groove.
7. An electrical box assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a first lug is provided on one side of the electrical box, a first connection hole is provided on the first lug, a second connection hole is provided on a corresponding position of the electrical box support frame, and the first connection hole and the second connection hole are connected by a connection member.
8. The electrical enclosure assembly as recited in claim 7, wherein the first lug and the electrical enclosure support are disposed adjacent to each other in a direction along the mounting plate axis of rotation.
9. The electrical box assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein a second lug is disposed on the other side of the electrical box opposite to the first lug, a third connecting hole is disposed on the second lug, a fourth connecting hole is disposed on the electrical box support frame, and the third connecting hole is connected to the fourth connecting hole through a fastening member.
10. The electrical enclosure assembly as recited in claim 9, wherein the second lug and the electrical enclosure support bracket are disposed adjacent to each other in a direction perpendicular to an axis of rotation of the mounting plate.
11. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising the electric box according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. The outdoor unit of claim 11, wherein the electric box is a flip-chip type electric box, and the mounting plate has a plane for mounting the electric components facing a vertically downward direction when the mounting plate is located at the first position.
13. The outdoor unit of claim 10 or 11, comprising a blower chamber for mounting a blower fan and a compressor chamber for mounting a compressor, the blower chamber and the compressor chamber being partitioned by a partition plate, wherein the appliance box support frame is formed by the partition plate.
14. The outdoor unit of claim 13, wherein the partition plate further comprises a transition plate connected to the appliance box supporting bracket and a back plate connected to the transition plate, the transition plate having an arc shape, and a height of the transition plate and the back plate is lower than a lowest point of the supporter in a vertical direction.
15. The outdoor unit of claim 14, further comprising a condenser, wherein a first protrusion is formed at one side of the electric box, the first protrusion has a first coupling hole, a second coupling hole is formed at one side of the electric box supporter adjacent to the condenser, the first protrusion and the electric box supporter are adjacently disposed in a horizontal direction, and the first coupling hole and the second coupling hole are coupled by a first coupling member.
