Optionally, the air inlet 700 of the range hood is vertically arranged or obliquely arranged, and the oil screen 100 is parallel to the plane of the air inlet 700. Therefore, the oil smoke enters the range hood perpendicular to the oil screen 100, and the filtering efficiency of the range hood on the oil smoke is improved.
Optionally, a plurality of oil screens 100 are tiled within the air inlet 700 of the range hood. Therefore, the oil screen 100 can completely shield the air inlet 700, so that the oil smoke can be conveniently filtered by the oil screen 100, and the oil smoke purification effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for controlling a range hood, including:
s01, controlling the oil net to rotate under the condition that the cooking bench is in an open state;
and S02, adjusting the rotating speed of the oil screen according to the oil smoke concentration.
By adopting the method for controlling the range hood provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the oil screen is immediately operated after the hearth is detected to be opened, the oil screen immediately enters the working state to filter the oil smoke, and then the rotating speed of the oil screen is adjusted according to the concentration of the oil smoke, so that the rotating speed of the oil screen is matched with the oil smoke with different concentrations, the working form of the oil screen is more flexible, the filtering efficiency of the oil smoke is improved, and the air pollution is reduced.
Alternatively, in the case where the cooktop is in the open state, the oil screen is controlled to rotate at the first rotation speed. Therefore, under the condition that the cooking bench is in an open state, the oil screen is controlled to rotate at a constant rotating speed, the subsequent adjustment of the rotating speed of the oil screen is facilitated, and the filtering efficiency of oil smoke is improved.
Optionally, the first rotational speed is a lowest rotational speed at which the oil network rotates. Therefore, under the condition that the cooking bench is in an open state, the oil screen rotates at the lowest rotating speed, and the subsequent adjustment of the rotating speed of the oil screen is facilitated.
Optionally, the first speed is a speed intermediate a highest speed and a lowest speed at which the oil network rotates. Therefore, under the condition that the cooking bench is in an open state, the oil screen directly rotates at the intermediate value rotating speed, and the oil screen has better oil smoke filtering capacity at the initial stage, so that the oil smoke is conveniently filtered, and the oil smoke filtering efficiency is improved.
Optionally, adjusting the rotation speed of the oil net according to the concentration of the oil smoke comprises: under the condition that the oil smoke concentration meets a first condition, the rotating speed of the oil net is increased; and/or reducing the rotation speed of the oil net or keeping the rotation speed of the oil net unchanged under the condition that the oil smoke concentration meets the second condition. Therefore, the rotating speed of the oil screen can be adjusted under the condition that the oil smoke concentration meets different conditions, the oil smoke filtering efficiency of the oil screen is guaranteed, meanwhile, the working form of the oil screen is more flexible, the energy consumption is reduced, and the oil screen is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
Optionally, the first condition is that the soot concentration is greater than a first threshold. Like this, when oil smoke concentration is greater than first threshold value, then judge that oil smoke concentration satisfies first condition, and then improve the rotational speed of oil net and filter the oil smoke, do benefit to the filtration efficiency who improves the oil smoke. For example, the first threshold corresponds to a smoke concentration, and when the detected smoke concentration is greater than the first threshold, it is determined that the smoke concentration satisfies the first condition.
Optionally, the first threshold is C1,5mg/m ≤C1≤8mg/m3. Therefore, the value range of the first threshold is a range with higher oil smoke concentration, and the rotating speed of the oil screen is conveniently improved to filter the oil smoke with high concentration.
Optionally, a first threshold value C1Is 6mg/m3. Like this, make the oil smoke concentration that first threshold value corresponds higher, be convenient for improve the oil net rotational speed and filter the higher oil smoke of concentration.
Optionally, the second condition is that the soot concentration is less than a second threshold. Therefore, when the oil smoke concentration is smaller than the second threshold value, the oil smoke concentration is judged to meet the second condition, the rotating speed of the oil screen is reduced or kept unchanged, and the energy consumed by rotation of the oil screen can be reduced while the oil smoke filtering efficiency of the oil screen is ensured. For example, the second threshold corresponds to a lower oil smoke concentration, and when the oil smoke concentration is detected to be smaller than the second threshold, it is determined that the oil smoke concentration satisfies the second condition.
Optionally, the first threshold is equal to the second threshold, i.e. C1=C2. Therefore, when the first threshold value is equal to the second threshold value, the oil smoke concentration is higher than the threshold value, namely, the rotating speed of the oil screen is increased, and when the oil smoke concentration is lower than the threshold value, the rotating speed of the oil screen is reduced, the adjustment is more sensitive, the rotating speed of the oil screen can be better adjusted according to the change of the oil smoke concentration, the filtering efficiency of the oil smoke is improved, the rotating speed of the oil screen is adjusted through a single threshold value, and the control process can be simplified.
Optionally, when the rotation speed of the oil net is greater than the lowest rotation speed thereof under the condition that the concentration of the oil smoke meets a second condition, the rotation speed of the oil net is reduced; and when the rotating speed of the oil net is equal to the lowest rotating speed of the oil net, keeping the rotating speed of the oil net unchanged. Therefore, under the condition that the oil smoke concentration meets the second condition, the oil smoke concentration is low, the rotating speed of the oil screen is reduced to the lowest rotating speed, and energy consumed by rotation of the oil screen can be reduced while the oil smoke filtering efficiency of the oil screen is ensured.
Optionally, adjusting the rotation speed of the oil screen according to the concentration of the oil smoke comprises: adjusting the rotating speed of a fan of the range hood according to the concentration of the oil smoke; and adjusting the rotating speed of the oil screen according to the rotating speed of a fan of the range hood. Therefore, the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted according to the oil smoke concentration, which is a common means in the field, on the basis, the rotating speed of the oil screen is adjusted according to the rotating speed of the fan, so that the control program is simpler, and the oil screen rotating speed is related to the rotating speed of the fan, so that the oil smoke absorption capacity of the range hood can be further improved.
Optionally, adjusting the rotation speed of the oil screen according to the rotation speed of the fan of the range hood comprises: and detecting the rotating speed of the fan, and adjusting the rotating speed of the oil net according to the rotating speed of the fan. Therefore, the rotating speed of the oil screen is adjusted according to the relation between the rotating speed of the fan and the rotating speed of the oil screen by detecting the rotating speed of the fan, and the oil smoke absorption efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the higher the soot concentration, the higher the rotation speed of the oil screen. Therefore, the rotating speed of the oil screen can be increased along with the increase of the concentration of the oil smoke, and the filtering efficiency of the oil smoke is improved.
Optionally, the rotation speed of the oil screen and the rotation speed of the fan of the range hood satisfy the following relationship: v. of1=a*v2Wherein v is1Is the rotational speed of the oil net, v2The rotating speed of a fan of the range hood, and a is a weighting coefficient. Therefore, the rotating speed of the oil net is adjusted through the rotating speed of the fan by using the formula, and the rotating speed of the oil net is convenient to adjust.
Optionally, the weighting coefficient a is determined according to the soot concentration. In this way, the weighting factor a determined according to the soot concentration causes the rotational speed v of the oil network1The rotating speed of the oil screen changes along with the change of the concentration of the oil smoke when the concentration of the oil smoke changes, so that the filtering efficiency of the oil smoke is improved.
Optionally, the soot concentration is divided into a plurality of levels, each level corresponding to a value of the weighting coefficient a. Thus, the oil net is enabledRotational speed v of1The rotating speed of the oil screen changes along with the change of the concentration of the oil smoke when the concentration of the oil smoke changes, so that the filtering efficiency of the oil smoke is improved. For example, the oil smoke concentration is divided into three grades of high concentration, moderate concentration and low concentration, the weighting coefficient a corresponding to the grade of high oil smoke concentration is 0.08, the weighting coefficient a corresponding to the grade of moderate oil smoke concentration is 0.05, and the weighting coefficient a corresponding to the grade of low oil smoke concentration is 0.02.
Optionally, the method for controlling a range hood further comprises: detecting the temperature of the cooking bench; and judging the working state of the cooking bench according to the temperature. Therefore, whether the cooking bench is in a working state or not is judged through the temperature of the cooking bench, and the method is simple, convenient and accurate.
Optionally, the detecting the temperature of the cooktop is detecting the temperature of an area within 5cm from a heating zone of the cooktop. In this way, the temperature is sensed at a distance within 5cm from the heating zone of the hob, from which it is determined that the operating state of the hob is more stable.
Optionally, the heating zone of the cooktop is a cooktop zone.
Optionally, the determining the operating state of the cooking bench according to the temperature includes: and when the temperature exceeds a preset temperature, judging that the cooking bench is in an opening state. Therefore, when the temperature of the cooking bench exceeds the preset temperature, the cooking bench starts to heat, and the cooking bench is judged to be in an opening state accurately.
Optionally, the preset temperature is greater than or equal to 50 degrees. Thus, room temperature does not generally exceed 50 degrees. The preset temperature value is set to be over 50 ℃, so that misjudgment caused by the influence of the room temperature can be avoided.
Optionally, the method for controlling a range hood further comprises: and under the condition that the cooking bench is in a closed state, adjusting the rotating speed of the oil screen to be 0 according to the concentration of the oil smoke. Therefore, under the condition that the cooking bench is in a closed state, oil smoke is not generated on the cooking bench, the concentration of the oil smoke is gradually reduced until the oil smoke disappears, at the moment, the rotating speed of the oil screen is adjusted to be 0 according to the concentration of the oil smoke, the oil screen is convenient to continuously filter the rest oil screen after the cooking bench is closed, and the filtering efficiency of the oil smoke is improved.
Optionally, in a case where the cooking bench is in a closed state, the rotation speed of the oil screen gradually decreases with a decrease in the concentration of the soot, and the rotation speed of the oil screen decreases to 0 when the concentration of the soot is less than a third threshold value. Therefore, under the condition that the cooking bench is in a closed state, when the concentration of the oil smoke is smaller than the third threshold value, the default oil smoke is filtered, and the oil net is controlled to stop rotating at the moment, so that the residue of the oil smoke in a kitchen can be reduced.
Optionally, the third threshold is C3,0.1mg/m ≤C3≤0.3mg/m3. Thus, when the general oil smoke concentration is reduced to be less than or equal to 0.3mg/m3, the oil smoke residue is less, the oil smoke residue can be eliminated naturally, the rotation of the oil net is more energy-saving when the oil smoke concentration in the kitchen is reduced to be less than 0.1mg/m3 in a short time, and the oil smoke concentration in the kitchen is judged to be less than 0.1mg/m3, so that the unnecessary energy waste can be reduced.
