Abstract
The invention relates to a wavy V-shaped flame stabilizer which consists of a wavy front edge, a wavy V-shaped surface and a wavy V-shaped tail edge. The advantages and the obtained beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: by adopting the wave-shaped V-shaped flame stabilizer, the flame stability is good, the flow loss is small, and the combustion efficiency is high.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wave-shaped V-shaped flame stabilizer which can be used for an afterburner of an aircraft engine and belongs to the technical field of aviation.
Background
The afterburner of the jet aircraft engine adopts a flame stabilizer to stabilize flame tissue combustion, and the performance of the flame stabilizer is a decisive influence factor of the performance of the afterburner. Most afterburners adopt V-shaped flame stabilizers with simple structures. Although the conventional V-shaped flame stabilizer is simple in structure and easy to process and manufacture, the backflow vortex is poor in stability due to the fact that the conventional V-shaped flame stabilizer generates a Karman vortex street type backflow vortex, flame stability is poor under certain conditions, combustion efficiency is reduced due to unstable local combustion, and extra flow loss is caused by the fact that the backflow vortex falls off alternately to disturbance of a flow field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wave-shaped V-shaped flame stabilizer, which is used for improving flame stability, reducing flow loss and increasing combustion efficiency.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
A wavy V-shaped flame stabilizer has a wavy geometric characteristic, contains 3-5 wavelengths and is the same in cross section shape, the spreading length of the wavy V-shaped flame stabilizer is determined by a specific engine and mainly comprises a front edge, a V-shaped surface and a V-shaped tail edge, on the cross section, the front edge is obtained by rounding off the V-shaped surface, the radius of the rounded corner is 1.5-5 mm, the width of the V-shaped surface is 20-30 mm, the V-shaped included angle of the V-shaped surface is 25-40 degrees, the width of the V-shaped tail edge is 26-36 mm, the front V-shaped included angle of the V-shaped tail edge is 55-70 degrees, the rear V-shaped included angle of the V-shaped tail edge is 100-150 degrees, the width of a side flat straight section is 1.5-3 mm, the wavy geometric characteristic starts and ends at the position of a wave crest, the wave is obtained at the peak and the rounded corner of a sawtooth wave, the radius is 15-30 mm, and the amplitude of the sawtooth wave is 6-15 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
first, flame stability is good. The conventional V-shaped flame stabilizer generates a Karman vortex street type backflow vortex, and the backflow vortex stability is poor. A conventional V-shaped flame stabilizer is changed into a wavy V-shaped flame stabilizer, K-H type backflow vortexes are generated after the wavy V-shaped flame stabilizer, the backflow vortexes have components in the spanwise direction, and heat mass convection transmission exists between wave crest backflow regions and wave trough backflow regions, so that the flame stability is good.
Second, flow losses are small. The conventional V-shaped flame stabilizer generates a karman vortex street type backflow vortex, the wavy V-shaped flame stabilizer generates a K-H type backflow vortex, and compared with the karman vortex street type backflow vortex, the K-H type backflow vortex causes much smaller flow loss, so the flow loss is small.
Thirdly, the combustion efficiency is high. The wave-shaped V-shaped flame stabilizer generates K-H type backflow vortexes, the flame stability is good, meanwhile, the backflow vortexes have the direction component to enable heat mass convection transmission to be generated between wave crest and wave trough backflow regions, so that fuel oil in the backflow regions is atomized, evaporated and mixed more fully, stable and efficient combustion in the backflow regions is guaranteed, and the combustion efficiency is high.
