Claims (10)
1. The flange structure convenient to install comprises a fixed flange (1) and a connecting flange (2), and is characterized in that symmetrically distributed lock head pieces (3) are arranged on the fixed flange (1), lugs (301) are fixedly arranged on the lock head pieces (3), the lock head pieces (3) are perpendicular to the lugs (301), a rotating wheel lock piece groove (203) is formed in the connecting flange (2), a rotating wheel lock piece (4) is arranged on the rotating wheel lock piece groove (203) in a rotating mode, the rotating wheel lock piece (4) is used for being connected with the lock head pieces (3) in a clamping mode after rotating, a lock head groove (401) corresponding to the lock head pieces (3) is formed in the rotating wheel lock piece (4), a lug supporting table (402) is arranged inside the lock head groove (401), and the side face of the lug supporting table (402) is sunken in the side face of the lock head groove (401), the lock head piece (3) is connected with the lock head groove (401) in a clamping mode, and the lug (301) is connected with the lug support platform (402) in a clamping mode;
the runner latch fitting (4) is provided with symmetrically distributed extension arm rotating grooves (403), extension arms (5) are arranged in the extension arm rotating grooves (403), and the rotating angle range of the extension arms (5) is 0-90 degrees.

A flange structure for facilitating mounting according to claim 1, wherein: the fixing flange (1) is provided with a first socket (101), a second socket (102) is arranged in the first socket (101), and a second sealing gasket (11) is fixedly arranged between the first socket (101) and the second socket (102).

5. A flange structure for facilitating mounting according to claim 1, wherein: runner latch fitting hole (404) has been seted up in the centre of runner latch fitting (4), runner latch fitting hole (404) rotate the setting and are in on runner latch fitting groove (203).

A flange structure for facilitating mounting according to claim 1, wherein: the extension arm rotates pivot groove (405) of symmetric distribution is seted up to the inside in groove (403), the both sides face of extension arm (5) all is fixed and is provided with pivot (501), pivot (501) rotate the setting and are in the inside in pivot groove (405).

A flange structure for facilitating mounting according to claim 1, wherein: the connecting flange (2) is fixedly provided with a limiting ring (6), the limiting ring (6) is used for limiting the rotating wheel locking piece (4), and one side of the extension arm (5) is provided with a limiting groove (503) corresponding to the limiting ring (6).

s1: firstly, fixing a fixed flange (1), then inserting a first plug (201) on a connecting flange (2) into a first socket (101) of the fixed flange (1), and then inserting a second plug (202) on the connecting flange (2) into a second socket (102) of the fixed flange (1);
s2: then, the rotating wheel locking piece (4) on the rotating wheel locking piece groove (203) is rotated, so that the locking head piece (3) and the lug (301) on the fixed flange (1) penetrate through the inside of the locking head groove (401);
s3: then, the rotating wheel locking piece (4) is rotated, so that the lug (301) on the locking head piece (3) is clamped on the lug supporting platform (402) in the locking head groove (401) and is tightly clamped;
s4: in the rotating process of the rotating wheel locking piece (4), once the resistance is large, the extension arm (5) can be rotated by 90 degrees to achieve the effect of saving power by increasing the force arm;
s5: after the extension arm (5) is used, the extension arm (5) is rotated by 90 degrees again, so that the first magnetic strip (9) on the extension arm (5) is attached to the second magnetic strip (901) on the connecting flange (2) due to attraction.
