the magnet is a ring magnet; the outer side of the joint shell 10 is sequentially provided with a clamp spring groove and a magnet blocking part 104 along the butt joint direction; the clamp spring 80 is fixed in the clamp spring groove and matched with the magnet blocking portion 104, so that the magnet is fixed between the clamp spring 80 and the magnet blocking portion 104.

The magnet is a ring magnet; the outer side of the joint shell is provided with a magnet groove, and the width of the magnet groove is matched with the thickness of the magnet.
In the embodiment of the present application, the magnet blocking portion 104 is a boss formed by extending outward on the connector housing 10, and the boss may be an annular platform or a combination of a plurality of platforms located on the same horizontal plane; the ring magnet is embedded outside the connector housing and is restricted by the magnet blocking portion 104 and the clamp spring 80 so as not to fall off the connector housing 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, the ring-shaped magnet is clamped in the magnet groove, and is limited by the side wall of the magnet groove, and is fixed outside the joint housing 10.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned solution that the attraction structure adopts a magnet is only an example shown in the embodiment of the present application, and in practical applications, other attraction structures may also be adopted to apply a force to the joint housing 10 in the mating direction.
In the practical application process, the adsorption structure can also be a pneumatic sucker, and air in the sucker body is pumped out by pressing the pneumatic sucker or through an air passage in a connecting shaft of the pneumatic sucker, so that vacuum is formed between the sucker body and the outer edge of the fluid interface, and acting force along the butt joint direction is applied to the joint shell by utilizing air pressure.
It should be noted that the solution of the suction structure using the pneumatic chuck is only an example shown in the embodiment of the present application, and is not necessarily taken as the only limitation of the present invention.
The embodiment of the application designs the concrete implementation mode of the adsorption structure, the adsorption structure can stably apply acting force in the butt joint direction to the joint shell, so that the joint shell compresses the butt spring, the butt spring is kept in a stable compression state, stable elastic force is applied to the spring blocking portion, the butt joint of the outer edge of the interface sealing ring and the fluid interface is guaranteed, and the stability of the sealing performance of the sealed quick assembling and disassembling pipe joint is guaranteed.
Example four
In order to facilitate separation of the sealed quick-release pipe joint from the fluid port and adjust tightness of connection between the sealed quick-release pipe joint and the fluid port, the embodiments of the present application are designed based on the sealed quick-release pipe joint in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.
The sealed quick assembly disassembly coupling still includes: a lock nut 70;
the outside of the fluid barrel 20 is provided with a second external thread 24;
the lock nut 70 is secured to the fluid barrel by the second external threads 24 and is located on the exterior of the fitting housing 10.
In practical applications, the distance between the fluid barrel spring stop 22 and the top of the connector housing, i.e., the amount of compression of the abutment spring 30, can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the locking nut 70 on the fluid barrel 20 by turning the locking nut, thereby adjusting the amount of spring force generated by the abutment spring 30 and thus adjusting the tightness of the abutment of the interface seal ring 40 against the outer edge of the fluid interface 90.
In addition, when the sealed quick-release pipe joint is disassembled from the fluid port 90, an operator applies an acting force to the joint housing 10 in a direction opposite to the butt direction, so that the joint housing 10 moves in the direction opposite to the butt direction, and when the top of the joint housing abuts against the lock nut 70, the joint housing 10 drives the fluid barrel 20 to move in the direction opposite to the butt direction, so that the guide nozzle 21 is separated from the fluid port 90, and the disassembly of the sealed quick-release pipe joint is completed.
According to the embodiment of the application, the locking nut which is in threaded connection with the fluid barrel is additionally arranged in the sealed quick assembling and disassembling pipe joint and is arranged on the outer side of the joint shell, the locking nut is rotated to move in the length direction of the fluid barrel, so that the distance between the locking nut and the spring stop part is changed, the distance between the top of the joint shell and the spring stop part can be changed, namely the compression length of the abutting spring is changed, the elasticity of the abutting spring is adjusted, the tightness of the abutting of the interface sealing ring and the outer edge of the fluid interface is adjustable, and the flexibility of the sealed quick assembling and disassembling pipe joint is enhanced; in addition, the locking nut fixed on the fluid gun barrel is used for moving the joint shell to enable the joint shell to be abutted against the locking nut, so that acting force which is applied to the joint shell and is opposite to the butt joint direction can be transmitted to the fluid gun barrel, separation of the guide nozzle and the fluid interface can be realized, and force application by an operator is facilitated.

In addition, it can be understood that the modules in the device according to the embodiment of the present application may be combined, divided, and deleted according to actual needs.

Claims (10)

1. A sealed quick disconnect coupling, comprising:
a joint housing (10), a fluid barrel (20), an abutment spring (30), a port seal (40), and an adsorption structure (50);
the fluid barrel (20) having a muzzle (21) and a spring stop (22); the abutting spring (30) and the interface sealing ring (40) are sequentially nested on the fluid barrel (20) along the butt joint direction, and the spring blocking part (22) is arranged between the abutting spring (30) and the interface sealing ring (40);
the joint housing (10) is provided with a top through hole (101), and the joint housing (10) is nested outside the fluid barrel (20) through the top through hole (101) so that the abutting spring (30) and the port seal ring (40) are both located inside the joint housing (10); the outer diameter of the abutting spring (30) is larger than the diameter of the top through hole (101);
the adsorption structure (50) is used for applying acting force in the butt joint direction to the joint shell (10);
the butt joint direction is towards the length direction of the fluid barrel of the guide nozzle (21).
2. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 1,
the sealed quick assembly disassembly coupling still includes: a sealing ring fixing block (60);
the sealing ring fixing block (60) is nested on the fluid gun tube (20) and is positioned in the butt joint direction of the spring blocking part (22);
the sealing ring fixing block (60) is provided with a central through hole (601), the central through hole (601) is composed of a first through hole (6011) and a second through hole (6012), the first through hole (6011) and the second through hole (6012) are coaxial, the radial size of the first through hole (6011) is matched with the outer diameter of the fluid gun barrel (20), and the radial size of the second through hole (6012) is matched with the outer diameter of the port sealing ring (40); one end, close to the second through hole (6012), of the sealing ring fixing block (60) is provided with a sealing ring step (602) and used for clamping the interface sealing ring (40) so that the interface sealing ring (40) is fixed to the second through hole (6012).
3. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 2,
a fixed block internal thread is arranged on the wall of the first through hole (6011);
a first external thread (23) is arranged on the outer side of the fluid barrel (20); the first external thread (23) is matched with the internal thread of the fixed block.
4. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 1,
the sealed quick assembly disassembly coupling still includes: a lock nut (70);
a second external thread (24) is arranged on the outer side of the fluid gun barrel;
the lock nut (70) is secured to the fluid barrel (20) by the second external thread (24) and is located outside of the fitting housing (10).
5. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 1,
the adsorption structure (50) is a magnet; the magnet is fixedly connected to the outer side of the joint shell (10).
6. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 5,
the sealed quick assembly disassembly coupling still includes: a clamp spring (80);
the magnet is a ring magnet; the outer side of the joint shell (10) is sequentially provided with a clamp spring groove and a magnet blocking part (104) along the butt joint direction; the clamp spring (80) is fixed in the clamp spring groove and matched with the magnet blocking part (104), so that the magnet is fixed between the clamp spring (80) and the magnet blocking part (104).
7. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 5,
the magnet is a ring magnet;
the outer side of the joint shell is provided with a magnet groove, and the width of the magnet groove is matched with the thickness of the magnet.
8. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 1,
the joint shell (10) is provided with N sight holes (103), wherein N is a positive integer, and the inside of the joint shell can be observed through the sight holes (103).
9. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 1,
the guide nozzle (21) is provided with a guide cone angle (211) which plays a role in guiding when the sealed quick-assembly and disassembly pipe joint is connected.
10. The sealed quick disconnect coupling of claim 1,
a handle (102) is arranged on the joint shell; the handle is a bulge or a groove on the outer side of the joint shell and is used for providing an acting point when the sealed quick-dismounting pipe joint is mounted or dismounted.
