The hydrophilic agent is an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer; the sustained release agent is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose gel; the traction agent is dopamine hydrochloride; the lubricant is TAF; the antioxidant is an antioxidant 1010, and the proportion of the antioxidant 168 is 1: 1; the modified magnesium sulfate whisker is prepared by surface treatment of magnesium sulfate, the surface treating agent is maleic anhydride-styrene-COONa/N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), and the dosage of the surface treating agent is 3% of the weight of the magnesium sulfate whisker.

The separation net prepared by molding the durable hydrophilic polypropylene separation net materials prepared in the embodiments 1, 2 and 3 through a special extrusion die has the advantages of good stiffness, round and smooth surface, good corrosion resistance, obviously reduced water contact angle, long-acting hydrophilicity, and obviously improved water flux retention rate and recovery rate after being assembled into a fluid treatment part. As is clear from the examples 1, 2 and 3, the overall performance, the hydrophilic performance and the durable stain resistance of the polypropylene partition net material are obviously superior to those of a single-grade polypropylene partition net material, so that the polypropylene partition net material has excellent technical effects.

Claims (9)

1. The lasting hydrophilic polypropylene mesh material is characterized by comprising main materials and auxiliary materials, wherein the main materials comprise polypropylene (PP) resin: 73-95% of modified magnesium sulfate whisker: 1-5% of an acrylic copolymer: 1-10% of a hydrophilic agent: 0.2-1%, slow release agent: 2-12% of a traction agent: 0.1-5%; the auxiliary materials are other auxiliary agents and comprise 0.2-0.6% of lubricant and 0.2-0.6% of antioxidant in the weight of the main materials.
2. The method for preparing the durable hydrophilic polypropylene mesh material according to claim 1, wherein the polypropylene resin is one or more than two of homopolymerized PP and copolymerized PP.
3. The method for preparing the durable hydrophilic polypropylene screen material according to claim 1, wherein the hydrophilic agent is one or more of amphiphilic natural amino acid, polyether polyol compounds and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymers.
4. The method for preparing the durable hydrophilic polypropylene mesh material according to claim 1, wherein the sustained release agent is one or more of EAA sodium salt, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose gel, cellulose acetate sustained release agent and acetaminophen sustained release agent.
5. The method of making a durable hydrophilic polypropylene separator material of claim 1 wherein the traction agent is dopamine hydrochloride.
6. The method for preparing a durable hydrophilic polypropylene separator material according to claim 1, wherein the lubricant is one or more of stearic acid, ethylene bis fatty acid amide, calcium stearate, and modified ethylene bis fatty acid amide; the antioxidant is one or more of hindered phenol antioxidant, thiodipropionic acid diester and phosphite ester.
7. The method for preparing the durable hydrophilic polypropylene mesh material according to claim 1, wherein the modified magnesium sulfate whiskers are prepared by the following steps:
drying the magnesium sulfate whisker in a drying oven at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 2 hours, putting the dried magnesium sulfate whisker into a low-speed stirrer, gradually dropwise adding a surface treating agent at the temperature of 80 +/-5 ℃ and at the stirring speed of 50-150 r/min, stirring for 1-3 minutes after dropwise adding, putting the stirred magnesium sulfate whisker into a heat dissipation stirring pot, cooling to below 40 ℃ after stirring, and discharging to obtain the modified magnesium sulfate whisker, wherein the adding amount of the surface treating agent is 1-3% of the mass of the magnesium sulfate whisker.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the surface treatment agent is one or more of poly (propylene glycol) -silane-poly (ethylene glycol), poly [ poly (ethylene glycol methacrylate) -b-poly (methyl methacrylate) -b-poly [ poly (ethylene glycol methacrylate) ], maleic anhydride-styrene-COONa/N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) amphiphilic polymers.
9. A durable hydrophilic polypropylene partition net material and a preparation method thereof are characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1), putting the main material and the auxiliary material into a low-speed stirring pot, and stirring for 2-5 minutes to obtain a uniform mixture; the main material and the auxiliary material comprise polypropylene (PP) resin: 73-95% of an acrylic copolymer: 1-10% of a hydrophilic agent: 0.2-1%, slow release agent: 2-12% of a traction agent: 0.1-5%; the auxiliary materials are other auxiliary agents and comprise 0.2-0.6% of lubricant and 0.2-0.6% of antioxidant in weight of the main materials; and 2) putting the uniform mixture into a main feeding bin of a double-screw extruder, putting the modified magnesium sulfate whiskers into a side feeding bin, measuring by adopting a weightlessness balance measuring mode, wherein the blanking proportion of the uniform mixture is 95-99%, the blanking proportion of the modified magnesium sulfate whiskers is 1-5%, the extrusion temperature is 180-220 ℃, the rotating speed of a main machine is 200-400 rpm, and heating, melting, mixing, bracing, cooling and granulating to obtain the durable hydrophilic polypropylene spacer mesh material.
