As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a low-speed alert tone control method for an electric vehicle, applied to an alert tone controller, including:
step 101, receiving a target Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal sent by a vehicle body domain controller; wherein the target PWM signal is determined and generated by the body domain controller according to current state information of the electric vehicle, the current state information at least including: a current vehicle speed signal and a current gear signal;
optionally, the current gear signal is: a forward gear or a reverse gear;
the warning tone controller is in communication connection with the body area controller through a General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO), and the warning tone controller is in communication with the body area controller through the GPIO and receives a target Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal sent by the body area controller.
Preferably, the warning tone controller may use an 8-bit MCU (Microcontroller Unit, abbreviated as a micro control Unit).
It should be noted that in the conventional scheme of communicating the low-speed alert tone controller with the CAN, the alert tone controller needs to use a 32-bit MCU with higher cost and needs higher network management cost.
Step 102, determining prompt tone data according to the target PWM signal;
wherein the alert tone data includes: audio data of the alert tone and sound pressure level and frequency of the played audio data; specifically, the audio data of the alert tone and the sound pressure level and the frequency of the played audio data may be determined according to the frequency and the duty ratio of the PWM signal, respectively.
And 103, outputting the cue tone data to a loudspeaker through an audio power amplifier module for playing.
The audio power amplification module simulates audio power amplification, so that the sound pressure level of the cue sound data played by the loudspeaker meets the requirement.
In this embodiment, the warning tone controller does not communicate with the CAN network, but acquires the current state information of the electric vehicle by using the existing body area controller, and the body controller determines and generates a PWM signal according to the current state information, and the warning tone controller determines warning tone data by receiving and analyzing the PWM signal control sent by the body area controller, and controls playing of the warning tone data. Compared with the traditional scheme that the prompt tone controller is directly communicated with the CAN, the embodiment reduces the number of CAN signals and the number of controllers and reduces the cost when realizing the low-speed prompt of pedestrians.
Optionally, the step 102 includes:
acquiring the frequency of the target PWM signal;
and acquiring target audio data corresponding to the frequency of the target PWM signal from various pre-stored audio data, and determining the target audio data as the cue tone data.
In the embodiment, the frequency of the target Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal sent by the body area controller is received and analyzed through the GPIO. And determining audio data corresponding to the frequency of the target PWM signal from various pre-stored audio data according to the corresponding relation between the frequency of the PWM signal and the audio data, and taking the audio data as the target audio data.
The voice data at least comprises first audio data used for prompting forward gear and second audio data used for prompting reverse gear, so that pedestrians can distinguish the current driving state of the vehicle according to the prompting sound.
Optionally, before step 103, the method further includes:
acquiring the duty ratio of the target PWM signal;
and determining the sound pressure level and the frequency of the loudspeaker for playing the cue tone data according to the duty ratio of the target PWM signal.
In this embodiment, obtaining the duty ratio of the target PWM signal may include: and receiving and analyzing the duty ratio of the target Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal sent by the body area controller through the GPIO. And determining the sound pressure level and the frequency of the prompt tone data played by the loudspeaker according to the corresponding relation between the duty ratio of the PWM signal and the sound pressure level and the frequency.
Wherein, the sound pressure level of the prompting sound data of the forward gear changes along with the change of the vehicle speed;
when the vehicle speed is between 0-20 km/h, the sound pressure level gradually increases with an increase in the vehicle speed;
when the vehicle speed is between 20-30 km/h, the sound pressure level gradually decreases with an increase in the vehicle speed;
the frequency shift of the cue tone data is 0.8%/(km/h).
In an optional embodiment, the audio data corresponding to the forward gear includes at least two types, and the type of the audio data corresponding to the forward gear can be selected and switched according to a user instruction.
Optionally, the obtaining manner of the user instruction may include:

Figure BDA0002465632960000071
TABLE 1
In an optional embodiment, the method further comprises:
after the electric automobile is powered on, the prompt tone controller automatically enters a working state of pedestrian reminding and receives the target PWM signal sent by the automobile body domain controller.
In the embodiment, after the vehicle is powered on, the warning tone controller automatically starts to enter the working state for prompting pedestrians, and receives the target PWM signal sent by the vehicle body domain controller, so that sound delay caused by rapid acceleration and audio frequency band break points can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a low speed warning tone control method for an electric vehicle, applied to a body area controller, including:
step 201, acquiring current state information of the electric automobile; wherein the current state information at least comprises: a current vehicle speed signal and a current gear signal;
optionally, the current gear signal is: a forward gear or a reverse gear;
the warning tone controller is in communication connection with the body area controller through a General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO), and the warning tone controller is in communication with the body area controller through the GPIO and receives a target Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal sent by the body area controller.
Step 202, determining a target Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal corresponding to the current state information, and generating the target PWM signal;
specifically, the frequency and the duty ratio of the target PWM signal may be determined according to the correspondence between the state information and the frequency and the duty ratio of the PWM signal, and further, the target PWM signal may be generated according to the determined frequency and the determined duty ratio.
And 203, sending the target PWM signal to a prompt tone controller so that the prompt tone controller determines prompt tone data according to the target PWM signal and outputs the prompt tone data to a loudspeaker for playing through an audio power amplification module.
Optionally, step 202 includes:
determining a duty ratio corresponding to the current vehicle speed signal according to a corresponding relation between a preset duty ratio and the vehicle speed signal;
and determining the duty ratio corresponding to the current vehicle speed signal as the duty ratio of the target PWM signal.
In this embodiment, the duty ratio of the PWM signal varies as a function of the vehicle speed, and is varied non-intermittently. Wherein, the resolution of the current vehicle speed CAN signal is 0.1km/h, and the resolution of the duty ratio change is set to be 0.2%.
As one implementation, to reduce the control cost, the duty ratio of the PWM signal is 10% + vehicle speed 2%; the initial duty ratio is 10%, the vehicle speed precision is 2%, the duty ratio of the PWM signal is adjusted when the vehicle speed reaches an integer value each time, and the following table 2 shows the corresponding relationship between the duty ratio and the vehicle speed, specifically as follows:
Figure BDA0002465632960000081
Figure BDA0002465632960000091
TABLE 2
Although the sound of the prompt tone stops when the vehicle speed is 30km/h, the PWM signal is required to stop when the vehicle speed is more than 35km/h, and when the vehicle speed is between 30km/h and 35km/h, the prompt tone controller receives and analyzes the PWM signal but does not play the prompt tone data, so that the prompt tone can be prevented from being suddenly interrupted due to sudden stop of the PWM signal caused by sudden acceleration of the vehicle when the vehicle speed is about 30 km/h.
Optionally, when the vehicle speed is greater than 30km/h or the pedestrian warning function is in the off state, the vehicle body controller cuts off the power supply of the relay.
Optionally, under the condition that the electric vehicle is in a READY state and the pedestrian warning function is in an on state, and the vehicle speed is 0km/h, the duty ratio of the PWM signal is 10%, so that the sound delay and the audio frequency band break point caused by rapid acceleration can be prevented by an uninterrupted PWM signal waveform.
The output delay of the PWM signal output by the vehicle body controller is smaller than a first threshold, for example, smaller than 100ms, so that the correspondence between the vehicle speed and the playing of the warning tone can be ensured, and the delay warning can be avoided.
Optionally, step 202 further includes:
determining the frequency of a PWM signal corresponding to the current gear signal;
and determining the frequency of the PWM signal corresponding to the current gear signal as the frequency of the target PWM signal.
For example, the forward gear corresponds to a first signal frequency, the reverse gear corresponds to a second signal frequency, the first signal frequency is different from the second signal frequency, and the first signal frequency and the second signal frequency respectively correspond to different audio data, so that different prompt sounds can be realized when the vehicle moves forward and backwards, and pedestrians can be warned conveniently.
In an alternative implementation, the determining the frequency of the PWM signal corresponding to the current gear signal in step 202 includes:
and determining the frequency of the PWM signal corresponding to the current gear signal according to the corresponding relation between the preset gear signal and the frequency of the PWM signal.
For example, the correspondence relationship between the preset gear signal and the PWM signal frequency may be as shown in table 1 above.
In an optional implementation, the current gear signal is: the device comprises a forward gear and a reverse gear, wherein the audio data corresponding to the forward gear at least comprises two audio data. As in table 1 above, the audio data corresponding to the forward gear includes: forward range tone 1 and forward range tone 2.
In step 202, determining the frequency of the PWM signal corresponding to the current gear signal when the current gear signal indicates the forward gear includes:
acquiring an input instruction of a user, wherein the input instruction is used for indicating audio data corresponding to a current forward gear;
and determining the frequency of the target PWM signal according to the corresponding relation between the preset input instruction and the frequency of the PWM signal.
In the embodiment, the forward gear has two sound source switching functions, and the large screen is provided with a low-speed prompt virtual closing key for a user to select and switch different prompt tones.
Optionally, the method further includes:
after the electric automobile is powered on, the automobile body domain controller automatically enters a working state for prompting pedestrians, and sends the target PWM signal to the prompt tone controller.
In this embodiment, the low speed alert tone function defaults to an on mode when the vehicle is powered up again. The sound time delay that rapid acceleration led to can prevent, audio frequency band breakpoint from appearing.
As shown in fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a low speed alert tone control architecture is shown.
In fig. 3, the BDCU sends out corresponding PWM wave signals (amplitude 12V) according to different vehicle speed signals, and the low speed warning tone controller communicates with the BDCU through GPIO to receive and analyze PWM signals in various states. After the PWM signal enters the prompt tone controller VSP, sound source data of the prompt tone is determined according to different frequencies, and the sound pressure level and the frequency of a sound source are adjusted according to different duty ratios. Specifically, firstly, a 12V PWM wave signal is converted into a 5V PWM wave signal through a filter circuit and a voltage division circuit, then the 5V PWM wave signal enters an MCU processor, the processor calls a voice segment (audio data) according to the frequency of the PWM wave signal, the voice control circuit calculates the frequency and the sound pressure level of the voice segment to be played according to the duty ratio of the PWM wave, and the voice segment is transmitted to a loudspeaker to be played through a power amplifier circuit.
Further, the MCU adopts an 8-bit low-cost MCU; the voice chip (storage circuit) is used for storing at least three sound sources, two forward gear prompts and one reverse gear prompt, wherein the internal memory is less than 2M as much as possible; audio power amplifier chip (power amplifier circuit): simulating audio power amplification to enable the sound pressure level of a sound source played by the loudspeaker to meet the requirements of regulations; a power management chip: the power management chip is integrated inside, provides 3.3V power output and can be managed in a programmable mode; the power of the loudspeaker is less than or equal to 8W, the current of the controller is less than 500mA, and the impact current is less than 5A; and outputting 12V voltage to supply power to the pedestrian alarm through the BDCU.
