The base 21 is connected to the base plate 30, the base plate 30 is approximately disc-shaped, a through hole 31 is formed in the center of the base plate 30, and the through hole 31 and the base 21 are annularly arranged on the axis of the through hole 31 and the axis of the through hole 31 to be overlapped so as to be sleeved on the conduit part 12;
the base 21 is provided so that the axis of the through hole 31 and the axis of the through hole 31 overlap with each other, and the sealing cap 22 can be coupled to the base 21 and the through hole 31 of the base plate 30 can be closed by the sealing cap 22. The reset piece 23 is disposed on the base 21, connected to the sealing cover 22, and used for resetting the sealing cover 22 after being opened. Preferably, the restoring member 23 is a torsion spring. By providing the restoring member 23, the sealing cover 22 is automatically restored and closed after being opened, so that the outlet of the conduit portion 12 is closed after the material of the conduit portion 12 is discharged, thereby ensuring that the material in the retention groove 113 is not discharged from the conduit portion 12 during the operation of turning over the funnel device 100.
Further, a sealing cover 22 is attached to the base 21. Specifically, the sealing cover 22 is rotatably connected to the base 21 and can cover the through hole 31 surrounded by the base 21, and in the initial state, the conduit portion 12 passes through the through hole 31 and is located in the space surrounded by the base 21, and at this time, the sealing cover 22 is in a state of being abutted against the base 21 under the action of the restoring member 23, and simultaneously, the conduit portion 12 is sealed. It should be noted that, by providing the turning bit 80, the funnel device 100 can be turned by an external power device for turning the funnel device 100, so as to realize automation of the whole secondary material guiding process. The manual operation of direct sub-packaging and placing of the materials is avoided, and the harm of the materials to people is also avoided. The turning bit 80 can be arranged as a groove or a threaded hole, and can be turned over by external turning equipment as long as the turning bit is matched with the external turning power equipment.
To better describe the operation and operation of the funnel device 100 in this embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 to 5. When a part of materials are required to be discharged in advance, the materials are extruded into material masses in the processing process of other equipment, and then the rest materials are placed on the material masses. For the sake of understanding, we define the state in which the pipe portion 12 is located inside the base 21 and is closed by the sealing cover 22 as the initial state.
Firstly, the material to be processed is loaded into the funnel 10 from the feed opening 111 of the funnel part 11, and secondly the material entering the funnel 10 is stored in the funnel part 11 and the conduit part 12. At this time, the funnel 10 is pressed toward the base plate 30, so that the pipe portion 12 pushes the sealing cap 22, and when the pipe portion 12 pushes the sealing cap 22, all the materials except the remaining materials in the retention groove 113 in the funnel 10 are discharged out of the funnel 10 through the pipe portion 12 by the gravity of the materials themselves. When the force pressing the funnel 10 is removed after all the remaining materials in the retaining groove 113 are discharged through the pipe portion 12, the funnel 10 is returned to the initial state by the spring 42 fitted around the guide rod 41, and the pipe portion 12 is returned to the interior of the base 21, and the sealing cap 22 is then returned to the initial state by the restoring member 23. The discharged material can be extruded into a material mass by other equipment, and the material mass is extruded to be positioned below the guide pipe part 12.
Secondly, since most of the material is already discharged from the hopper 10 through the pipe portion 12, only the material in the retention groove 113 remains. Accordingly, the hopper device 100 is turned over by 180 degrees, and the material in the holding groove 113 is discharged through the discharge hole 112 of the hopper portion 11 by its own weight, and the discharged material is placed in the material block. Therefore, the process of respectively finishing material guiding and placing the materials on the material blocks can be finished by one-time material loading.
It is worth mentioning that, since the loading of the material into the hopper 10, the pressing of the hopper 10 towards the base plate 30 and the turning of the hopper 10 by 180 degrees are all relatively simple actions, the entire process of placing the material into the material block can be automatically and manually completed without involvement by merely adapting the hopper 10 provided by the present invention to the equipment capable of performing these actions.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
