Abstract
The invention relates to a punching device, in particular to a trademark punching device. The trademark punching device can replace manpower to punch trademarks, the punching position is accurate, and the subsequent use of the trademarks cannot be affected. A trademark perforating device, comprising: a bracket; the power assembly is arranged on the bracket and provides power in a rotating mode; the conveying assembly is arranged on the bracket and conveys the bracket in a rotating manner; and the punching assembly is arranged on the bracket and used for punching in a sliding mode. According to the invention, when the trademark is perforated by the power assembly, power can be provided, the trademark needing to be perforated can be conveyed by the conveying assembly, meanwhile, the trademark after the perforation is completed can be rolled up, the perforating needle can be driven to move up and down by the perforating assembly to perforate the trademark, the trademark is tensioned in the perforation and conveying processes by the compression bar, the trademark is perforated more conveniently, and the trademark is tensioned by the backing plate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a punching device, in particular to a trademark punching device.
Background
A brand is a significant marking that identifies a good, service, or specific individual or business associated therewith, and is referred to as a "brand" when the brand or portion of the brand is legislatively registered in government-related departments. Some brands require perforation prior to use.
At present, a trademark is placed on a workbench, then the trademark needing to be punched is pressed by manpower or tools, then the trademark is punched by manpower, the mode of manually punching is required to consume large labor cost, and meanwhile, the manual punching position is inaccurate, so that the subsequent use of the trademark is affected.
Therefore, how to develop a trademark punching device capable of replacing manual punching of trademarks, with accurate punching positions and without affecting subsequent use of trademarks is a technical problem to be solved by the invention.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
Example 1
A trademark punching device is shown in fig. 1-4, and comprises a support 1, a power assembly 2, a conveying assembly 3 and a punching assembly 4, wherein the support 1 is provided with the power assembly 2 which provides power in a rotating mode, the support 1 is provided with the conveying assembly 3 which is conveyed in a rotating mode, and the support 1 is provided with the punching assembly 4 which is used for punching in a sliding mode.
When using the device to punch to the trade mark, the staff will need punch the trade mark and put on conveying assembly 3 carries, at the in-process of carrying, the staff drives the subassembly 4 of punching through power pack 2 and punches to the trade mark, after punching, the staff closes power pack 2, later on, will punch the trade mark after accomplishing and take off.

As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the conveying assembly 3 comprises a rotating shaft 31, a swinging rod 32, an arc-shaped rack 33, a gear shaft 34, a transmission belt pulley group 35 and a roller 36, the rotating shaft 31 is rotatably arranged on the bracket 1 through a bearing, the swinging rod 32 is arranged on the rotating shaft 31, the swinging rod 32 is matched with the cam 22, the arc-shaped rack 33 is arranged at the tail end of the swinging rod 32, the gear shaft 34 is rotatably arranged on the bracket 1, the gear shaft 34 is meshed with the arc-shaped rack 33, the roller 36 is rotatably arranged at the left part and the right part of the bracket 1, the transmission belt pulley group 35 is connected between the left roller 36 and the gear shaft 34, the transmission belt pulley group 35 comprises two flat belt pulleys and a flat belt, the two belt pulleys are respectively arranged on the gear shaft 34 and the roller 36, and the flat belt is arranged between the roller 36 and the gear shaft 34.
When punching the trademark, a worker puts the trademark to be punched on the right roller 36, then winds one end of the trademark on the left roller 36, when the cam 22 rotates to be in contact with the swing rod 32, the cam 22 rotates to push the swing rod 32 to swing downwards, the rotating shaft 31 rotates anticlockwise, the arc-shaped rack 33 moves rightwards along with the rotation shaft, the gear shaft 34 is driven to rotate, and the roller 36 is driven to rotate through the driving belt pulley group 35 to wind the trademark, so that the trademark to be punched can be conveyed, and meanwhile, the trademark after the punching is completed can be wound.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the punching assembly 4 comprises a sector gear 41, a hollow rod 42, a straight rack 43, a sliding rod 44, a spring 441 and a punching needle 45, wherein the sector gear 41 is arranged at the front part of the rotating shaft 31, the hollow rod 42 is arranged on the bracket 1, the sliding rod 44 is arranged in the hollow rod 42 in a sliding manner, the spring 441 is connected between the sliding rod 44 and the hollow rod 42 in a winding manner, the straight rack 43 is arranged at the upper part of the sliding rod 44, the straight rack 43 is meshed with the sector gear 41, and the punching needle 45 is arranged at the lower part of the sliding rod 44 through the hollow rod 42.
When the trademark is perforated, the rotating shaft 31 rotates to drive the sector gear 41 to rotate, when the sector gear 41 rotates to be meshed with the straight rack 43, the sector gear 41 rotates to drive the sliding rod 44 to slide downwards on the hollow rod 42 through the straight rack 43, the spring 441 is compressed, the perforating needle 45 moves downwards along with the sector gear 41 to perforate the trademark, when the sector gear 41 rotates to be separated from the straight rack 43, under the action of reset of the spring 441, the sliding rod 44 drives the straight rack 43 to move upwards to reset, and the perforating needle 45 moves upwards to reset, so that the perforating needle 45 can be driven to move upwards and downwards to perforate the trademark.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the device further comprises a compression bar 5, and two compression bars 5 are arranged on the upper portion of the bracket 1.
When punching the trademark, the trademark needing to be punched is located below the two pressing rods 5, and the trademark is tightened in the punching and conveying process through the two pressing rods 5, so that the trademark is more convenient to punch.
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, the support frame further comprises a backing plate 6, and the upper part of the support frame 1 is provided with the backing plate 6.
When punching the trademark, the trademark needing to be punched is tightly adhered to the backing plate 6, so that the trademark is more convenient to punch.
