When the hand leaves the wrench 4, the piston 2 and the wrench 4 automatically reset, the air outlet port is sealed with the cylindrical sleeve core 74, the valve core body 71 is sealed with the valve core seat 621, and the sealing gasket 8 seals the air outlet hole 631 in the valve body 7.
