Technical Field

Background
The nuclear power plant filter is generally installed at the upstream or downstream of a resin bed and used for intercepting active carbon in the resin bed or impurities in a filter medium, and plays a role in guaranteeing the normal function of the resin bed through the filtering function of the filter, so that the normal operation of a system is guaranteed. The system is mainly applied to systems of nuclear power plant chemistry and volume control, spent fuel pool cooling, radioactive waste liquid treatment and the like, and can be subjected to periodic replacement and decommissioning under the condition of high radioactivity.
The traditional installation mode is generally that the equipment is supported and fixed through equipment or connected with a filter through a pre-buried structure in a floor slab so as to complete equipment installation. These mounting methods all have certain limitations, lead to the filter integral erection, filter core change, have a great deal of inconvenience in aspects such as retirement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and through the modularized design, the factory prefabrication is realized, meanwhile, the functions of the filter, the operation and maintenance requirements and the construction quality improvement are considered, and the design which is more convenient for the functions of shielding, installation, filter element replacement, decommissioning and the like is formed.

Furthermore, at least one symmetrical side of the inner wall of the shell close to the upper part is provided with a shelf, the movable cover plate is placed on the shelf, and the distance between the shelves on the symmetrical sides is larger than the outer diameter of the flange structure.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a steel structure module of a nuclear power plant filter includes a filter including a filter housing 9-1; a filter element 9-2 embedded in the filter housing 9-1; an exhaust port, an upper inlet of the filter and a lower outlet of the filter which are arranged on the filter shell 9-1; the flange structure 9-6 is arranged at the top of the filter shell 9-1, and the circle center of the exhaust port, the circle center of the upper inlet of the filter and the circle center of the lower outlet of the filter are positioned on the same vertical line in the embodiment;
-the steel structure comprises:
a steel casing 1 with an opening at the top for accommodating the filter; the shielding material has a certain thickness, and can shield the increase of radiation dose caused by the accumulation of radioactive substances during the operation of a power plant;
the movable cover plate 2 is covered at the opening and is used for opening or closing the opening of the shell 1, is convenient to open, can be used as a filter element replacing opening and provides convenience for replacing the filter element at regular intervals; in the embodiment, at least one symmetrical side of the inner wall of the shell 1 near the upper part is provided with a shelf 1-3, the movable cover plate 2 is placed on the shelf 1-3 to form a covering state, and the upper surface of the movable cover plate 2 is flush with the upper surface of the installation skirt 3 after covering; the space between the shelves 1-3 on the symmetrical sides is larger than the outer diameter of the flange structure 9-6 so as to meet the replacement of a filter element of the filter;
the hoisting ring 5 is arranged on the upper surface of the movable cover plate 2 and is used for hoisting the movable cover plate 2;
the installation skirt bases 3 are arranged on the periphery of the movable cover plate 2, form right angles with the outer wall of the shell 1 and are used for being clamped and embedded in the openings of the floor slab 12 or the steel platform 11; the whole steel structure module is provided with the installation skirt 3 at the opening of the floor slab or the steel structure through the concave-down design at the opening, so that the top elevation is ensured to be flush with the floor slab 12 or the steel platform 11, personnel passing and equipment transportation are not affected, and the subsequent filter element replacement operation is favorably carried out; threaded holes can be reserved in the installation skirt bases 3, screws are installed, and the whole module can be hoisted through the screws;
the exhaust pipe holes 1-23, the filter upper inlet pipe holes 1-21 and the filter lower outlet pipe holes 1-22 are arranged on the side wall of the shell 1 from top to bottom in sequence;
a plurality of filter support tube sleeves 1-1 which are transversely arranged and one end of which is fixed on the inner wall of the shell 1;
-the filter further comprises:
a plurality of filter supporting tubes 6 which are transversely arranged and have the same number as the filter supporting tube sleeves 1-1, one end of each filter supporting tube 6 is fixed on the filter shell 9-1, the other end of each filter supporting tube 6 is embedded in the filter supporting tube sleeve 1-1 at the corresponding position of the steel structure, and the whole filter is fixed in the steel structure by embedding the filter supporting tubes 6 in the filter supporting tube sleeves 1-1;
one end of the exhaust port extension pipe 9-3 is connected with an exhaust port on the filter shell 9-1, and the other end of the exhaust port extension pipe is embedded in an exhaust pipe hole 1-23 of the steel structure;
the upper filter inlet extension pipe 9-4 is connected with the upper filter inlet pipe on the filter shell 9-1 at one end, and is embedded in the inlet pipe hole 1-21 on the filter with the steel structure at the other end;
one end of the filter lower outlet extension pipe 9-5 is connected with a filter lower outlet on the filter shell 9-1, and the other end of the filter lower outlet extension pipe is embedded in a filter lower outlet pipe hole 1-22 of the steel structure.
Furthermore, the filter support tube sleeves 1-1 at least comprise 2 filter support tube sleeves arranged on the symmetrical sides, and the included angles between the 2 filter support tube sleeves 1-1 and the inlet tube holes 1-21 on the filter are right angles.
Furthermore, the 3 rd filter support tube sleeve 1-1 is also arranged on the inner wall of the shell 1 which is positioned on the symmetrical side of the inlet tube hole 1-21 on the filter, so that the assembly of the filter is more stable.

a plurality of filter supporting tubes (6) which are consistent with the number of the filter supporting tube sleeves (1-1) and are transversely arranged, wherein one end of each filter supporting tube (6) is fixed on the filter shell (9-1), and the other end of each filter supporting tube is embedded in the filter supporting tube sleeve (1-1) at the corresponding position of the steel structure;
one end of the exhaust port extension pipe (9-3) is connected with an exhaust port on the filter shell (9-1), and the other end of the exhaust port extension pipe is embedded in the exhaust pipe hole (1-23) of the steel structure;
an upper filter inlet extension pipe (9-4), one end of which is connected with an upper filter inlet on the filter shell (9-1), and the other end of which is embedded in an upper filter inlet pipe hole (1-21) of the steel structure;
and one end of the filter lower outlet extension pipe (9-5) is connected with a filter lower outlet on the filter shell (9-1), and the other end of the filter lower outlet extension pipe is embedded in a filter lower outlet pipe hole (1-22) of the steel structure.

The nuclear power plant filter steel structural module of claim 1, wherein: at least one symmetrical side of the inner wall of the shell (1) close to the upper part is provided with a shelf (1-3), the movable cover plate (2) is placed on the shelf (1-3), and the distance between the shelves (1-3) on the symmetrical sides is larger than the outer diameter of the flange structure (9-6).
