the rotary support (2) is arranged in the shell (1) and is in driving connection with the magnetic control driving mechanism, the rotary support (2) is provided with a plurality of support tubes (23) which are distributed in an annular mode, the top surfaces of the support tubes (23) are attached to the inner top surface of the top cover (12), the medicine applying mechanism (3) or the biopsy mechanism (4) is arranged in the support tubes (23) in a sliding mode, the inner end of the medicine applying mechanism (3) and the inner end of the biopsy mechanism (4) are in driving connection with the closed cam (6), the medicine applying mechanism (3) or the biopsy mechanism (4) firstly climbs and then falls when crossing the cam section of the closed cam (6), and the medicine applying mechanism (3) or the biopsy mechanism (4) ejects out of the opening (121) to apply medicine or sample when climbing.
