Embodiment 1.
First, the configuration of the air conditioning system 1 according to embodiment 1 will be described. Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of an air conditioning system 1 according to embodiment 1. The air conditioning system 1 includes an outdoor unit 2 of an air conditioner and an indoor unit 3 of the air conditioner. In the present application, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is sometimes referred to as an "outdoor unit", and an indoor unit of the air conditioner is sometimes referred to as an "indoor unit". The air conditioning system 1 also has a remote operation device 4 for controlling the outdoor unit 2 and the indoor units 3.
The outdoor unit 2 includes an outdoor unit substrate 21 to which an ac power supply 70 located outside the air conditioning system 1 is supplied. An ac power source 70 is also shown in fig. 1. The outdoor unit 2 further has a casing, not shown in fig. 1, and an outdoor unit substrate 21 is located inside the casing. Fig. 1 also shows a power breaker 22 between the ac power supply 70 and the outdoor unit substrate 21. The power circuit breaker 22 is located outside the housing.
The outdoor unit 2 further includes: a reactor 23 for suppressing high frequency generated in the outdoor unit substrate 21; a compressor 24 that compresses a refrigerant; and a fan motor 25 for moving air heat-exchanged with the refrigerant. The reactor 23, the compressor 24, and the fan motor 25 are all located inside the case. The outdoor unit substrate 21 controls the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25.
The outdoor unit substrate 21 includes: a coil 26 for suppressing noise generated in the outdoor unit substrate 21; and a diode bridge 27 and a smoothing capacitor 28 for converting an ac power supplied from the ac power supply 70 to the outdoor unit substrate 21 into a dc power. The ac power supplied from the ac power supply 70 to the outdoor unit substrate 21 is converted into dc power by the reactor 23, the diode bridge 27, and the smoothing capacitor 28.
The outdoor unit substrate 21 further includes: an inverter module 29 that drives the compressor 24 based on the dc power obtained through the reactor 23, the diode bridge 27, and the smoothing capacitor 28; and an inverter control device 51 and an inverter control circuit 52 that control the inverter module 29. The outdoor unit substrate 21 further includes an outdoor control device 53 that controls the inverter control device 51. The inverter control device 51 receives a command for starting or stopping the operation from the outdoor control device 53, and transmits the command to the inverter control circuit 52, and the inverter control circuit 52 controls the inverter module 29 based on the command.
The outdoor unit substrate 21 further includes a fan motor control circuit 54, and the fan motor control circuit 54 receives a command for controlling the fan motor 25 from the outdoor control device 53, and controls the operation of the fan motor 25 based on the command. The outdoor unit substrate 21 further includes an outdoor communication circuit 55 for communicating with the indoor units 3.
The outdoor unit substrate 21 further includes a switch connection connector 56, and the switch connection connector 56 is connected to a switch 80 attached to the outer surface of the casing and receives a signal indicating that the switch 80 is pressed, which is output from the switch 80, when the switch 80 is pressed. Also shown in fig. 1 is a switch 80. The air conditioning system 1 does not have the switch 80. The switch 80 is attached to the outer surface of the casing at the time of installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2 and the indoor unit 3.
The outdoor unit substrate 21 further includes a switching power supply 57 connected to the switch connection connector 56, and a switch input circuit 58. When the switch connection connector 56 receives a signal indicating that the switch 80 is pressed, the switch input circuit 58 outputs a stop command for stopping the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 to the outdoor control device 53.
When receiving the stop command output from the switch input circuit 58, the outdoor control device 53 controls the inverter control circuit 52 via the inverter control device 51 to stop the operation of the compressor 24 and controls the fan motor control circuit 54 to operate the fan motor 25. An example of the display device 42 is a video display device.
Fig. 2 is a diagram schematically showing the structure of an outdoor unit 2 of an air conditioner according to embodiment 1. The outdoor unit 2 has a casing 59. The outdoor unit substrate 21, the reactor 23, the compressor 24, and the fan motor 25 are located inside the casing 59. Fig. 2 shows a state in which the switch 80 is mounted on the outer surface of the housing 59.
Next, the operation of the air conditioning system 1 according to embodiment 1 will be described. During installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2 and the indoor units 3, an operator attaches the switch 80 to the outer surface of the casing 59 within the reach of the operator. The operator connects the switch 80 to the switch connection connector 56 of the outdoor unit substrate 21 using the wiring 81. When an abnormality occurs at the time of installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2 and the indoor units 3, for example, when a refrigerant leakage occurs or when foreign matter is caught in the fan motor 25, the operator presses the switch 80. The switch 80 outputs a signal indicating that the switch 80 is pressed.
In the outdoor unit substrate 21, the switch connection connector 56 receives a signal indicating that the switch 80 is pressed, which is output from the switch 80, and the switch input circuit 58 outputs a stop command for stopping the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 to the outdoor control device 53. The outdoor control device 53 controls the inverter control circuit 52 via the inverter control device 51 to stop the operation of the compressor 24, and controls the fan motor control circuit 54 to stop the operation of the fan motor 25.
The outdoor communication circuit 55 transmits information indicating the stop of the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 to the indoor unit 3. In the indoor unit 3, the first indoor communication circuit 31 receives information indicating the stop of the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 transmitted from the outdoor unit 2, and the second indoor communication circuit 32 transmits the information received by the first indoor communication circuit 31 to the remote operation device 4. In the remote operation device 4, the remote operation communication circuit 41 receives information indicating that the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 is stopped, which is transmitted from the indoor unit 3, and the display device 42 displays the information received by the remote operation communication circuit 41.
When the state in which the switch 80 is pressed is released, the outdoor control device 53 operates the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 in a state before the operation is stopped. The state in which the switch 80 is pressed is released by, for example, an operation of the switch 80 by an operator to release the state in which the switch 80 is pressed.
As described above, in the outdoor unit 2 of the air conditioner according to embodiment 1, when the switch 80 attached to the outer surface of the casing 59 is pressed, the switch connection connector 56 receives the signal indicating that the switch 80 is pressed, which is output from the switch 80. The switch input circuit 58 outputs a stop command for stopping the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 to the outdoor control device 53. The outdoor control device 53 stops the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25.
When the outdoor unit 2 and the indoor unit 3 are installed or maintained, the switch 80 can be pressed without opening a part or the whole of the casing 59 when an abnormality occurs by attaching the switch 80 to the outer surface of the casing 59 within the reach of the operator. When the switch 80 is pressed, the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 is stopped as described above. That is, the outdoor unit 2 of the air conditioner according to embodiment 1 enables an operator to stop the operation of the air conditioner as soon as possible using the switch 80 when an abnormality occurs.
Since the switch 80 is not attached to the outdoor unit substrate 21, an operator does not need to open part or all of the casing 59 even if an abnormality occurs. Therefore, in embodiment 1, an operator does not touch a component included in the outdoor unit substrate 21 and cause a failure in the component or the air conditioner.
In the outdoor unit 2 of the air conditioner according to embodiment 1, the operations of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 are stopped by the control of the outdoor control device 53 that controls the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25, instead of stopping the operations of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 by suddenly turning off the power supply. Therefore, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 2, it is possible to prevent the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 from being stopped due to a failure of a component included in the outdoor unit 2.
As described above, in the air conditioning system 1 according to embodiment 1, when an abnormality occurs, the remote operation device 4 displays information indicating that the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 is stopped. The user of the air conditioner can recognize the stop of the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25. That is, the air conditioning system 1 can suppress the user from inadvertently operating one or both of the remote operation device 4 and the power breaker 22.
As described above, in the outdoor unit 2 of the air conditioner according to embodiment 1, when the state in which the switch 80 is pressed is released, the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 are operated in the state before the operation is stopped. Therefore, the operator does not need to perform the operation for operating the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 on the remote operation device 4 before the operation is stopped. That is, when the switch 80 is pressed and the state is released, the outdoor unit 2 can operate the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 before the operation is stopped without causing the operator to operate the remote operation device 4.
Embodiment 2.
The air conditioning system 1 of embodiment 1 does not have the switch 80. In contrast, the air conditioning system according to embodiment 2 includes a switch 80. Embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 in that the air conditioning system of embodiment 2 includes the switch 80, while embodiment 1 does not include the switch 80. In embodiment 2, differences from embodiment 1 will be mainly described.
The switch 80 can be in any one of a first state of being located inside the housing 59 and a second state of being attached to the outer surface of the housing 59. Fig. 3 is a diagram schematically showing the structure of an outdoor unit 2A of an air conditioner according to embodiment 2. Specifically, fig. 3 is a diagram showing a first state in which the switch 80 is positioned inside the housing 59. Fig. 2 used in embodiment 1 shows a second state in which the switch 80 is attached to the outer surface of the housing 59.
At the time of installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2A and the indoor units 3, the operator takes out the switch 80 located inside the casing 59 shown in fig. 3 to the outside of the casing 59, and attaches the switch 80 to the outer surface of the casing 59 within the reach of the operator's hand as shown in fig. 2. When an abnormality occurs during installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2A and the indoor units 3, the operator presses the switch 80.
As described above, the outdoor unit 2A of the air conditioner according to embodiment 2 includes the switch 80. Therefore, the operator does not need to prepare the switch 80 when installing or maintaining the outdoor unit 2A and the indoor units 3. That is, the outdoor unit 2A of the air conditioner according to embodiment 2 can save the operator's trouble of preparing the switch 80. The switch 80 is located inside the casing 59 before the outdoor unit 2A and the indoor unit 3 are installed or maintained. Therefore, the outdoor unit 2A can suppress the switch 80 from being broken down by rain or wind.
Embodiment 3.
Fig. 4 is a diagram showing the configuration of an air conditioning system 1B according to embodiment 3. The air conditioning system 1B according to embodiment 3 includes an outdoor unit 2B instead of the outdoor unit 2 of the air conditioning system 1 according to embodiment 1. The outdoor unit 2B includes an outdoor unit substrate 21B instead of the outdoor unit substrate 21 included in the outdoor unit 2.
The outdoor unit substrate 21B includes components other than the switch-connecting connector 56 and the switch input circuit 58 among the plurality of components included in the outdoor unit substrate 21. The outdoor unit substrate 21B includes a switch connection connector 56B having three terminals instead of the switch connection connector 56. The outdoor unit substrate 21B includes a switch input circuit 58B instead of the switch input circuit 58. In embodiment 3, a normally open switch 80A that is open when not pressed is used instead of the switch 80 of embodiment 1. In embodiment 3, differences from embodiment 1 will be mainly described.
The switch input circuit 58B has a normally-closed switch input circuit 581 and a normally-open switch input circuit 582. The normally-closed switch input circuit 581 and the normally-open switch input circuit 582 are connected to the outdoor control device 53.
In the outdoor unit substrate 21B, the switching power supply 57 is connected to the switch connection connector 56B. Specifically, one terminal of the switch connection connector 56B is connected to the switching power supply 57. The outdoor unit substrate 21B further includes a jumper line 60 connected to the switching power supply 57. Normally closed switch input circuit 581 is connected to jumper 60. Specifically, the other terminal of the switch connection connector 56B is connected to the normally-closed switch input circuit 581, and the jumper wire 60 connects the wiring connecting the one terminal and the switching power supply 57 to the wiring connecting the other terminal and the normally-closed switch input circuit 581. The remaining terminals of the switch connection connector 56B are connected to a normally-off switch input circuit 582.
The normally closed switch input circuit 581 is connected to the switching power supply 57 via a jumper wire 60. Therefore, the normally-closed switch input circuit 581 is invalidated.
During installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2B and the indoor unit 3, the operator attaches the normally open switch 80A to the outer surface of the casing 59 within the reach of the operator. The operator connects the normally open switch 80A to the switch connection connector 56B of the outdoor unit substrate 21B using the wiring 81. When an abnormality occurs during installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2B and the indoor unit 3, the operator presses the normally open switch 80A. The normally open switch 80A outputs a signal indicating that the normally open switch 80A is pressed.
In the outdoor unit substrate 21B, the switch connection connector 56B receives a signal indicating that the normally open switch 80A is pressed, which is output from the normally open switch 80A. When the switch connection connector 56B receives a signal indicating that the normally open switch 80A is pressed, the normally open switch input circuit 582 outputs a stop command to the outdoor control device 53. The outdoor control device 53 controls the inverter control circuit 52 via the inverter control device 51 to stop the operation of the compressor 24, and controls the fan motor control circuit 54 to stop the operation of the fan motor 25.
As described above, the normally open switch 80A is used in embodiment 3, and when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 2B of the air conditioner of embodiment 3, the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 is stopped, as in the outdoor unit 2 of embodiment 1. That is, the outdoor unit 2B can stop the operation of the air conditioner as soon as possible when an abnormality occurs.
The outdoor unit 2B of the air conditioner according to embodiment 3 may have a normally open switch 80A, as in the outdoor unit 2A according to embodiment 2.
Embodiment 4.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing the configuration of an air conditioning system 1C according to embodiment 4. The air conditioning system 1C according to embodiment 4 includes an outdoor unit 2C instead of the outdoor unit 2B of the air conditioning system 1B according to embodiment 3. The outdoor unit 2C includes an outdoor unit substrate 21C instead of the outdoor unit substrate 21B included in the outdoor unit 2B.
The outdoor unit substrate 21C includes a component other than the jumper line 60 among the plurality of components included in the outdoor unit substrate 21B. The outdoor unit substrate 21C does not have the jumper line 60. In embodiment 4, a normally closed switch 80B that is closed when not pressed is used instead of the normally open switch 80A of embodiment 3. In embodiment 4, differences from embodiment 3 will be mainly described.
In the outdoor unit substrate 21C, one terminal of the switch connection connector 56B is connected to the switching power supply 57, and the other terminal of the switch connection connector 56B is connected to the normally-closed switch input circuit 581. As described above, the outdoor unit substrate 21C does not have the jumper line 60. That is, the switching power supply 57 is connected to the normally-closed switch input circuit 581 via the normally-closed switch 80B. The remaining terminals of the switch connection connector 56B are connected to a normally-off switch input circuit 582. Since the other terminal of the switch connection connector 56B connected to the normally-open switch input circuit 582 is not connected to any other terminal, the normally-open switch input circuit 582 is turned off, and the normally-closed switch input circuit 581 operates.
At the time of installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2C and the indoor unit 3, the operator attaches the normally closed switch 80B to the outer surface of the casing 59 within the reach of the operator's hand. The operator connects the normally closed switch 80B to the switch connecting connector 56B of the outdoor unit substrate 21C using the wiring 81. When an abnormality occurs during installation or maintenance of the outdoor unit 2C and the indoor unit 3, the operator presses the normally closed switch 80B. Normally closed switch 80B outputs a signal indicating that normally closed switch 80B is pressed.
In the outdoor unit substrate 21C, the switch connection connector 56B receives a signal indicating that the normally closed switch 80B is pressed, which is output from the normally closed switch 80B. When the switch connection connector 56B receives a signal indicating that the normally-closed switch 80B is pressed, the normally-closed switch input circuit 581 outputs a stop command to the outdoor control device 53. The outdoor control device 53 controls the inverter control circuit 52 via the inverter control device 51 to stop the operation of the compressor 24, and controls the fan motor control circuit 54 to stop the operation of the fan motor 25.
As described above, the normally closed switch 80B is used in embodiment 4, and when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 2C of the air conditioner of embodiment 4, the operation of the compressor 24 and the fan motor 25 is stopped, as in the outdoor unit 2B of embodiment 3. That is, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 2C, the operation of the air conditioner can be stopped as soon as possible.
As described above, the outdoor unit substrate 21C includes the components other than the jumper lines 60 among the plurality of components included in the outdoor unit substrate 21B according to embodiment 3. Therefore, the outdoor unit 2C of the air conditioner according to embodiment 4 can be obtained by detaching the jumper line 60 from the outdoor unit substrate 21B. That is, when preparing the outdoor unit 2B of the air conditioner according to embodiment 3, the operator can use the outdoor unit 2B without detaching the jumper line 60 when preparing the normally open switch 80A. When the operator prepares the normally closed switch 80B, the operator can remove the jumper cable 60 to change the outdoor unit 2B to the outdoor unit 2C.
The outdoor unit 2C of the air conditioner according to embodiment 4 may have a normally closed switch 80B, as in the outdoor unit 2A according to embodiment 2.
Embodiment 5.
Fig. 6 is a first diagram showing the configuration of an air conditioning system 1D according to embodiment 5. Fig. 7 is a second diagram showing the configuration of an air conditioning system 1D according to embodiment 5. The air conditioning system 1D according to embodiment 5 includes an outdoor unit 2D instead of the outdoor unit 2B of the air conditioning system 1B according to embodiment 3. The outdoor unit 2D includes an outdoor unit substrate 21D instead of the outdoor unit substrate 21B included in the outdoor unit 2B.
The outdoor unit substrate 21D includes a component other than the jumper line 60 among the plurality of components included in the outdoor unit substrate 21B. In embodiment 5, either one of the normally open switch 80A and the normally closed switch 80B is used. Further, in embodiment 5, either one of the normally open switch 80A and the normally closed switch 80B may be used. In embodiment 5, differences from embodiment 3 will be mainly described.
The outdoor unit substrate 21D further includes a jumper connection connector 61 including a first terminal 611 and a second terminal 612. The first terminal 611 of the jumper connection connector 61 is connected to a wire connecting one terminal of the switch connection connector 56B and the switching power supply 57. The second terminal 612 of the jumper connection connector 61 is connected to a wire connecting the other terminal of the switch connection connector 56B and the normally-closed switch input circuit 581. That is, the second terminal 612 of the jumper connection connector 61 is connected to the normally-closed switch input circuit 581 included in the switch input circuit 58B.
The outdoor unit 2D further includes a jumper connector 62 capable of connecting the first terminal 611 and the second terminal 612 of the jumper connection connector 61. That is, the third terminal 631 is connected to the switching power supply 57. The fourth terminal 632 is connected to a wiring for connecting the other terminal of the switch connection connector 56B to the normally-closed switch input circuit 581.
As shown in fig. 8, when the normally open switch 80A is used, the slide switch 63 is turned on by an operation of an operator, and the fourth terminal 632 is connected to the switching power supply 57. The normally-closed switch input circuit 581 is connected to the switching power supply 57 and is thus disabled. The normally open switch input circuit 582 outputs a stop command to the outdoor control device 53 when the switch connection connector 56B receives a signal indicating that the normally open switch 80A is pressed.
As shown in fig. 9, when the normally open switch 80B is used, the slide switch 63 is turned off by the operation of the operator, and the fourth terminal 632 is not connected to the switching power supply 57. Since the other terminal of the switch connection connector 56B connected to the normally-off switch input circuit 582 is not connected to any other terminal, the normally-off switch input circuit 582 is turned off and disabled. The normally closed switch input circuit 581 outputs a stop command to the outdoor control device 53 when the switch connection connector 56B receives a signal indicating that the normally closed switch 80B is pressed.
Upon receiving a stop command output from the normally-open switch input circuit 582 or the normally-closed switch input circuit 581, the outdoor control device 53 controls the inverter control circuit 52 via the inverter control device 51 to stop the operation of the compressor 24, and controls the fan motor control circuit 54 to stop the operation of the fan motor 25.
As described above, in embodiment 6, when the normally open switch 80A is used, the slide switch 63 is turned on by the operation of the operator. When the normally closed switch 80B is used, the slide switch 63 is turned off by an operation of an operator. That is, in the outdoor unit 2E of the air conditioner according to embodiment 6, either the normally open switch 80A or the normally closed switch 80B may be used. Further, the outdoor unit 2E can provide a degree of freedom when the user selects the switch without detaching the components of the outdoor unit 2E.
The outdoor unit 2E of the air conditioner according to embodiment 6 may have one or both of the normally open switch 80A and the normally closed switch 80B, as in the outdoor unit 2A according to embodiment 2.
