Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is performed by a service server of a short message service hall (hereinafter, referred to as a "short message hall server"). As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step 11: inquiring the service which can be ordered by the user according to the uplink ordering inquiry short message instruction of the user;
the short hall provides a way for the user to send short message query or order the service. The user can carry out operations of service inquiry, ordered service inquiry, service ordering, service cancellation, service change and the like by editing the service number sent to the short hall by the short message. In this step, the user sends a subscription inquiry short message to the service number of the short hall to inquire the service which can be subscribed by the user. The SMS server analyzes the uplink order inquiry SMS instruction by receiving the uplink order inquiry SMS instruction sent by the user, and then inquires the service which can be ordered by the user according to the analyzed uplink order inquiry SMS instruction.
The lobby server may assign each service a service subscription number, e.g., #1, #2, #3, etc.
There are two schemes:
(1) after step 11, the lobby server assigns a service subscription number, e.g., #1, #2, #3, etc., to each subscribeable service of the user.
(2) Before step 11, the lobby server assigns a service subscription number, e.g., #1, #2, #3, etc., to each service. After the service which can be subscribed by the user is inquired, the service subscription number of the service which can be subscribed by the user can be matched.
Because the number of services is huge in an actual scene, if the scheme (2) is adopted, the number of the service subscription number is large. Therefore, the scheme (1) is more convenient to realize, the user can edit the service subscription number in the short message conveniently, the efficiency is higher, and the editing error is not easy to occur.
Step 12: the number of the services which can be ordered by the user is multiple, and a corresponding service storage object is generated for each service;
if the lobby server inquires that the service which can be subscribed by the user is a plurality of (at least two), generating a corresponding service storage object for each service which can be subscribed, namely, each service storage object corresponds to one service which can be subscribed. The business storage object may be a Session object or a database. Session is called "Session control" in computers, especially in network applications. The Session object stores the attributes and configuration information needed for a particular user Session. The content stored by the business storage object comprises: one or more of the service order number, the service charge name, the service charge code, the virtual short message port, the effective time, the failure time and the service secondary confirmation short message content. When the service storage object is a Session object, the effective time and the invalid time refer to Session effective time and Session invalid time.
The short hall server can also generate a virtual short message port for each service storage object, and the virtual short message port is used for sending subsequent service secondary confirmation short messages.
Step 13: generating a downlink ordering short message based on a plurality of service storage objects and issuing the downlink ordering short message to the user;
the content of the downlink subscription short message at least comprises a service subscription number and preferably also comprises a service charge name. Therefore, in this step, based on the plurality of service storage objects, a downlink subscription short message containing the service subscription number is generated and sent to the user.
Step 14: and receiving an order instruction of a user, analyzing the order instruction and carrying out corresponding service order processing.
The downlink ordering short message comprises a service charge name and a service ordering number corresponding to the service charge name, and the user can edit the ordering instruction short message according to the service charge name and the service ordering number corresponding to the service charge name and send the ordering instruction short message to the short hall server. The order instruction of the user needs to include the specified format information so that the short hall server can analyze and process the next step. The specified format information includes a service subscription number and an instruction noun. The service subscription number may be #1, #2, #3, etc. as described above, and the instruction noun may be an instruction noun indicating "subscribe to service", such as the alphabetic code "DG". Of course, the service subscription number and the command noun may be in any form as long as the lobby server can perform parsing and further processing.
Analyzing the order instruction and performing corresponding service order processing further comprises: extracting the specified format information in the order instruction, generating a downlink order secondary confirmation short message according to the specified format information, and issuing the downlink order secondary confirmation short message to the user; and receiving the reply of the secondary confirmation short message of the user, and generating an order confirmation instruction.
If the virtual short message port is generated for each service storage object by the short hall server, analyzing the order instruction and performing corresponding service order processing may include: analyzing the service in the order instruction, confirming a corresponding service storage object according to the service, generating a downlink order secondary confirmation short message through a virtual short message port of the service storage object, and issuing the downlink order secondary confirmation short message to the user; and receiving the reply of the secondary confirmation short message of the user, and generating an order confirmation instruction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the step 14 further includes the following steps:
s141: receiving an ordering instruction sent by a user;
s142: analyzing the order instruction to obtain the service ordered by the user;
s143: extracting the stored content related to the service ordered by the user from the service storage object according to the service ordered by the user, and respectively generating a downlink ordering secondary confirmation short message aiming at each service ordered by the user;
here, the number of the secondary confirmation short messages for downlink subscription is consistent with the number of the service subscribed by the user, and the content corresponds to the service subscribed by the user.
S144: and issuing the downlink ordering secondary confirmation short message to the user through the virtual short message port corresponding to each service ordered by the user.
Multiple sessions actually share one actual short message port, and it has been described above that the lobby server generates a virtual short message port for each service storage object, that is, virtualizes a single virtual short message port for each service, and is used for sending subsequent secondary confirmation short messages. The user can confirm the order through the virtual short message port. Therefore, in S144, the secondary confirmation short message may be sent through a plurality of virtual short message ports.
After receiving the secondary confirmation short messages sent by different virtual short message ports, the user can reply an instruction to respectively perform secondary confirmation of service ordering. And after receiving the reply of the secondary confirmation short message of the user, the short hall server carries out instruction analysis on the secondary confirmation short message replied by the user to generate an order confirmation instruction and complete service order.
In a specific example, after receiving the downlink subscription short message, the user initiates a multi-service subscription instruction according to the requirement of the user on service subscription, for example, sending "DG +1, 2, 3" to the service number of the short hall. When a user replies a multi-service order instruction for ordering a plurality of services, the lobby server analyzes the multi-service order instruction, for example, the analyzed multi-service order instruction is DG +1, DG +2 and DG +3, respectively carries out service order preprocessing according to the analyzed instruction, extracts information such as an order service charge code, service secondary confirmation short message content, a virtual short message port and the like from the service Session, generates secondary confirmation short message content with the same number and different content as the order service, and issues downlink order secondary confirmation short messages to the user for ordering secondary confirmation. And after receiving the reply of the secondary confirmation short message of the user, generating an order confirmation instruction to complete service order.
The method and the device for ordering the services provided by the embodiment of the invention inquire the services which can be ordered by the user by receiving the order inquiry short message instruction of the user, generate a corresponding service storage object for each service when the number of the services which can be ordered by the user is multiple, generate the order short message based on the multiple service storage objects and send the order short message to the user, and finally receive the order instruction of the user and perform corresponding service order processing, so that the order processing is performed on the multiple services which can be ordered by the user by receiving the order inquiry short message instruction sent by the user.
The invention is described in detail below by way of a specific application example:
the module for processing service order in the short-hall server comprises an instruction gateway unit, an instruction analysis unit, a message processing unit and a service processing unit. The instruction gateway unit is used for receiving and sending the user uplink and downlink short message instructions. The instruction analysis unit is used for analyzing the uplink short message content of the user. The message processing unit is used for packaging the content of the sent short message and pushing the content to the instruction gateway unit. The service processing unit is used for the command service processing of the short message hall and constructing short message sending contents. The service processing unit firstly inquires services which can be ordered by a user, if the number of the services which can be ordered is multiple, a plurality of service sessions are generated, each Session corresponds to one service, and each Session virtualizes a single short message port. The service processing unit is used for constructing the issuing content of the ordered short message, distributing a service ordering number for each service and issuing the service ordering number to the user. When a user replies an instruction to order a plurality of services, the service processing unit respectively carries out service ordering pretreatment according to the analyzed ordering instruction, extracts information such as an ordering service cost code, service secondary confirmation short message content, a virtual short message port and the like from the service Session, generates a plurality of secondary confirmation short message contents corresponding to the ordering service, and sends the short messages to the user for ordering confirmation.
Referring to fig. 3, the above units sequentially execute the following steps to complete the ordering of multiple services by one short message instruction and perform order confirmation.
Step 1: the uplink order inquiry short message instruction of the user is analyzed by the instruction analysis unit, and then the analysis result is transmitted to the service processing unit
Step 2: the service processing unit inquires about services which can be ordered by a user, if the number of the services which can be ordered is multiple, a plurality of service sessions are generated, each Session corresponds to one service, and each Session virtualizes a single short message port. The Session preservation content is the content of the service charge name, the service charge code, the virtual short message port, the Session effective time, the Session failure time and the downlink subscription secondary confirmation short message. The service processing unit constructs the subscription short message issuing content and allocates a service subscription number, such as #1, #2, #3, etc., to each service. The message processing unit encapsulates the content sent by the short message into the short message, and the short message is sent to the user through the instruction gateway unit.
And step 3: after receiving the short message, the user initiates a multi-service order instruction, such as 'DG +1, 2, 3', according to the self requirement.
And 4, step 4: after receiving the user order instruction, the instruction analysis unit sends the analyzed order instructions 'DG + 1', 'DG + 2' and 'DG + 3' to the service processing unit. The service processing unit respectively carries out service subscription preprocessing according to the analyzed subscription instruction 'DG + 1', 'DG + 2' and 'DG + 3', extracts information of a subscribed service cost code, contents of a downlink subscription secondary confirmation short message, a virtual short message port and the like from the service Session, generates 3 different secondary confirmation short message contents, and transmits the short message to the message processing unit. The message processing unit sends 3 different secondary confirmation short message contents to the user through the instruction gateway unit according to different ports.
And 5: after receiving the confirmation short messages sent by different ports, the user replies the command to respectively perform secondary confirmation of service ordering. The service ordering confirmation short message replied by the user is analyzed by the instruction analysis unit, and the service processing unit realizes the multi-service ordering confirmation.
So far, the multi-service subscription confirmation process is completed.
