Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to examples and accompanying drawings, and the exemplary embodiments and descriptions thereof are only used for explaining the present invention and are not meant to limit the present invention.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below in a clear and complete manner with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The emergency call refers to dialing an alarm or help-seeking number by using a terminal such as a mobile phone, and the like, wherein the urgency of the numbers ensures that all countries can use any available network at the time, the emergency dialing for the network needs selects a network with the advantages of high stability, high transmission speed, sufficient available bandwidth and the like, and the emergency dialing is divided into manual stations (such as 110, 120 and 119) and automatic stations (such as 112 and 911) which need manual service according to the use requirements and the dialing.
The emergency call is based on different situations of SIM card, generally speaking, the user can receive the signal transmitted by the operator to dial the emergency number even if the mobile phone is defaulted and shut down under the condition of SIM card. In the related technology, whether emergency call dialing can be called out or not can not be determined under the condition that the SIM card is not available, and the emergency call dialing is determined according to different CP platforms, operators, network data of different systems and the like.
The applicant finds that the manual station can be directly rejected by the network when the manual station is used in emergency call dialing research aiming at the current card-free mobile phone, but the manual station can be normally dialed when the automatic voice station is dialed. The reason for the main influence of the manual calling station without the card is as follows: the mobile phone without card dialing artificial station must be CDMA network, but because the CDMA network is not maintained by the operator gradually at present, the dialing can only be realized through WCDMA or GSM network, and the two networks can be directly rejected, the emergency dialing can not be realized, and the mobile phone does not support the random access of the CDMA network at present, so the emergency dialing to the artificial station can not be realized.
Therefore, the application provides an emergency call method, which includes the steps of firstly obtaining a number corresponding to an emergency call when a terminal does not have an SIM card to execute the emergency call, then confirming whether the emergency call number is a manual station or an automatic station by identifying the number corresponding to the emergency call, when the emergency call number is the manual station, adaptively opening a CDMA network and connecting a manual station server to complete the emergency call, and realizing that a user can dial the manual station emergency number under the condition of no card, so that the user experience is improved.
The following is introduced with respect to an application environment of the emergency call method provided in the embodiment of the present application:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an emergency call method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the emergency call method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to an emergency dial system 100, where the emergency dial system 100 may include a terminal 110, a manual station server 120, an automatic station server 130, a classifier 140, and a CDMA network 150, where the terminal 100 establishes a connection with the manual station server 120 or the automatic station server 130 through wireless communication.
The classifier 140 may be directly installed in the terminal 110 or separately installed from the terminal 110 to filter the emergency call request number to obtain the automatic station emergency number and the manual station emergency number, which are respectively transmitted to the corresponding servers. Considering that the emergency call number of the manual work station is directly rejected when being dialed to the manual work station, the connection of the CDMA network 150, the manual work station server and the terminal is established, and when the CDMA network, the manual work station server, the classifier and the terminal are in a communicable state, the emergency call for help of the manual work station is completed; and when the terminal and the automatic station server and the terminal and the classifier and the automatic station server are in a communicable state, completing the emergency call of the automatic station.
It should be noted that the configuration shown in fig. 1 does not constitute a limitation on the emergency dialing system 100, and in other embodiments, the emergency dialing system 100 may include fewer or more devices or components than those shown, or may constitute some devices, or a different arrangement of components.
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an emergency call method applied to the emergency dialing system 100 according to an embodiment of the present application, and the emergency call method according to the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2. The emergency call method may include the steps of:
and step S10, when the terminal does not have SIM card to execute the emergency call, acquiring the number corresponding to the emergency call.
In this embodiment, the terminal as an electronic device for performing an emergency call may be understood as a mobile phone or other calling devices with a SIM card, or may be a combination of smart devices that can activate the mobile phone and other calling devices with the SIM card, for example, a combination of devices that establish communication with bluetooth of the mobile phone, and the like, and the device can activate an emergency call function of the mobile phone.
And step S20, determining the category corresponding to the number, wherein the category comprises a manual station emergency number or an automatic station emergency number.
In this embodiment, when obtaining a number corresponding to an emergency call, a user usually sets an emergency dial trigger button to perform manual or automatic dialing or select a function to select a call column on an interface for dialing, but under the condition of no card, the network user is limited to the possibility that a call error may exist for emergency calls in different situations.
Therefore, in order to avoid delaying the transmission time of emergency dialing, the types of the numbers need to be judged and determined before the plurality of numbers are communicated with the artificial station server and the automatic station, and then information is transmitted, so that the property and life loss caused by the delay of emergency calling is avoided.
And step S30, opening the CDMA network to connect the artificial station server and completing the emergency call when the type is the artificial station emergency number.
In this embodiment, after the emergency dial is determined to be an emergency number of the manual station, the terminal sends a request to activate the CDMA network when sending the emergency call request, obtains a Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) network and connects to the manual station server, and completes establishment of emergency call communication of the manual station.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an emergency call method in another embodiment of the present application, which is applied to the emergency dialing system 100, and the emergency call method further includes:
step S302, under the condition that the code division multiple access network is opened, whether the emergency call is ended or not is determined.
In this embodiment, after the manual server, the CDMA network, and the terminal establish a communication connection, it is determined whether the session of the terminal is suspended.
And step S304, the code division multiple access network is closed under the condition that the emergency call is determined to be ended.
In this embodiment, after the session is terminated, the terminal sends a CDMA network shutdown request, and interrupts the connection between the terminal and the manual station server and the CDMA network.
In some embodiments, in an emergency call method, an association of a manual station emergency number with a code division multiple access network (CDMA network) is established, taking into account the problem that the CDMA network is not started in time after dialing the manual station emergency dial.
In this embodiment, when the CDMA network is associated with the emergency number of the manual station, the CDMA network may be associated before the emergency call request is classified, or may be associated after the emergency call request is classified, or may be associated before and after the emergency call request is classified, and the association after the classification may reduce the data throughput of the emergency call number.
In some embodiments, in the case where the number category corresponding to the emergency call is an automatic emergency number, a connection is established with an automatic station server through Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) or global system for mobile communications (GSM).
In view of the above-mentioned embodiments, the selective dialing is performed in the call bar of the emergency dialing trigger button according to the user setting, but in the case of no card, the possibility of a call error may exist in the emergency call of different situations, and to solve this problem, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an emergency call method step S20 according to another embodiment of the present application, which is applied to the emergency dialing system 100 and includes:
step S202, receiving setting information of a user, wherein the setting information is used for setting the type of an emergency number;
in this embodiment, the set and stored emergency numbers are classified according to the setting record of the user, and the stored emergency calls are classified into the manual emergency number and the automatic emergency number and various emergency call labels, such as fire alarm, rescue, etc., according to the attribution, respectively.
Step S204, generating an emergency number type identification table based on the setting information, wherein the emergency number type identification table comprises: the corresponding relation between the emergency number and the category;
in this embodiment, the labels of the emergency calls and the manual station server and the automatic station server to which the emergency calls belong are in one-to-one correspondence, and are marked correspondingly.
And step S206, storing the emergency number category identification table.
In this embodiment, the storage medium stores the one-to-one corresponding marks, and then the marks are classified when dialing, so that dialing errors are avoided, and a call request is delayed.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is another schematic flow chart of an emergency call method step S20 according to another embodiment of the present embodiment, which is applied to the emergency dialing system 100, and includes:
step S208, inquiring the emergency number type identification table based on the number as a search condition to obtain an inquiry result;
and step S210, determining the category corresponding to the number based on the query result.
In this embodiment, the emergency number identification query mentioned in the above embodiments is obtained according to a number, specifically, whether the number is a manual emergency dial or an automatic emergency dial is obtained according to an emergency number query result, and the number can be associated with a classifier, and after the manual emergency dial is monitored, classification by the classifier can be directly skipped, and advanced classification is performed through software identification setting, so that the time of the whole emergency call is reduced.
