Background
In order to solve the problem of management and control of network devices (such as a network camera, a network video recorder, etc.), each network device is often assigned with a Serial Number (SN) as a unique identifier of the device. The embodiments of the present application have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present application is not limited to the embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present application. Furthermore, the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

Claims (10)

1. A method for serial number based activation, comprising:
sending an activation permission message to the network device;
receiving an activation request message sent by the network equipment according to the activation permission message;
sending a serial number request message to a server according to the activation request message;
receiving serial number information sent by the server according to the serial number request message;
sending an activation message to the network equipment according to the serial number information; the activation message is used for activating the network equipment;
and receiving an activation result message sent by the network equipment according to the activation message.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating activation prompt information according to the activation result message;
and displaying the activation prompt information.
3. A method for serial number based activation, comprising:
acquiring a serial number request message generated by an activation end according to an activation request message sent by network equipment;
sending serial number information to the activating terminal according to the serial number request message, so that the activating terminal sends an activating message to the network equipment according to the serial number information; wherein the activation message is used to activate the network device.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method is applied to a management server, a factory server, and the method further comprises:
the factory server sends a batch serial number request message to the management server according to the serial number request message;
and the management server sends batch serial number information to the factory server according to the batch serial number request message.
5. A method for serial number based activation, comprising:
receiving an activation permission message sent by an activation end;
sending an activation request message to the activation terminal according to the activation permission message, so that the activation terminal sends a serial number request message to a server according to the activation request message; the serial number request message is used for enabling the server to send serial number information to the activating terminal;
receiving an activation message sent by the activation end according to the sequence number information;
activating according to the activation message;
and sending an activation result message to the activation end according to the activation message.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein sending an activation request message to the activation terminal according to the activation permission message further comprises:
and sending an activation request message to the activation end according to the activation permission message, the preset activation state information and the preset equipment number.
7. The product serial number activation device is characterized by comprising:
an activation permission message sending module, configured to send an activation permission message to the network device;
an activation request message receiving module, configured to receive an activation request message sent by the network device according to the activation permission message;
a serial number request message sending module, configured to send a serial number request message to a server according to the activation request message;
a serial number information receiving module, configured to receive serial number information sent by the server according to the serial number request message;
an activation message sending module, configured to send an activation message to the network device according to the serial number information; the activation message is used for activating the network equipment;
and the activation result message receiving module is used for receiving the activation result message sent by the network equipment according to the activation message.
8. The product serial number activation device is characterized by comprising:
a serial number request message acquisition module, configured to acquire a serial number request message generated by an activation end according to an activation request message sent by a network device;
a serial number information sending module, configured to send serial number information to the activation end according to the serial number request message, so that the activation end sends an activation message to the network device according to the serial number information; wherein the activation message is used to activate the network device.

performing the method of any one of claims 1 to 2; or, performing the method of any one of claims 3 to 4; or, performing the method of any one of claims 5 to 6.
