Abstract
本发明提供一种基于CPA状态方程预测NaCl水溶液中CO2溶解度的方法。以CPA‑SRK状态方程、WS混合规则、NRTL活度系数模型、物料平衡方程、热力学平衡方程组和混相函数为基础,选用更适合CO2的惰性缔合方案,建立了相态模拟逐步迭代数值计算方法。该方法计算速度快、精度高、适用范围宽泛,可指导高含CO2气藏开发和碳捕集与封存,为提高天然气采收率和应对全球CO2排放提供技术支持。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油天然气勘探开发技术领域,针对高含CO2天然气气藏开发以及碳捕集与封存(CCS)技术,提出一种基于CPA状态方程预测NaCl水溶液中CO2溶解度的方法。
背景技术
众所周知,CO2溶解度的实验测定既费时又昂贵。因此,在实验数据和相平衡的基础上发展了热力学模型,以突破实验方法的限制。目前,高含CO2气藏的开发和CO2埋存的相态模拟研究中均未考虑CO2-地层水互溶和离子含量变化的影响,这将导致该类气藏开发指标动态预测和CO2埋存中的溶解机理研究存在不准确性。对于CO2-地层水混合体系的热力学研究,主要针对不同盐溶度进行对应的研究。由于其实验方法限制,该体系实验数据极少,因此导致该类多元混合体系的研究主要在二元体系的研究基础上进行。另外,CO2-地层水的相平衡理论主要运用立方型状态方程和不同混合规则的结合,对实验数据进行泡点、露点和闪蒸计算,拟合不同混合规则对应的能量和二元交互参数。常规立方型状态方程(以SRK、RK为代表)被广泛运用于石油行业的热力学分析。但是,由于CO2极强的非极性,且与H2O之间存在较强的氢键作用,使得含有CO2的天然气在地层水中的溶解规律复杂,导致其高压物性参数计算结果偏大。加之极性分子H2O分子间存在其他氢键的弱化学作用,使得缔合分子出现自缔合和交叉缔合两种效果,令溶液体系的热力学相行为很难被常规的立方型状态方程所描述。因此,迫切需要含有缔合作用的状态方程从微观角度进行溶液体系热力学相平衡计算。
2000年以来,预测CO2-H2O-NaCl混合溶液体系中的xCO2被大量学者广泛关注,主要从常规立方型状态方程结合不同混合规则、考虑缔合作用的状态方程两个方面对其进行研究。Duan和Sun(2003)基于1992年提出的Duan模型结合粒子相互作用理论,建立了预测CO2在纯水和NaCl溶液中的溶解度的热力学模型。然后,为改善Duan和Sun的模型的性能,Duan等(2006)提出了一个非迭代方程。但是,Duan的模型比较复杂,有15个可调参数,且没有考虑CO2和H2O之间的相互作用。Spycher和Pruess(2005)使用含有CO2和H2O活度系数的溶解度模型来解释溶解盐的影响。Dubessy等(2005)利用Redlich-Kister的方法构建了CO2-H2O-NaCl体系中水、气组分活度系数的非对称热力学模型。Hassanzadeh等(2008)提出了类似于Duan模型的活度系数-逸度系数型热力学模型,该模型基于RK或PR状态方程。然而,这些简单的状态方程不能描述CO2和H2O之间的交叉缔合作用以及水的自缔合作用。
自一阶微扰理论迅速发展以来,硬球链球体状态方程被广泛应用于较强非极性的溶液体系进行热力学相平衡计算。Yan和Chen(2010)提出了PC-SAFT状态方程和活度系数模型,用于测定在150MPa和473K有效温压范围下CO2在NaCl溶液中的溶解度。Sun和Dubessy(2012)使用SAFT-LJ模型确定CO2在573K以下氯化钠溶液中的溶解度。Dubacq等人(2013)构建了H2O-CO2-NaCl三元体系相平衡的活性-组成模型,其有效的温压范围为283-653K和0.1-350MPa。Mao等(2015)用亥姆霍兹自由能模型在较宽的温度范围(273-1273K)和较宽的压力范围(0-500MPa)内测定了CO2在NaCl溶液中的溶解度。Xu等人(2017)利用EPPR78和PC-SAFT状态方程对CO2捕获进行了研究。然而,这些模型具有多个可调参数,非常复杂。Kontogeorgis等人(1996)基于经典的立方型状态方程提出了立方型缔合状态方程(CPA|EOS),它被广泛用于计算碳氢化合物、酯类及醇类等混合溶液体系的气液平衡和液液平衡。此方程在保留了气体状态方程描述气相相行为的优势上,又引入了硬球链状态方程中缔合项处理具有极强性分子的溶液体系。Muro-Sune等(2008)在水-乙酸体系中,以高相互作用参数为代价,采用CPA-HV模型获得了令人满意的结果。Tsivintzelis等人(2011)使用CPA-SRK状态方程预测了CO2、CO2-正烷烃(n<5)在纯水混合溶液中的溶解度,对比惰性、2B、3B和4C缔合方案,考虑CO2为4C缔合结构,并考虑CO2和H2O的交叉缔合作用时,预测精度最高。和Kontogeorgis(2016)研究了CO2+烃类混合物的四极相互作用,其可调参数比其他CPA状态方程少。
总而言之,单一的CPA状态方程已应用于复杂体系,并取得了一些令人满意的结果。然而,仍存在如精度低,温度压力范围较窄等问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述模型中存在的问题,提出一种基于CPA状态方程预测NaCl水溶液中CO2溶解度的方法,该算法的优点是速度快,精度高,适用范围宽泛,可以为实际工程和实验分析提供有效的参考数据。
本方法首先在SRK状态方程基础上,结合Wertheim一阶微扰理论,采用SRK作为物理项和缔合项相结合的方式,提出了能够预测极性流体液相热力学参数的状态方程(CPA-SRK)。其次,本方法用能够在较宽温压范围内描述包含极性分子的混合体系的WS混合规则代替了vdW单流体混合规则。对于CO2-H2O二元体系,本方法提出的CPA-WS模型采用了更适用于CO2的惰性缔合方案在较大温压范围内优化了CPA-WS模型的六个可调参数;对于H2O-CO2-NaCl三元体系,认为在CO2-NaCl和H2O-NaCl体系中不发生缔合,采用SRK状态方程估算NaCl在CPA-WS模型中的物理项参数,并提出了一个新的相互作用参数(D)代替CO2-NaCl和H2O-NaCl体系中的二元交互作用参数kij和kji。最终,通过大量实验数据验证了本方法所提出的CPA-WS模型的整体性能,针对CO2-H2O体系对比了CPA-vdW模型和PRSV-WS模型,CPA-WS模型的预测性能更佳;针对H2O-CO2-NaCl元体系对比了Duan2003、PR-HV、SRK-HV模型,CPA-WS模型的预测精度同样令人满意。
基于CPA状态方程预测NaCl水溶液中CO2溶解度的方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1:给定系统参数T、P和组分参数zi(i=1,2,…,N-1)以及对应物质的物性参数临界压力(Pc)、临界温度(Tc)和偏心因子(ω)。
步骤2:利用对应状态原理计算出Tr、Pr,从而通过Wilson公式计算平衡常数(Ki)的初值。

步骤17:若不满足检验条件,则重新计算平衡常数Ki,并返回步骤3,直到满足条件,输出结果。
本发明和现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:
1.本发明提出的计算方法在考虑缔合项的CPA-SRK状态方程基础上,结合改进型WS混合规则和NTRL活度系数模型,并选用更适合CO2的惰性缔合方案,建立了NaCl溶液中CO2溶解度计算模型,对比实验数据的平均绝对相对偏差仅为3.56%。
2.由于本发明提出了一个新的相互作用参数D来代替原有的kij和kji,所提出的计算模型仅有5个可调参数,简化了原有的CPA-WS模型。
3.本发明提出的计算方法适用范围宽泛,温压范围为288.15~523.15K和0.1~350.0MPa,在303.15~413.15K和0.1~50MPa的温压范围内,精度最高,预测效果最佳。
4.本发明采用逐步迭代法,计算对初值要求低,实用性强。
5.本发明还可以用于精确计算气液相密度、摩尔含量、偏差系数和富CO2相中饱和含水量等参数。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,将对本发明的技术方案进行详细介绍:
本实施实例中,运用建立的CPA-SRK-WS模型,对CO2在氯化钠溶液中的溶解度进行计算,并与实验数据进行了对比。利用最小二乘法对CPA-SRK-WS模型参数在较大的温压范围内进行了优化拟合,如表1所示。表3中列出了根据实验数据回归得到的H2O-NaCl体系和CO2-NaCl体系的相互作用参数(D)值。计算流程概述见图1,首先输入温度T、压力P和组分参数zi;然后依据对比态原理计算对比温度Tr、对比压力Pr,并采用Wilson公式估算平衡常数(Ki)的初值;带Ki入物料平衡方程计算出气液相组分的摩尔分数(xi,yi);接着计算CPA-SRK状态方程参数,并根据WS混合规则计算混合物质的状态方程参数,并利用牛顿迭代法计算出偏差系数(气液组分体积)、混合密度、对比密度及径向密度函数等;计算各组分气液相逸度,判断是否相等,若相等,则得到xi,yi,Zmx,Zmy,η等气液平衡参数结果,若不相等,则重新计算平衡常数(K),直到满足条件。

综上所述,本发明提供的是一种基于CPA状态方程预测NaCl水溶液中CO2溶解度的方法,提出的计算方法在考虑缔合项的CPA-SRK状态方程基础上,结合改进型WS混合规则和NTRL活度系数模型,并选用更适合CO2的惰性缔合方案,从热力学理论上对NaCl溶液中CO2溶解度进行计算。该计算方法具有速度快、温压范围宽泛、精度高等特点,与实验数据的平均绝对相对误差为3.56%;通过本发明介绍的方法,提供可靠的CO2溶解度热力学相平衡理论计算方法,可指导高含CO2气藏开发和碳捕集与封存,为提高天然气采收率和应对全球CO2排放提供技术支持。

1.一种基于CPA状态方程预测NaCl水溶液中CO2溶解度的方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1:用Wilson公式计算平衡常数(Ki)的初值;
步骤2:求解气液两相总物料平衡方程(F),用牛顿法对气相摩尔数(V)进行迭代;
步骤3:计算各组分的摩尔分数(x,y);
步骤4:计算CPA-SRK-WS状态方程参数;
步骤5:带入状态方程气液两项参数,牛顿迭代法求解V′mx、V′my(Zmx,Zmy);
步骤6:分别带入气液相逸度系数,计算各组分气液相逸度fi V、fi L;
步骤7:检验气液相逸度(f)是否满足条件;
步骤8:若满足条件,输出气液平衡参数;若不满足,重新计算平衡常数K,并返回步骤2。
