6. The metered collection operation and maintenance device according to claim 2, wherein the AI speech output module further comprises a second storage unit and a second processing unit;
the second storage unit is used for storing the voice information;
the second processing unit is connected with the second storage unit and is used for identifying whether the instruction codes are correct or not, and if the instruction codes are identified to be correct, the voice information matched with the instruction codes is acquired from the second storage unit.

the power supply module is respectively connected with the voice monitoring analysis module, the control module, the data storage module, the AI search processing module, the metering acquisition operation and maintenance simulation module and the AI voice output module, and is used for supplying power to the voice monitoring analysis module, the control module, the data storage module, the AI search processing module, the metering acquisition operation and maintenance simulation module and the AI voice output module.

the AI search processing module comprises a third storage unit;
the third storage unit is used for storing instruction codes matched with the key instructions.

the voice monitoring analysis module is connected with the control module and the AI searching processing module, and the AI searching processing module is respectively connected with the control module and the data storage module;
the method comprises the following steps:
the voice monitoring analysis module converts a first voice instruction into a precise voice instruction and respectively sends the precise voice instruction to the control module and the AI search processing module;
the control module controls the AI search processing module to search a key instruction matched with the accurate voice instruction from the data storage module after receiving the accurate voice instruction, and the AI search processing module converts the key instruction into an instruction code and sends the instruction code to the metering acquisition operation simulation module;
the metering acquisition operation simulation module outputs explanation information corresponding to the instruction codes according to the instruction codes;
the voice monitoring analysis module comprises an instruction acquisition unit, a pickup unit, a first voice analysis unit and a second voice analysis unit;
the instruction acquisition unit is connected with the pickup unit and is used for monitoring wake-up words and controlling the pickup unit to start after monitoring the wake-up words;
the sound pickup unit is connected with the first voice analysis unit and is used for receiving a first voice instruction and sending the received first voice instruction to the first voice analysis unit;
the first voice analysis unit is connected with the second voice analysis unit, and is used for analyzing the first voice instruction, generating a second voice instruction and sending the second voice instruction to the second voice analysis unit;
the second voice analysis unit is connected with the control module and the AI search processing module, and is used for analyzing the second voice instruction and generating the accurate voice instruction, and sending the accurate voice instruction to the control module and the AI search processing module respectively.
