the comparing the portrait information with portrait information in a preset portrait information base comprises:
determining all passing time periods covering the current time point from the passing time period library, and if the portrait information of the visitor exists in the portrait information corresponding to all the passing time periods, generating a comparison result, wherein the comparison result is 'consistent';
otherwise, comparing the visitor portrait information with each portrait information in a preset portrait information base, and generating a comparison result.
