comparing the user face image information with the face storage information to obtain a first comparison result;
comparing the user voice information with the voice storage information to obtain a second comparison result;
and obtaining a matching result according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the matching the user sample information with the backup reference information by the indoor display device further comprises, after obtaining a matching result:
when the matching result is that the matching is unsuccessful, generating an acquisition instruction so that the outdoor camera acquires and rechecks user sample information again;
matching the reexamination user sample information with the backup reference information to obtain a reexamination matching result;
when the rechecking matching result is unsuccessful in matching, creating a matching failure list;
and storing the sample information of the rechecked user in the matching failure list to generate matching failure information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending an unlocking instruction to the door control to unlock the door control when the matching result is a successful matching, the method further comprises:
acquiring visitor sampling information;
displaying the visitor sampling information on indoor display equipment to enable a user to feed back control information;
