Through the process, each item information is managed, so that the target item providing points can conveniently give orders according to the item information.
Second embodiment:
packaging a plurality of item information corresponding to the same target item providing point and user information included in the order information into sub-order information; and sending the sub-order information to the target item providing point. Through the process, management of a plurality of item information aiming at the same target item providing point is realized, so that the target item providing point can combine and deliver all items in the sub-order conveniently.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the information processing method may further include the following steps:
301: receiving a display request for item detail information, the display request comprising a plurality of detail feature tags for the item detail information;
302: searching a plurality of prescreened item providing points matched with a plurality of characteristic labels of the item detail information;
303: and providing the information of the plurality of screened item providing points to the client corresponding to the display request, so that the client corresponding to the display request displays the information of the plurality of screened item providing points on the display page of the item detail information.
Through the embodiment, the information of the corresponding plurality of primary screening article providing points can be provided for the user on one article detail information display page, so that the user can actively select the article providing points, a flexible shopping mode is provided for the user, and the requirement of active selection of the user can be still met in the process of simplifying the shopping program of the user. Thereby effectively improving the user experience.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the item information in the order information may further include information of the user-selected prescreened item offering point, in addition to information of the item name, the price, the purchase quantity, and the like, and the information of the user-selected prescreened item offering point may be a feature code of the user-selected prescreened item offering point (the feature code may be assigned to the item offering point by the e-commerce platform). Based on this, as shown in fig. 4, a specific implementation of the step of searching out a plurality of item providing points according to the order information may include the following steps:
for each item information included in the order information, executing:
401: judging whether the item information comprises a primary screening item providing point selected by a user, if so, executing a step 402; otherwise, go to step 403;
402: taking the preliminary screening article providing point selected by the user as the article providing point, and ending the current flow;
403: and searching at least one item providing point for the item information.
Through the steps, the subsequent information processing can be carried out based on the user requirement, namely the initially screened article providing points selected by the user, searching from more article providing points is not needed, and the waste of computing resources is effectively avoided. The number of the initial screening article providing points selected by the user can be 1 or more.
In summary, under a full channel scene, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention breaks through the limitation of different article providing points such as different warehouses and different shops, and can be selected from different warehouses and different shops. And selecting the warehouse or the shop with the best cost for performing. The limitation of the warehouse or the shop is broken, and the warehouse or the shop with the best cost is selected from the warehouses or the shops which can provide services for the item information in the order information.
The information processing method can be applied to a service end of a shopping platform.
In order to clearly illustrate the information processing method, as shown in fig. 5, the detailed description of the embodiment of the present invention from online shopping to processing shopping order information may specifically include the following steps:
501: a user client sends a display request of item detail information to a service end of a shopping platform;
the display request comprises a plurality of detail characteristic labels of the item detail information; the details feature tag may include: price, model, item name, rating, instructions for use, etc.
502: a service end of the shopping platform searches a plurality of primary screening article providing points matched with a plurality of feature labels of article detail information;
503: the server side of the shopping platform provides the information of the providing points of the primary screened articles to the client side corresponding to the display request;
504: the user client displays the information of the plurality of primary screening article providing points on a display page of article detail information;
505: the user client generates order information according to information such as articles selected by the user;
the order information may include: item information, user information, shipping address information, and the like. When the user selects the primary screening item providing point for the item, the order information may further include characteristic information of the primary screening item providing point, such as a characteristic code set for the primary screening item providing point, and the like (the characteristic code may be distributed for the electronic commerce platform providing point for the item).
506: the user client sends the order information to a server of the shopping platform;
507: the server side of the shopping platform judges whether the item information included in the order information includes an initial screening item providing point selected by the user, if so, the step 508 is executed; otherwise, go to step 511;
the judging process can be to judge whether the article information comprises the characteristic codes of the providing points of the primary screening articles, and the like.
508: the server of the shopping platform takes the primary screening item providing points selected by the user as the item providing points, and when the number of the primary screening item providing points selected by the user is 1, step 509 is executed; when the number of the providing points of the primary screening items selected by the user is not less than 2, executing step 510;
509: the server side of the shopping platform determines the primary screening item providing point as a target item providing point and executes step 516;
510: the server side of the shopping platform determines the primary screening item providing point as an item providing point and executes step 512;
511: the service end of the shopping platform searches at least one item providing point for the item information, and when the item information corresponds to at least two item providing points, step 512 is executed; when the item information corresponds to 1 item providing point, executing step 14;
512: a server side of the shopping platform calculates a cost index of each item providing point of at least two item providing points corresponding to the item information;
513: the server side of the shopping platform screens out the article providing points with the cost indexes meeting the preset screening conditions from the at least two article providing points corresponding to the article information;
514: the service end of the shopping platform takes the item providing point as a target item providing point;
515: a server side of the shopping platform packages a plurality of item information corresponding to the same target item providing point and user information included in the order information into sub-order information;
516: the server side of the shopping platform sends the sub-order information to a client side used by a target article providing point;
517: and the client used by the target article providing point sends the processing flow node of the sub-order information to the server of the shopping platform.
The process flow node may include instructions to receive sub-order information, sort stages, warehouse-out stages, ship stages, post-ship logistics information, and the like.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing apparatus 600, the information processing apparatus 600 including: a receiving unit 601, a processing unit 602, and a pushing unit 603, wherein,
the receiving unit 601 is configured to receive order information;
the processing unit 602 is configured to search out a plurality of item providing points according to the order information received by the receiving unit 601; according to the characteristic information of the plurality of pre-stored article providing points, screening at least one corresponding target article providing point for the order information from the plurality of article providing points;
the pushing unit 603 is configured to push the order information to at least one target item providing point screened by the processing unit 602.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the processing unit 602 is configured to parse the order information; and searching at least one item providing point for each item information when the analyzed result indicates that the order information comprises at least two items of information.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the feature information includes: multiple cost information corresponding to each item information; the processing unit 602 is configured to filter a corresponding target item providing point for each item information according to the item information and the cost information corresponding to the item information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processing unit 602 is configured to, for each piece of the item information, perform: when the article information corresponds to at least two article providing points, calculating a cost index of each article providing point of the at least two article providing points corresponding to the article information; and screening one article providing point with the cost index meeting the preset screening condition from at least two article providing points corresponding to the article information as a target article providing point.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the pushing unit 603 is configured to, for each piece of the item information, perform: and pushing the user information included in the item information and the order information to a target item providing point corresponding to the item information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the pushing unit 603 is configured to package a plurality of item information corresponding to a same target item providing point and user information included in the order information into a sub-order information; and sending the sub-order information to the target item providing point.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processing unit 602 is further configured to receive a display request for item detail information, where the display request includes a plurality of detail feature tags of the item detail information; searching a plurality of prescreened item providing points matched with a plurality of characteristic labels of the item detail information; and providing the information of the plurality of screened item providing points to the client corresponding to the display request, so that the client corresponding to the display request displays the information of the plurality of screened item providing points on the display page of the item detail information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processing unit 602 is further configured to, for each item information included in the order information, perform: judging whether the item information comprises a primary screening item providing point selected by a user, if so, taking the primary screening item providing point selected by the user as the item providing point; otherwise, at least one item providing point is searched for the item information.
The information processing device may be present as part of a shopping platform, such as in the form of a plug-in that is installed onto an existing shopping platform.
As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing system 700, where the information processing system 700 may include: the user client 701, the item providing point client 702, and the information processing apparatus 600 according to any of the above embodiments, wherein,
a user client 701 for sending order information to the information processing apparatus 600;
the information processing device 600 is configured to process the order information by using the information processing method provided in each of the embodiments, and select a corresponding target item providing point for the item information in the order information;
the item providing point client 702 is configured to receive order information pushed by the information processing apparatus 600 or item information in an order or sub-order information obtained by splitting the order information when the item providing point is a target item providing point.
Fig. 8 shows an exemplary system architecture 800 to which the information processing method or the information processing apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention can be applied.
As shown in fig. 8, the system architecture 800 may include terminal devices 801, 802, 803, a network 804, and a server 805. The network 804 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 801, 802, 803 and the server 805. Network 804 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 801, 802, 803 to interact with a server 805 over a network 804 to receive or send order messages or item information or the like. The terminal devices 801, 802, 803 may have installed thereon various communication client applications, such as shopping-like applications, web browser applications, search-like applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, etc. (by way of example only). The terminal devices 801, 802, and 803 may be terminal devices used by shopping users, and may also be order management devices used by points such as warehouses, stores, and the like, provided for items.
The terminal devices 801, 802, 803 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 805 may be a server that provides various services, such as a background management server (for example only) that supports a shopping website browsed by a user using the terminal devices 801, 802, and 803, and may also be a server that pushes order information to the terminal devices 801, 802, and 803 used by an item providing point. The back-office management server may analyze and otherwise process the received data such as the order information, and feed back the processing result (for example, the order information, the article information — just an example) to the terminal device used by the article providing point.
It should be noted that the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 805, and accordingly, the information processing apparatus is generally disposed in the server 805.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 8 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 9, a block diagram of a computer system 900 suitable for use with a terminal device or server implementing an embodiment of the invention is shown. The terminal device or the server shown in fig. 9 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the computer system 900 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)901 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)902 or a program loaded from a storage section 908 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 903. In the RAM 903, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 900 are also stored. The CPU 901, ROM 902, and RAM 903 are connected to each other via a bus 904. An input/output (I/O) interface 905 is also connected to bus 904.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 905: an input portion 906 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 907 including components such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 908 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 909 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 909 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 910 is also connected to the I/O interface 905 as necessary. A removable medium 911 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 910 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 908 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 909, and/or installed from the removable medium 911. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are executed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 901.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes a receiving unit, a processing unit, and a pushing unit. The names of the units do not form a limitation to the units themselves in some cases, for example, the pushing unit may also be described as a unit for pushing the order information to at least one target item providing point screened by the processing unit.
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: receiving order information; searching a plurality of article providing points according to the order information; according to the characteristic information of the plurality of pre-stored article providing points, screening at least one corresponding target article providing point for the order information from the plurality of article providing points; and pushing the order information to the at least one target object providing point.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: analyzing the order information; and searching at least one item providing point for each item information when the analyzed result indicates that the order information comprises at least two items of information.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: for each piece of the item information, performing: when the article information corresponds to at least two article providing points, calculating a cost index of each article providing point of the at least two article providing points corresponding to the article information; and screening one article providing point with the cost index meeting the preset screening condition from at least two article providing points corresponding to the article information as a target article providing point.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of article providing points are searched according to the order information, and then the target article providing points are screened out for the order information according to the characteristic information of the article providing points, namely the article providing points are screened out for the order through the order information and the characteristic information of the article providing points, such as an e-commerce warehouse or an off-line shop and the like. The target article providing point provides service for the order information, so that a proper article providing point is selected for the order, and overall planning of article providing points, namely, full-channel shops, is realized.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
receiving order information;
searching a plurality of article providing points according to the order information;
according to the characteristic information of the plurality of pre-stored article providing points, screening at least one corresponding target article providing point for the order information from the plurality of article providing points;
and pushing the order information to the at least one target object providing point.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of searching out a plurality of item providing points based on the order information comprises:
analyzing the order information;
when the result of the parsing indicates that the order information includes at least two pieces of item information,
and searching at least one item providing point for each item information.
3. The information processing method according to claim 2,
the characteristic information includes: multiple cost information corresponding to each item information;
the step of screening the corresponding at least one target item providing point for the order information comprises:
and screening a corresponding target article providing point for each piece of article information according to the article information and the cost information corresponding to the article information.
4. The information processing method according to claim 3, wherein the step of screening each of the item information for a corresponding one of the target item providing points includes:
for each piece of the item information, performing:
when the item information corresponds to at least two item providing points,
calculating a cost index of each item providing point of at least two item providing points corresponding to the item information;
and screening one article providing point with the cost index meeting the preset screening condition from at least two article providing points corresponding to the article information as a target article providing point.
5. The information processing method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein pushing the order information to the at least one target item providing point comprises:
for each piece of the item information, performing:
and pushing the user information included in the item information and the order information to a target item providing point corresponding to the item information.
6. The information processing method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein pushing the order information to the at least one target item providing point comprises:
packaging a plurality of item information corresponding to the same target item providing point and user information included in the order information into sub-order information;
and sending the sub-order information to the target item providing point.
7. The information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
receiving a display request for item detail information, the display request comprising a plurality of detail feature tags for the item detail information;
searching a plurality of prescreened item providing points matched with a plurality of characteristic labels of the item detail information;
and providing the information of the plurality of screened item providing points to the client corresponding to the display request, so that the client corresponding to the display request displays the information of the plurality of screened item providing points on the display page of the item detail information.
8. The information processing method according to claim 7, wherein the step of searching out a plurality of item providing points based on the order information comprises:
for each item information included in the order information, executing:
determining whether the item information includes a user-selected prescreened item offering point,
if so, taking the preliminary screening item providing point selected by the user as the item providing point;
otherwise, at least one item providing point is searched for the item information.
9. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising: a receiving unit, a processing unit and a pushing unit, wherein,
the receiving unit is used for receiving order information;
the processing unit is used for searching a plurality of article providing points according to the order information received by the receiving unit; according to the characteristic information of the plurality of pre-stored article providing points, screening at least one corresponding target article providing point for the order information from the plurality of article providing points;
and the pushing unit is used for pushing the order information to at least one target object providing point screened by the processing unit.
10. An information processing electronic device characterized by comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
11. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
