initializing the sold off-grid household appliances or equipment, and superposing initialization information, real-time information and the ID identification code by the microcomputer controller to form a payment request code character string;
detecting and comparing the real-time date and the staging date, and stopping and locking a startup key when the real-time date and the staging date are equal to or less than 0 day;
displaying the payment request code character string on a man-machine interaction operation panel to generate a corresponding payment request two-dimensional code;
the mobile phone APP scans the payment request two-dimensional code, and the server calculates the amount of money to be received in the period according to the information contained in the payment request two-dimensional code and the calculation formula of the product;
if the mobile phone APP is paid for the first time, the server sends an installment purchase and sale contract to be signed to the mobile phone APP and sends a check code to the mobile phone of the user, and the installment purchase and sale contract to be signed takes effect after the user signs and inputs the check code;
the server sends a collection code containing the amount which should be received in the period to the mobile phone APP, after the payment of a payer is successful, the server searches and sends a current period activation password original code and a current period electronic invoice which are matched with the ID identification code in the database to the mobile phone of the user, sends transaction information to a sales organization for checking account, and simultaneously sends an effective electronic edition contract to the mobile phone of the user if the current period payment is the first period payment;
and inputting the original code of the activation password of the period on the man-machine interaction operation panel, and after the off-grid household appliance or equipment microcomputer controller is analyzed, and then successfully contrasts with the preset analysis value, unlocking the startup key and continuing the supervision work of the next period until all periods are completed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the data required by the calculation formula includes information such as commodity model, price, installment principal proportion, commission fee, interest rate, and tax rate.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein initializing the off-network appliance or device further comprises entering information such as a user's cell phone number, sales organization code, total number of installments, dates of each installments, etc.
4. The method of claim 1 or 3, wherein the respective staging dates are converted into respective days of staging.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the microcomputer controller host of the off-grid appliance or device superimposes and converts the user's mobile phone number, sales organization code, total number of minutes, days of each minute, current number of days to be activated, etc. together with the ID code preset before factory into displayable ASCII character string, and converts the character string into a payment request two-dimensional code or QR code for mobile phone APP scanning.

The method as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein if the first time of the installment, the server generates a formatted electronic contract for installment purchase and sale of the to-be-signed commodity according to the initialization information of the off-network appliance or device and the installment calculation formula of the server, and sends the formatted electronic contract for installment and sale of the to-be-signed commodity to the user, and sends the verification code required for signing the electronic contract for installment and sale to the mobile phone number of the user in a short message manner, and the user is required to fill in the information of the user name, the identification number, the device installation and use address, the electronic invoice acquirer and the like required for signing the to-be-signed commodity, and the contract is formally validated after the user signs and inputs the verification code received on the mobile phone number of the user.

The method of claim 1, wherein the off-grid appliance or device has two clock systems, one being an external clock system of date/clock that can be displayed on the human-computer interaction panel and adjusted by the user; and one internal clock system which cannot be adjusted by a user and is specially used for periodic supervision is adopted, when the internal clock system fails, the internal clock system is stopped and a start key is locked, and a professional maintenance worker can effectively reset the internal clock system to continue the periodic supervision work after the battery is replaced by the professional maintenance worker and the preset original activation code is obtained from the server background customer service.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the server backend system is further embedded or accessed with an automatic electronic invoice service subsystem developed by a third party and certified by a tax department, and used for sending electronic invoice to the mobile phone of the user.
10. A method for supervising installment payment of off-network household appliances or equipment is characterized in that the method is also suitable for the off-network household appliances or equipment or other industrial equipment which is purchased in whole money, the installment number which is initialized when the whole money is purchased is 1, and the installment date is the current date.
