In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The following describes in detail a conference recording method, a conference recording apparatus, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to fig. 1 to fig. 10 through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
The embodiment provides a conference recording method, as shown in fig. 1, including: step S102: acquiring conference recording information and recording missing information; step S104: receiving a first input of recording missing information, and determining a backtracking time period according to the first input; step S106: determining filling audio information corresponding to a backtracking time period according to the conference recording information; step S108: determining supplementary recording content corresponding to the recording missing information according to the filling audio information; step S110: and generating the meeting record according to the supplementary record content.
In the conference recording method provided by this embodiment, if an unclear term or ambiguous words occur during the recording of a conference by a recorder, recording missing information is formed on the complete conference recording by labeling or other methods, so as to supplement the recording missing information after the conference is finished or during the break in the middle of the conference. On the basis, the conference recording information is acquired, and when the first input is received, some recording missing information is considered to be required to be supplemented, so that the conference time of the recording missing information at that time can be determined in the conference recording information. And then, selecting partial fragments according to the conference recording information so as to conveniently obtain the filling audio information by screening the backtracking time period. And then, identifying the filling audio information to determine the supplementary recording content, wherein the supplementary recording content is obtained by supplementing the missing part in the previous conference recording in the manner described above, so that a complete conference recording can be generated after the supplementary recording content is added, and the complete conference recording can be conveniently sent to designated personnel subsequently.
The specific recognition mode may be voice recognition or manual recognition.
The number of the contents to be supplemented contained in the recording missing information may be one or a plurality of, and the corresponding relationship between the first input and the recording missing information may be a specific content to be supplemented selected by the user, or may be a preset content, all contents to be supplemented of a certain subject in the conference, or even the corresponding content when the first input is received may be flexibly determined according to the setting of the user.
It should be noted that the first input may be a touch input, an entity key input, or even a specific gesture recognition input.
The conference recording information can be a recording file of the whole conference, can also be part of chapters in the conference, or a recording file of part of subjects, and the specific recording mode can be recorded by any terminal with a recording function in a space where the conference is located, including but not limited to a smart phone, a smart projector, a smart curtain, a smart screen and the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, receiving a first input corresponding to recording missing information specifically includes: step S1042: acquiring recording information; step S1044: determining at least one in-doubt mark corresponding to the recording missing information in the recording information; step S1046: a first input for an in-doubt identification is received.
When the first input is received, firstly, the recording information is obtained, the recording information is content information which is recorded continuously by a recording person or recording equipment according to the progress of a conference, in the recording process, some professional terms and other contents which cannot be recorded accurately by the recording person or equipment may exist, the content is recording missing information, and the missing content can be marked in a suspicion identification mode, namely the suspicion identification, so that the specific position with a problem can be determined according to the identification of the suspicion identification in the follow-up process.
It should be added that the in-doubt identifier may be directly input in the recording process, and may be an identifier such as a question mark, an ellipsis mark, a space, or even may select a certain emoticon picture as the identifier.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, step S108: determining supplementary recording content corresponding to the recording missing information according to the filling audio information, specifically comprising: step S1082: determining a supplementary object that supplements the recorded content; step S1084: if the supplementary object is a conference speaker, sending filling audio information and a supplementary task request corresponding to the filling audio information to terminal equipment of the conference speaker; step S1086: if the supplementary object is a recorder, sending the audio filling information and a supplementary task request corresponding to the audio filling information to the terminal equipment of the recorder; step S1088: and receiving the supplementary recorded content transmitted by the supplementary object.
When the supplementary recorded content is determined, the supplementary object needs to be determined, and it can be understood that some content needing to be supplemented can be identified after repeated listening by a recorder, and some content is a sender of the content needing to be supplemented, namely, the sender inputs the content personally by a conference speaker. In short, by determining the supplement object first, it is possible to determine a transmission object of the audio file when content supplement is needed subsequently, and when the supplement object is a conference speaker, it is possible to transmit related information, specifically, the audio information and the supplement task request, to a terminal device of the conference speaker, where the audio information is filled, and the audio information is mainly used to allow the conference speaker to determine how the current original speech of the recording content with the problem is set forth, so as to compare the original speech with the conference lecture, and meanwhile, to facilitate the recall of the specific content, and the transmission of the supplement task request plays a certain role in reminding, so that it is ensured that the conference speaker does not miss the supplement of the conference recording. And then, by receiving the supplementary recording content sent by different supplementary objects, namely, the supplementary object supplements the file filled with the audio information, the conference recording can be supplemented, so that a complete conference recording can be formed later.
When the supplementary object is a recorder, the relevant information, specifically, the audio information and the supplementary task request can be sent to the terminal equipment of the recorder, the audio information is filled, so that the recorder can determine how the current original words of the recording content with problems are explained, the content can be confirmed again and supplemented, and the sending of the supplementary task request plays a certain reminding role, so that the recorder cannot miss the supplementary content.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, acquiring the conference recording information specifically includes: step S1022: determining original audio data of conference recording information; step S1024: encoding the original audio data to obtain encoded audio data; step S1026: the encoded audio data is stored in a fixed queue.
When the conference recording information is obtained, the original audio data of the conference recording information is obtained firstly and then encoded, and when the encoded audio data is stored, the encoded audio data needs to be stored according to a fixed queue, so that unnecessary terminal storage space is reduced. It can be understood that the whole conference process may be longer, and for some sound files with high sound quality, the volume of the sound files is larger, and if the complete sound files are packaged and stored, the sound files occupy a larger storage space.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, step S106: determining filling audio information corresponding to a backtracking time period according to the conference recording information, and specifically comprising: step S1062: determining a data segment corresponding to a backtracking time period in the encoded audio data; step S1064: and encapsulating the data segments to generate filling audio information.
When the filling audio information is determined, the data segments with the specified time are determined in the encoded audio data which are required to be encoded and stored, the specified time is the backtracking time period determined before, and the filling audio information can be generated by packaging and storing the data segments so as to facilitate the subsequent file transmission when the filling audio information is sent to a supplementary object.
The present application also proposes a specific embodiment of a conference recording method, as shown in fig. 6, including:
step S201, the conference is started, and the auxiliary recording function is started.
When the conference starts, the auxiliary recording function is actively started by conference recording personnel, the recording function can be automatically started after the function is started, and the whole-course recording is carried out in the conference process so as to be used for follow-up audio back recording.
Step S202, when the record is missing, a certain backtracking duration is selected to trigger the sound backrecording.
In the process of recording a conference, when meeting the content which cannot be recorded currently, such as a long sentence or the unintelligible word or uncommon sentence, meeting the conference recording personnel, selecting a certain backtracking duration to trigger sound backrecording to generate an audio file of the content to be filled. The backtracking time is actively selected by a recording person according to the length of the uncommon words and sentences of the speaker, such as backtracking for 5s or 10 s.
In a specific embodiment, the specific playback mode is that an AudioRecord is used to collect original Audio data, an audiomediacodec is used to encode the original Audio data to generate encoded data, and then a mediamux is used to encapsulate the encoded data into an Audio file with Mp3 format or the like, wherein the whole process is that data collection, encoding, encapsulation and writing are performed continuously. It should be emphasized that if all files are written in the whole course of the conference according to the recording process, the files are necessarily large, which causes waste of the storage space of the mobile phone, and the part of the conference record to be filled is not easy to be positioned. Therefore, when the recording is carried out in the step, the coded file generated by the MediaCodec coding does not directly write the file to the MediaMuxer, but the coded data is stored in the memory by using a queue with a fixed size, the data with the corresponding duration is taken out from the queue according to the specified duration when the recording action is triggered, and the recording file with the specified duration is generated by carrying out encapsulation on the MediaMuxer.
The relationship of the encoded audio data to the queue and the recorded data is shown below in fig. 8.
In a specific embodiment, from the time point when the recording is started to be recalled to the current time point, the data stored in the queue in the process is only the content within 1 minute before the current time point, the audio data stored in the queue is stored in the memory, the data exceeding the size of the queue, namely the content beyond 1 minute, is deleted from the memory, and if the data recorded in the specified market is recorded within 5 seconds before, the data between the current time and the time 5 seconds before is found in the queue.
And step S203, marking the area needing content filling, and generating a conference supplementary task.
As shown in fig. 7, it can be seen that there are two red question marks at the 3 rd point and the 5 th point, which identify the content that the conference recording process encounters an obstacle and cannot be recorded, such as a word of uncommon use, and these two places automatically generate two task requests to be supplemented after the sound recording in the step S202 is actively triggered by the recorder.
And step S204, judging whether the supplementation of the speaker is needed.
The meeting recorder decides whether the content to be filled in needs to be supplemented by the speaker, which is needed here if the content is generated by uncommon words and the like and cannot be understood by the recorder, and still supplemented by the meeting recorder if the sentence is too long or the recorder wants to mark the content which is completed after meeting.
And step S205, sending the conference supplementary task to the speaking person.
According to the judgment result of the step S204, if the content needs to be supplemented by the speaker, the task request to be supplemented is distributed to the appointed speaker, and the recorded audio file generated in the step S202 is transmitted while the task request to be supplemented is transmitted.
And step S206, sending the conference supplementary task to the conference recorder.
According to the judgment result of the step S204, if the content to be supplemented is the content to be supplemented by the recorder himself, the task request to be supplemented is distributed to the recorder himself, and similarly, the recorded audio file generated in the step S202 is transmitted while the task request to be supplemented is transmitted.
And step S207, completing content filling according to the audio in the conference supplementary task.
The received task request to be supplemented can be processed after the completion of the speaking or the meeting, the content of the speaking at that time can be known by using the recorded audio file in the task attachment, so that the content to be supplemented is filled, and after the completion of the task supplementing request, the filling content is directly and automatically filled into the question mark shown in the step S203.
And S208, generating a complete conference record after all the filling tasks are completed.
In step S202, after all the task requests to be supplemented are completed, that is, all the contents to be supplemented are completely filled, complete meeting record contents are generated, and a recorder is notified to perform subsequent operations such as sending an email.
Through the specific embodiment, when the unexplained speech content is met or the recorder wants to perform detailed supplement after meeting, the recording can be performed during recording in the meeting, the task to be handled is generated and sent to the appointed supplementing personnel, and the supplement is performed in the form of the task to be handled after the speech or meeting, so that the meeting does not need to be interrupted for confirmation, the meeting time is saved, the meeting efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the accuracy of the filling content can be ensured as the recorded audio is provided for the speaker to confirm and fill by himself.
