Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for displaying a shared document according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure, where the present disclosure is applicable to displaying a shared document, and is particularly applicable to displaying a shared document in a scaling manner when sizes of display windows of a sharing end and a shared end are different. The method may be performed by a presentation apparatus for sharing documents, which may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and which may be configured in an electronic device, for example in a server, for example in a communication server.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for displaying a shared document provided by this embodiment includes:
and S110, responding to the sharing instruction, and determining the size of the display window of the client corresponding to the sharing instruction.
In the display method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the shared document may also be shared in the following manner: responding to a sharing instruction, and determining position information and a shared end of a shared document; and sending the position information of the shared document to the shared terminal, so that the shared terminal requests the content of the shared document according to the position information of the shared document and displays the content.
The document sharing step may include, for example: firstly, monitoring a sharing instruction triggered by any client in a communication range; here, the communication range may be considered as a range formed by clients participating in communication. For example, in some remote collaboration scenarios, the communication scope may be understood as a scope made up of multiple clients that access the same shared document within a certain period of time. Or, in the multimedia conference scenario, all or part of the participating clients of the multimedia conference constitute a communication range.
Then, the location information of the shared document, such as Uniform Resource Locator (URL), and the sharing range within the communication range may be determined according to the sharing instruction; the shared document may be a document containing at least one element of text, graphics, images, audio, video, and the like, and the format of the document may be, for example, a format of Word, Excel, PPT, html, or the like; the sharing range can be regarded as a sharing range formed by clients with the authority of displaying the shared document in the communication range.
Finally, the URL of the shared document may be sent to the client within the sharing scope, so that the client within the sharing scope may access the URL to the information sharing server to request the file content of the shared document and display the file content. Wherein the information sharing server may include a server for storing the shared document.
Through the steps, the client triggering the sharing instruction can share the document with other clients in the sharing range. In the document sharing process, the client triggering the sharing instruction may also perform a presentation on the shared document, such as page turning, editing, labeling, highlighting, or the like, and other clients may follow the presentation to present the shared document. In addition, the client triggering the sharing instruction can transfer the demonstration authority to other clients, so that authorized clients can demonstrate the shared document, and multi-terminal cooperation of the shared document is achieved.
For convenience of description, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a client currently presenting a shared document may be referred to as a sharing peer, and other clients except the sharing peer within a sharing range may be referred to as sharing peers. By the sharing mode, the shared end and the sharing end can simultaneously display the content of the shared document. In a specific embodiment, the sharing manner of the shared document may be performed by a communication server. The communication server may include a background server, such as a Video Conference (VC) server, for performing inter-client communication.
In addition, although the information sharing can be simultaneously performed on the basis of multimedia data communication through the commonly used screen sharing technology, the screen sharing technology has high requirements on network and video compression, various problems such as network delay, video decompression distortion and the like are easily caused in the transmission process of intercepted screen data, and the situation that a shared picture is not smooth and clear is easily caused. The sharing method related to the embodiment of the disclosure can realize high-fidelity and smooth information sharing.
In the process of sharing the document, the sizes of the display windows of the shared document are different between the sharing end and the shared end, but the document display proportion is the same as the alignment standard (such as the alignment of the first row content, the alignment of the last row content, the left alignment or the right alignment, and the like), so that the document content displayed by the sharing end is easy to appear, and the document content is not all displayed at the shared end. The shared end users do not see the document content currently shared by all the shared end users, which greatly reduces the sharing experience of the users. And this problem is especially common when the display window size of the sharing end is large. The method for displaying the shared document, provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, can overcome the defects, ensure that the document content displayed by the sharing end can be all displayed on the shared end, and improve the sharing experience of the user.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the client corresponding to the sharing instruction may include a sharing end and a shared end of the shared document in the sharing process. When receiving a sharing instruction sent by a sharing end, a server can firstly determine the sharing end and a shared end according to a sharing end identifier and a shared end identifier carried in the sharing instruction; then, an acquisition request can be sent to the sharing end and the shared end to obtain the display window sizes of the sharing end and the shared end.
Correspondingly, when the sharing end and the shared end receive the acquisition request, the size of the display window preset by the user can be fed back to the server, so that the server can directly acquire the sizes of the display windows of the sharing end and the shared end; the relevant parameters may also be fed back to the server, so that the server indirectly determines the sizes of the display windows of the sharing end and the shared end according to the relevant parameters, which is not exhaustive here.
And S120, determining the size of the standard window according to a preset standard determination mode.
In the disclosed embodiment, the criterion determination mode may be considered as a mode for determining the criterion window size, and may include, but is not limited to, a fixed value mode and an adaptive target client mode. Wherein the standard size window may be used to specify a standard range of document content that the shared document may exhibit in an original, un-zoomed state.
The standard determination mode may be configured by the server, and after the server configures the standard determination mode, the preset standard determination mode may be applied to each document sharing process. In addition, the standard determination mode may also be configured by a client having a mode configuration right in the current sharing range in the current document sharing process, and the standard determination mode configured by the client may be used in the current document sharing process. It will be appreciated that the so-called "preset" procedure for the standard determination mode is not intended to be used to limit the standard determination mode to be set prior to the start of the sharing operation. In practical applications, the setting of the criterion determination mode may be performed at any feasible time, for example, before, after, or simultaneously with the triggering of the sharing operation.
In some alternative implementations, when the standard determination mode is configured by the server, the server may perform a pre-automated configuration of the standard determination mode used by the current sharing process. For example, the server may determine a desired configuration duty of the mode according to preset standards, and set the standard mode used by the current sharing process according to an actual configuration duty of each standard mode in a service period (e.g., one day, one week, or one month). The expected configuration proportion can be dynamically adjusted according to the satisfaction degree of the user on the display effect of each mode, so that the mode is determined to occupy a higher configuration proportion according to the standard with higher user satisfaction degree, and the user experience is improved.
Illustratively, assume that the standard determination modes configurable in the server include a fixed value mode and an adaptive target client mode, and the expected configuration ratio of the two modes is 2: 1. When the server receives the sharing instruction, assuming that the actual configuration ratio of the two modes in the current service period is determined to be 1:1, the actual configuration ratio of the fixed value mode can be determined and is less than the expected configuration ratio, so that the standard determination mode used in the current sharing process can be configured to be the fixed value mode.
Accordingly, the server may determine the standard size window based on a standard determination mode configured for the current sharing process. The method is beneficial to realizing the display window size of each client by determining a standard window size, and the display window size is aligned with the standard window size so as to realize reasonable scaling of the shared document to be displayed in each client, thereby ensuring that the document content displayed by the sharing end can be all displayed at the shared end.
In some optional implementation manners, if the preset standard determination mode is a fixed value mode, determining the standard window size according to the preset standard determination mode includes: and taking the preset window size as the standard window size according to the fixed value mode.
In these alternative implementations, the preset window size may be a fixed window size with better display effect preset by the user according to an empirical value or an experimental value, for example, 1200 pixels × 675 pixels. And the preset window size can be dynamically optimized according to the satisfaction degree of the display effect fed back by the user in the sharing process based on the fixed value mode.
In some optional implementation manners, if the preset standard determination mode is the adaptive target client mode, determining the standard window size according to the preset standard determination mode includes: determining a target client from clients corresponding to the sharing instruction according to the adaptive target client mode; and taking the display window size of the target client as the standard window size.
The target client mode may include at least one sub-mode, which is not exhaustive, of an adaptation sharing end, an adaptation minimum size end of a shared end, an adaptation maximum size end of a shared end, and a client with a size in a communication range or a size in a sharing range at an intermediate value.
Correspondingly, the target client can be determined from the clients corresponding to the sharing instruction according to the preset sub-mode. For example, when the preset sub-mode is to adapt to the sharing end, the sharing end can be determined as the target client; when the preset sub-mode is suitable for the end with the minimum size in the shared ends, the shared end with the minimum display window size in the shared ends can be determined as the target client; when the preset sub-mode is a mode adapted to the client with the size in the middle value in the communication range, the client corresponding to the size of the display window with the size in the middle value in the shared end and the shared end can be determined as the target client. For each sub-mode, the corresponding client is selected as the target client by referring to the above examples, which is not exhaustive.
In these optional implementations, the presentation window size of the target client is used as the standard window size, which is beneficial to adaptively determining the optimal standard window size for each sharing process, and can further improve the presentation effect of the shared document.
And S130, generating a document zooming message according to the size of the display window and the size of the standard window based on a preset zooming rule.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset scaling rule may include a rule that the content of the shared document displayed by the sharing end is not more than the content of the shared document displayed by the shared end. The shared document content displayed by the sharing end is not more than the shared document content displayed by the shared end, and it can be understood that, under the same alignment standard, the range of the shared document content displayed in the sharing end display window is not more than the range of the shared document content displayed in the shared end display window.
By respectively determining the document zooming messages of the sharing end and the shared end according to the display window sizes of the sharing end and the shared end and the standard window size based on the preset zooming rule, when the sharing end and the shared end display the shared document based on the respective document zooming messages, the document contents displayed by the sharing end can be all displayed at the shared end, and therefore the sharing experience of a user is improved.
S140, the document zooming message is sent to the client corresponding to the document zooming message, so that the shared document content displayed by the sharing end based on the document zooming message is not more than the shared document content displayed by the shared end based on the document zooming message.
The server can send the document zooming messages of the same client to the corresponding clients respectively, namely, the document zooming messages of the sharing end are sent to the sharing end, and the document zooming messages of each shared end are sent to the corresponding shared end. Correspondingly, each client can zoom the requested shared document according to the received document zooming message, and the zoomed shared document is displayed in the display window.
In some optional implementations, the client is real-time communication software, and the real-time communication software includes at least one of instant messaging software, multimedia conference software, live video software, and group chat interaction software.
In these optional implementation manners, real-time communication software such as instant messaging software, multimedia conference software, live video software, and group chat interaction software may be used to perform document sharing, so as to implement information sharing in each application scenario such as instant messaging, multimedia conference, live video, or group chat interaction. Moreover, when the document sharing is performed in each scene, the shared document can be displayed by using the display method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, so that when the shared document is displayed by the sharing end and the shared end based on respective document zooming messages, the document content displayed by the sharing end can be all displayed at the shared end, thereby improving the sharing experience of the user.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the display window size of the client corresponding to the sharing instruction is determined in response to the sharing instruction; the client comprises a sharing end and a shared end; determining a mode according to a preset standard, and determining the size of a standard window; generating a document zooming message according to the size of the display window and the size of the standard window based on a preset zooming rule; and sending the document scaling message to the client corresponding to the document scaling message, so that the shared document content displayed by the sharing end based on the document scaling message is not more than the shared document content displayed by the shared end based on the document scaling message.
The server respectively determines the document zooming messages of the clients according to the display window size of each client and the standard window size based on the preset zooming rule, so that when the clients display the shared document based on the respective document zooming messages, the document contents displayed by the sharing end can be all displayed at the shared end, and the sharing experience of users is improved.
Example two
The embodiment of the present disclosure and various alternatives in the method for presenting a shared document provided in the above embodiments may be combined. The method for displaying a shared document provided by this embodiment describes in detail the determining step of the document zoom message. The method comprises the steps of determining the zooming information of a sharing end according to the larger value of a window width ratio and a window height ratio, determining the zooming information of a shared end according to the smaller value of the window width ratio and the window height ratio, ensuring that the content of a shared document displayed by the sharing end is not more than the content of the shared document corresponding to a standard window, and ensuring that the content of the shared document displayed by the sharing end is not less than the content of the shared document corresponding to the standard window, thereby realizing the document content displayed by the sharing end and being capable of being displayed on the shared end completely.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for displaying a shared document according to a second embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for displaying a shared document provided by this embodiment includes:
s210, responding to the sharing instruction, and determining the size of the display window of the client corresponding to the sharing instruction.
In this embodiment, the client includes a sharing end and a shared end.
S220, determining the size of the standard window according to a preset standard determination mode.
S230, determining a window width ratio according to the window width size in the display window size and the window width size in the standard window size.
S240, determining a window height ratio according to the window height size in the display window size and the window height size in the standard window size.
The display window size and the standard window size may both include a window width size and a window height size.
Exemplarily, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of sizes of windows in a shared document presentation method provided in the second embodiment of the present disclosure.
In fig. 3, a solid line box may represent a presentation window size of the client, a dashed line box may represent a standard window size, and in each window size, a size in an x-axis direction may be taken as a window width size, and a size in a y-axis direction may be taken as a window height size. Wherein, the window width size in the display window size of the sharing end (Presenter, P end) can be represented by p.width, and the window height size in the display window size can be represented by p.height; the window width size in the display window size of the shared end (Follower, F end) can be represented by f.width, and the window height size in the display window size can be represented by f.height; in the standard window width size, the window width size can be expressed in s.width, and the window height size can be expressed in s.height.
For the shared end, the window width ratio can be represented by formula VpwIs determined by the formula VphHeight/s.height; for the shared end, the window width ratio can be represented by formula VfwF.width/s.width, the window height ratio can be determined by the formula VfhHeight/s.
Moreover, for each client, the step S230 and the step S240 for determining the window width ratio and the window height ratio have no strict time sequence relationship, for example, the window width ratio may be calculated first, the window height ratio may be calculated first, or the window width ratio and the window height ratio may be calculated simultaneously.
And S251, if the client is the sharing end, generating a document zooming message of the sharing end according to the larger value of the window width ratio and the window height ratio.
For the sharing end, the larger value of the window width ratio and the window height ratio can be used as the document zooming parameter of the sharing end, and the document zooming message of the sharing end can be generated according to the document zooming parameter of the sharing end.
And S252, if the client is the shared end, generating a document zooming message of the shared end according to the smaller value of the window width ratio and the window height ratio.
For the shared end, the smaller value of the window width ratio and the window height ratio can be used as the document zooming parameter of the shared end, and the document zooming message of the shared end can be generated according to the document zooming parameter of the shared end.
The size of the display window at the P end can be smaller than or equal to that of the display window at the F end, and can also be larger than that of the display window at the F end. Referring to fig. 3, assuming that the numbers of P-end and F-end are both 1, wherein (a) illustrates a case where the size of the display window at the P-end is larger than the display window ruler at the F-end; (b) the figure shows the case where the size of the display window at the P end is larger than the display window ruler at the F end.
In both cases (a) and (b) of fig. 3, the larger value max (V) of the window width ratio and the window height ratio for the P-end is determined according to the window width ratio and the window height ratiopw,Vph) Determining a document scaling parameter; for the F-terminal, the value min (V) can be determined according to the smaller value of the window width ratio and the window height ratiofw,Vfh) And determining a document scaling parameter.
Referring to FIG. 3(a), assume VpwIs 1.5, VphIs 1.4, VfwIs 0.9, VfhIs 0.8.
Aiming at the P end, the larger value 1.5 can be used as a document zooming parameter, so that when the P end utilizes 1.5 to zoom in and display the shared document, partial content in the y-axis direction of a display window is not displayed compared with a standard window, and the content of the shared document displayed by the shared end is not more than that displayed by the standard window;
aiming at the F end, the smaller value of 0.8 can be used as a document zooming parameter, so that when the F end is reduced by using 0.8 and displays a shared document, the display window can display more contents in the x-axis direction compared with a standard window, and the shared document contents displayed by the shared end are not less than the shared document contents displayed by the standard window;
therefore, the shared document content displayed by the sharing end is not more than the shared document content displayed by the shared end, namely the document content displayed by the sharing end can be all displayed on the shared end, and the sharing experience of a user is improved.
Referring to FIG. 3(b), assume VpwIs 0.9, VphIs 0.8, VfwIs 1.5, VfhIs 1.4.
Aiming at the P end, a larger value of 0.9 can be used as a document zooming parameter, so that when the P end is zoomed out by using 0.9 and displays a shared document, partial content in the y-axis direction of a display window is not displayed compared with a standard window, and the content of the shared document displayed by the shared end is not more than that displayed by the standard window;
aiming at the F end, the smaller value 1.4 can be used as a document zooming parameter, so that when the F end zooms in and displays the shared document by using 1.4, the display window can display more contents in the x-axis direction compared with the standard window, thereby realizing the content of the shared document displayed by the shared end, which is not less than the content of the shared document displayed by the standard window;
therefore, the shared document content displayed by the sharing end is not more than the shared document content displayed by the shared end, namely the document content displayed by the sharing end can be all displayed on the shared end, and the sharing experience of a user is improved.
In addition, in order to make fewer clients in the sharing range perform scaling adjustment, the document scaling message can be determined according to 1, the larger value of the window width ratio and the window height ratio aiming at the P end, so that the sharing end can be only enlarged and not reduced; and for the F end, determining the document zooming information further according to the smaller value of 1, the window width ratio and the window height ratio, so that the shared end only zooms out and does not zoom in.
S260, the document zooming message is sent to the client corresponding to the document zooming message, so that the shared document content displayed by the sharing end based on the document zooming message is not more than the shared document content displayed by the shared end based on the document zooming message.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure describes the determining step of the document zooming message in detail. In addition, the method for displaying the shared document provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure and the method for displaying the shared document provided by the embodiment belong to the same disclosure concept, and the technical details that are not described in detail in the embodiment can be referred to the embodiment, and the same technical features have the same beneficial effects in the embodiment and the embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment of the present disclosure and various alternatives in the method for presenting a shared document provided in the above embodiments may be combined. In the method for displaying a shared document provided in this embodiment, the step of determining the size of the display window is described in detail, and by requesting the resolution parameter of each client, the most suitable size of the display window can be determined based on the resolution of each client. In addition, the adaptive scaling of the shared document is further described, and by sending an adaptive scaling instruction to each client, the client can adaptively scale and adjust the displayed shared document according to the size change of the display window.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for displaying a shared document according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method for displaying a shared document provided by this embodiment includes:
and S410, responding to the sharing instruction, and requesting a resolution parameter from a client corresponding to the sharing instruction.
In this embodiment, the client includes a sharing end and a shared end.
When receiving a sharing instruction sent by a sharing end, a server can firstly determine the sharing end and a shared end according to a sharing end identifier and a shared end identifier carried in the sharing instruction; then, the resolution parameters can be requested from the sharing end and the shared end to obtain the resolution parameters of the sharing end and the shared end. Wherein the resolution parameter may be considered as the pixel size of the display screen.
And S420, responding to the resolution parameter fed back by the client, and determining the size of the display window of the client.
In this embodiment, when the sharing end and the shared end receive the request, the sharing end and the shared end may obtain the resolution parameters of the device to which the sharing end and the shared end belong, and feed back the resolution parameters to the server, so that the server determines the size of the display window corresponding to each resolution parameter according to a preset resolution-window matching relationship.
In addition, the server may also request the device identifier from the sharing end and the shared end, and may determine the resolution parameter of the device to which the sharing end and the shared end belong according to the received device identifier, thereby determining the size of the display window, where the step of determining the size of the display window is not exhaustive.
By requesting the resolution parameter of each client, the most suitable size of the display window can be determined based on the resolution of each client, so that the display effect of the clients is further improved, and the user experience is improved.
And S430, determining the size of the standard window according to a preset standard determination mode.
S440, generating a document zooming message according to the size of the display window and the size of the standard window based on a preset zooming rule.
S451, sending the size of the display window to a client corresponding to the size of the display window, so that the client renders the display window according to the size of the display window to display the shared document in the display window.
And S452, sending the document zooming message to the client corresponding to the document zooming message, so that the shared document content displayed by the sharing end based on the document zooming message is not more than the shared document content displayed by the shared end based on the document zooming message.
In this embodiment, step S451 and step S452 do not have a strict timing relationship, for example, the server may send the size of the presentation window first, and then send the document scaling message; for another example, the server may send the document zoom message first, and then send the display window size; also for example, the server may send the document zoom message and the presentation window size simultaneously.
The server sends the determined most suitable display window size of each client and the document scaling message to the corresponding client, so that the client can render the display window according to the display window size; zooming the requested shared document according to the received document zooming message; and displaying the zoomed shared document in a display window to realize the display of the shared document.
In some optional implementations, the method for displaying a shared document further includes: and sending the self-adaptive zooming instruction to the client so that the client responds to the self-adaptive zooming instruction and zooms and adjusts the shared document according to the resizing operation when the resizing operation of the display window is received.
In these alternative implementations, the resizing operation of the presentation window may include, but is not limited to, a zooming-in operation, a zooming-out operation, a horizontal-vertical screen switching operation, and the like of the window to change the size of the presentation window. The adaptive scaling instruction may include an adaptive scaling code, and the client may adaptively determine a document scaling parameter based on the adaptive scaling code, so as to perform scaling adjustment on the shared document according to the adaptively adjusted scaling parameter.
By sending the adaptive zooming instruction to each client, each client can re-determine the document zooming parameters by using the adaptive zooming code carried in the adaptive zooming instruction when receiving the size adjustment operation of the display window, so as to perform zooming adjustment on the display window size after adaptive change on the shared document in the display window, thereby further improving the user experience.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, the determination step of the size of the display window is optimized, and the most suitable size of the display window can be determined based on the resolution of each client by requesting the resolution parameter of each client. In addition, the adaptive zooming of the shared document is optimized, and the client can adaptively zoom and adjust the displayed shared document according to the size change of the display window by sending the adaptive zooming instruction to each client. The method for displaying the shared document provided by the embodiment of the disclosure and the method for displaying the shared document provided by the embodiment belong to the same disclosure concept, and the technical details which are not described in detail in the embodiment can be referred to the embodiment, and the same technical features have the same beneficial effects in the embodiment and the embodiment.
