Abstract
The invention discloses a conveying type security inspection device, which comprises: the conveying platform is provided with an inlet and an outlet at two ends respectively, and a conveying device for a person to be detected to stand and convey the person to be detected from the inlet end to the outlet end is arranged between the inlet and the outlet; the X-ray inspection device comprises an X-ray source and a detector, wherein the X-ray source and the detector are used for scanning and imaging legs and/or feet of a human body; according to the conveying type security inspection equipment, the inspected person is conveyed from the inlet to the outlet through the conveying device, X-ray perspective scanning of the inspected person is completed in the conveying process, whether the legs and/or feet of the inspected person contain forbidden articles or not can be effectively found, and the conveying type security inspection equipment has the characteristics of good security inspection effect, convenience and quickness.

Background
Public places such as stations, wharfs and the like have the characteristics of complicated personnel, large flow and dense personnel, so that the safety inspection of the public places such as stations, wharfs and the like is very important.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the conveying type security inspection equipment comprises: the conveying platform is provided with an inlet and an outlet at two ends respectively, and a conveying device for a person to be detected to stand and convey the person to be detected from the inlet end to the outlet end is arranged between the inlet and the outlet; the X-ray inspection device comprises an X-ray source and a detector, wherein the X-ray source and the detector are used for scanning and imaging legs and/or feet of a human body, the X-ray source is fixedly arranged on a conveying platform on one side surface of the conveying device, and the detector is fixedly arranged on a conveying platform on the other side surface opposite to the X-ray source and/or in the conveying device.
Furthermore, X ray source and detector be used for scanning formation of image to human leg and foot, the detector includes shank detector and foot detector, the shank detector sets up in the conveying platform side vertically, the foot detector level sets up in conveyor.
Furthermore, the leg detector and the foot detector are connected in an L shape.
Further, the inlet and the outlet are provided with static pedals.
Further, the height of the pedal is lower than the height of the upper surface of the conveying device.
Furthermore, the two sides of the conveying platform are provided with fences.
Furthermore, a pair of guide frames protruding inwards are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the two fences, a space for accommodating the shank of the human body to pass through is formed between the pair of guide frames, and the length of each guide frame is not less than that of the conveying device.

The conveying type security inspection equipment comprises a conveying platform, wherein an inlet 100 and an outlet 200 are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveying platform, and a conveying device for a person to be inspected to stand and convey the person to be inspected from the inlet 100 end to the outlet 200 end is arranged between the inlet 100 and the outlet 200; the X-ray inspection device comprises an X-ray source 1 and a detector 2, wherein the X-ray source 1 and the detector 2 are used for scanning and imaging legs and/or feet of a human body, the X-ray source 1 is fixedly arranged on a conveying platform on one side surface of a conveying device 3, and the detector 2 is fixedly arranged on the conveying platform on the other side surface opposite to the X-ray source 1 and/or in the conveying device 3.
The conveying platform is provided with fences 5 on two sides, and the fences 5 are arranged so that one end of the conveying platform is surrounded to form an inlet 100, and the other end of the conveying platform is surrounded to form an outlet 200. A pair of guide frames 6 protruding inwards are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the two fences 5, a space for accommodating the passage of the human shank is formed between the pair of guide frames 6, and the length of each guide frame 6 is not less than that of the conveying device 3. Due to the arrangement of the guide frame 6, the detected person can only stand on one side on the conveying device 3, and the influence on the safety inspection result and efficiency due to random standing is avoided. The entrance 100 and the exit 200 of the conveying platform are provided with static pedals 4, and the pedals 4 are used for walking transition of the detected person between the ground and the conveying device 3. The height of the pedal 4 is lower than that of the upper surface of the conveying device 3, so that sundries falling onto the conveying device 3 from soles and the like of inspected personnel can fall onto the pedal 4 along with the operation of the conveying device 3, and the damage to the conveying device caused by sundries being clamped between the conveying device 3 and the pedal 4 is reduced. The middle part of the conveying platform between the inlet 100 and the outlet 200 is provided with a hollow part, the conveying device 3 is arranged in the hollow part, the detected person can stand on the conveying device 3 by one side, and the conveying device 3 can convey the detected person from the inlet 100 end to the outlet 200 end. The conveying device 3 is a linear conveying belt or a turning conveying belt. The conveyor 3 of the conveyor-type security inspection device shown in fig. 1 to 4 is a linear conveyor belt, and the conveying platform and the enclosure 5 are linear. Fig. 5-7 show the conveyor 3 as a turning conveyor, with the conveying platform and the railing 5 being curved. The conveying type security inspection equipment adopting the turning conveying belt can be used for being placed in a special place, such as the corner and the turning part of a security inspection place, can be matched with the special place, and has the advantage of small occupied area.
In some embodiments, the X-ray examination apparatus comprises an X-ray source 1 and a detector 2 for scanning and imaging the leg of the human body, wherein the X-ray source 1 and the detector 2 are respectively positioned at two sides of a conveying device 3.
In some embodiments, the X-ray examination apparatus comprises an X-ray source 1 and a detector 2 for scanning and imaging the human foot. The X-ray source 1 is located at the side of the conveyor 3 and the detector 2 is located inside or at the bottom of the conveyor 3.
In some embodiments, the X-ray inspection apparatus includes an X-ray source 1 and a detector 2 for scanning and imaging the legs and feet of the human body, the X-ray source 1 is located at the side of the conveying device 3, and the detector 2 includes an L-shaped vertical portion and an L-shaped horizontal portion connected to each other. The vertical portion is for receiving leg imaging X-rays and the horizontal portion is for receiving foot imaging X-rays.
When the conveying type security inspection equipment works, an inspected person stands on the pedal 4 from the entrance 100 and then stands on the conveying device 3 on one side, when the conveying device 3 conveys the inspected person and passes through the middle of the X-ray source 1 and the detector 2, the X-ray beam 7 sweeps the legs and/or the feet of the inspected person, the detector 2 receives rays which penetrate the legs and/or the feet of the inspected person, and a ray signal received by the detector 2 is converted into a perspective image through processing. The staff can judge whether the legs and/or feet of the person to be inspected carry prohibited articles or not through the perspective image. The person to be inspected is conveyed to the end of the exit 200 by the conveying device 3, stands on the pedal 4 of the exit 200 and leaves the conveying platform.

Claims (8)
1. A transport security inspection apparatus, comprising:
the conveying platform is provided with an inlet and an outlet at two ends respectively, and a conveying device for a person to be detected to stand and convey the person to be detected from the inlet end to the outlet end is arranged between the inlet and the outlet;
the X-ray inspection device comprises an X-ray source and a detector, wherein the X-ray source and the detector are used for scanning and imaging legs and/or feet of a human body, the X-ray source is fixedly arranged on a conveying platform on one side surface of the conveying device, and the detector is fixedly arranged on a conveying platform on the other side surface opposite to the X-ray source and/or in the conveying device.
2. The conveying type security inspection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the X-ray source and the detector are used for scanning and imaging legs and feet of a human body, the detector comprises a leg detector and a foot detector, the leg detector is vertically arranged on the side surface of the conveying platform, and the foot detector is horizontally arranged in the conveying device.
3. A conveyor security screening apparatus as in claim 2 wherein the leg and foot detectors are connected in an L-shape.
4. A conveyor screening apparatus as in claim 1 wherein the inlet and outlet are provided with stationary treadles.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the height of the step plate is lower than the height of the upper surface of the conveyor.
6. A conveyor safety inspection apparatus as in claim 1 wherein fences are provided on both sides of the conveyor platform.
7. The transport safety inspection device according to claim 6, wherein a pair of guide frames protruding inwards is provided on the inner side surfaces of the two rails, a space for accommodating the shank of the human body is provided between the pair of guide frames, and the length of the guide frames is not less than that of the transport device.
8. A conveyor safety inspection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the conveyor means is a linear conveyor belt or a curved conveyor belt.
