The reinforcing member of the embodiment is used for the preheater inner cylinder hanging piece 100, and comprises an upper reinforcing member 210 and a connecting reinforcing member 220, wherein the lower part of the upper reinforcing member 210 is an upper hanging reinforcing part 211, and the top end of the connecting reinforcing member 220 is connected with the upper reinforcing part 210. a first upper table top (521) and a second upper table top (522) are arranged at the bottom end of the hanging piece, a height difference exists between the first upper table top (521) and the second upper table top (522), and a second sealing surface (520) is formed between the first upper table top (521) and the second upper table top (522); the top end of the hanging piece is provided with a first lower table top (511) and a second lower table top (512), the first lower table top (511) and the second lower table top (512) have a height difference, a first sealing surface (510) is formed between the first lower table top (511) and the second lower table top (512), and gaps are arranged between the first lower table top (511) and the first upper table top (521) and between the second upper table top (522) and the second lower table top (512).

5. A preheater inner tube hanger as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first splice contact surface (113) of the first splice holder (112) and the second splice contact surface (133) of the second splice holder (132) are inclined towards the side remote from the connector (120).
6. A preheater inner tube hanger as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first splice end face (114) of the first splice holder (112) and the second splice end face (134) of the second splice holder (132) are inclined towards the side remote from the connector (120).
7. A preheater inner tube hanger as set forth in claim 5 wherein said angle of inclination is β, said 0 ° < β < 60 °.
8. A preheater inner tube hanger as set forth in claim 6 wherein said angle of inclination is α, said angle of inclination being 0 ° < α < 60 °.
9. A preheater inner tube hanger as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first upper deck surface (521) corresponds to the first lower deck surface (511); the second upper mesa (522) corresponds to the second lower mesa (512).
10. A preheater inner tube hanger as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first upper table surface (521), the second upper table surface (522), the first lower table surface (511) and the second lower table surface (512) are all horizontally disposed.
11. A preheater inner tube hanger as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first seal face (510) and the second seal face (520) are arranged vertically.
