The rotating shaft 401 is sleeved with a spring 403; the upper end of the spring 403 abuts against the inner top surface of the accommodating slot 201, and the lower end of the spring abuts against the upper surface of the wedge-shaped plate 4. When the wedge-shaped plate 4 is pressed against the ceiling, the outer cylinder 2 keeps the position fixed through the flange 203, so that the wedge-shaped plate 4 moves upwards relatively to compress the spring 403, the pre-tightening effect can be realized through the elastic force of the spring 403, and the wedge-shaped plate 4 can be kept in contact with the ceiling better.
As shown in fig. 8, the upper end surface of the outer cylinder 2 is fixedly connected with a protective cover 5 through a screw; the side wall of the protective cover 5 is provided with an avoiding opening 501 in clearance fit with the driven wheel 402.
