Claims (10)

1. An electric connection structure is characterized in that the electric connection structure comprises a light emitting module and an electric connection post, the light emitting module comprises a lamp panel and a circuit board, the lamp panel and the circuit board are mutually stacked, one side of the lamp panel facing the circuit board is provided with LED lamp beads, a notch is arranged on the circuit board corresponding to the LED lamp beads, the LED lamp beads are exposed from the notch, one side of the circuit board facing away from the lamp panel is provided with a plurality of electronic components,
the electricity connection post is fixed to be located one side of lamp plate, correspond on the light emitting module electricity connection post's position is equipped with and pierces through in proper order the lamp plate with the line hole is crossed to the circuit board, electricity connection post's one end is passed it extremely to cross the line hole one side of circuit board, and wear out that section of crossing the line hole and be equipped with first tin soldering portion between electricity connection post and the circuit board, the lamp plate with be equipped with second tin soldering portion between the circuit board.
2. The electrical connection structure of claim 1, wherein a side wall of the notch is provided with a solder slot extending through the circuit board, and the second solder portion is disposed in the solder slot.
3. The electrical connection structure of claim 1, further comprising a sealant layer covering the electrical connection post and the first solder portion.

The power connection structure of claim 1, wherein the wire passing holes comprise a first via hole arranged on the lamp panel and a second via hole arranged on the circuit board, the second via hole comprises a main hole and lug holes positioned on two sides of the main hole, the diameter of the first via hole is larger than the maximum distance of the second via hole, and the power connection posts are embedded in the lug holes in two and one-to-one correspondence.

An LED lighting device comprises a shell, a light-emitting module and a power connection wire, wherein the light-emitting module is arranged in the shell, one end of the power connection wire extends into the shell and is connected with the light-emitting module, the other end of the power connection wire extends out of the shell and is connected with a mains supply, the power connection structure of any one of claims 1-4 is adopted between the power connection wire and the light-emitting module, the power connection wire comprises a leather sheath and a wire core, and the wire core is arranged as the power connection post.
6. The LED lighting device of claim 5 wherein the housing comprises a first shell and a second shell,
a first cavity is arranged in the first shell, a first opening is formed in one end of the first shell of the first cavity, and a plurality of connecting columns facing the first opening are arranged in the first cavity;
a second cavity and a third cavity are arranged in the second shell, a second opening is formed in one end of the second shell of the second cavity, a third opening is formed in the other end of the second shell of the third cavity, a partition plate is arranged between the second cavity and the third cavity for separating the second cavity from the third cavity, and a plurality of connecting holes penetrating through the second cavity and the third cavity are formed in the partition plate;
the end, provided with the first opening, of the first shell is in butt joint with the end, provided with the second opening, of the second shell, the connecting columns are opposite to the connecting holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and a screw is fixedly connected between each pair of connecting columns and the connecting holes.

The LED lighting device according to claim 6, wherein a threading hole penetrating the second cavity and the third cavity is formed in the position, staggered from the connecting hole, of the partition plate, the light emitting module is attached to the partition plate on one side of the third cavity, the lamp panel is located on one side close to the partition plate, the LED lighting device further comprises a fixing plug, the fixing plug is plugged in the threading hole in a matched mode, the electric wire penetrates through the fixing plug, a wire core at one end of the fixing plug penetrates through the threading hole to the third cavity, and the other end of the fixing plug penetrates out of the second cavity and the first cavity to the outside of the shell.

the convex lens is fixedly connected with the second main body through a screw, the planar lens is embedded in the tube hole of the light guide cover, a limiting seat is arranged in the tube hole of the light guide cover, the outer side of the planar lens abuts against the limiting seat, and the inner side of the planar lens abuts against the convex lens.

The LED lighting device according to claim 9, wherein an annular limiting groove is formed on an outer periphery of the coupling end, a fastening screw hole is formed at a position corresponding to the limiting groove at the end of the light guide cover, the fastening screw hole is screwed with the fastening screw, and a head of the fastening screw is pressed into the limiting groove.
