The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the device comprises an upper frame, a spring plate, a first wedge plate, a second wedge plate, a foundation plate, a first filler strip, a second filler strip, a third filler strip, a fixing device and an installation tool; the upper frame is connected with the foundation plate through the spring plate, the first pad strip, the second pad strip and the third pad strip are fixed on the foundation plate, the spring plate is tightly pressed against the first pad strip and the third pad strip, a first groove and a second groove are machined in the outer side of the upper frame, one side of the mounting tool is fixed at the positions of the first groove and the second groove of the upper frame, and the other side of the mounting tool is fixed with the foundation plate.
In the elastic device of the upper frame of the generator motor, the spring plate is made of forged steel 35CrMo, the smooth finish on both sides of the spring plate is Ra6.3, a gap exists between the spring plate and the third filler strip, and the spring plate elastically deforms when stressed.

As shown in fig. 1, the elastic device of the upper frame of the generator-motor comprises an upper frame 1, a spring plate 2, a first wedge plate 3, a second wedge plate 4, a base plate 5, a first filler strip 6, a second filler strip 7, a third filler strip 8, a fixing device 9 and an installation tool 10; as shown in fig. 1, the upper frame 1 is connected with the foundation plate 5 through the spring plate 2, the first pad strip 6, the second pad strip 7 and the third pad strip 8 are all fixed on the foundation plate 5, the spring plate 2 is tightly pressed against the first pad strip 6 and the third pad strip 8, and the distance between the spring plate 2 and the third pad strip 8 is adjusted through the first wedge plate 3 and the second wedge plate 4, so that the gap between the spring plate 2 and the third pad strip 8 meets the calculation requirement. Part of radial force generated when the upper frame 1 is thermally expanded can be absorbed by the deformation of the spring plate 2, so that the effect of reducing the radial stress of concrete is achieved. The spring plate 2 is fixed in four directions by means of the fixing means 9.
As shown in fig. 2, a first groove 11 and a second groove 12 are processed on the upper frame 1, the parallelism requirement of the installation tool 10 is 0.1mm when the installation tool is in contact with the upper frame 1 and the base plate 5, and the installation tool 10 is respectively fixed with the upper frame 1 and the base plate 5 to ensure the parallelism requirement of the base plate 5 with the upper frame 1 when pouring.
