In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the high-solidity oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system further includes a water replenishing device 5, the water replenishing device 5 replenishes circulating water to the water jacket furnace 21 through a circulating water line, and hot water in the coils of the first heating assembly 11 and the second heating assembly 31 enters the water replenishing device 5 after being cooled by heat exchange.
Further, the coil of the second heating element 31 is connected to the circulating water line between the water replenishing devices 5, and a bypass line is further included, the bypass line extends to the position of the filtering element 34, and a control switch is included at the port, so as to provide high-temperature shower water for the filtering element 34 and assist in filtering oil sludge. When hot water is needed to be added for spraying, the control switch is turned on. Further, the water replenishing device 5 comprises a water replenishing tank.
In addition, in order to reduce the heat loss of the pipeline in the material conveying process, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the discharge port of the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device is connected with the feed port of the circulation heating device through a first heat preservation pipeline 6; and the discharge hole of the circulating heating device is respectively connected with the feed inlet of the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device and the feed inlet of the filtering device through a second heat preservation pipeline 7.
In the present invention, a slurry pump 41 or a cement truck can be used as an injection device to inject the material in the filter into the service well.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the discharge port of the filtering device is connected to the mud pump 41 through a third insulated line 8; the mud pump 41 pumps the material in the filter unit through the fourth insulated line 9 into the service well.
Further, the first heat preservation pipeline 6, the second heat preservation pipeline 7, the third heat preservation pipeline 8 and the fourth heat preservation pipeline 9 are all insulated by electric heating tapes and used for reducing heat loss of pipelines in the process of conveying the profile control liquid.
As another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a high-pour-point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation method, which adopts the above system, and includes the following steps:
1) preparing an oil sludge solution:
mixing hot water with the water temperature not lower than 75 ℃ with high-pour-point oil sludge according to the mass ratio of 2: 1-3: 1 to obtain an oil sludge solution; hot water mixing is carried out in advance when the oil sludge is discharged, so that the preliminary dispersion of the oil sludge is realized;
2) preparing an oil sludge profile control agent:
inputting the oil sludge solution into an oil sludge profile control agent preparation device, adding an additive, heating by adopting a heating assembly, preserving heat by adopting a heat preservation assembly, and stirring under a certain temperature condition to obtain an oil sludge profile control agent;
3) cyclic heating oil sludge profile control agent:
inputting the oil sludge profile control agent into a circulating heating device for circulating heating, inputting part of the heated oil sludge profile control agent into an oil sludge profile control agent preparation device, and inputting part of the heated oil sludge profile control agent into a filtering device;
4) filtration and injection into the disposal well:
the heated oil sludge profile control agent is filtered by a filtering device and is injected into a measure well by an injection device.
Preferably, the additives in step 2) include polyacrylamide, a cross-linking agent and a dispersing agent; the mass ratio of the oil sludge solution to the polyacrylamide to the cross-linking agent to the dispersing agent is 450:1:3:1, and experiments prove that the optimal profile control effect can be achieved by the ratio.
Preferably, the temperature condition during stirring in the step 2) is 50-55 ℃, so that the fluidity of the profile control liquid is ensured.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step 2) is 100 revolutions per minute, and the oil sludge solution, the polyacrylamide, the cross-linking agent and the dispersing agent are fully mixed.
Preferably, the temperature in the circulating heating device in the step 3) is 70-75 ℃, so that the solidification and the formation blockage caused by the solidification can be avoided in the process of injecting the profile control liquid into the formation.
In conclusion, the invention injects the high-condensation oil into the well under a good flow state through five heating and heat-preserving processes on the ground, ensures the high-efficiency implementation of the high-condensation oil sludge profile control well, realizes the harmless treatment of the sludge discharge, and plays a positive role in cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the oil field.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, and it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that other variations or modifications may be made on the basis of the above description, and all embodiments may not be exhaustive, and all obvious variations or modifications may be included within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (14)
1. A high-pour-point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system is characterized by comprising an oil sludge profile control agent preparation device, a circulating heating device, a filtering device and an injection device;
the discharge hole of the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device is connected with the feed hole of the circulating heating device, the discharge hole of the circulating heating device is respectively connected with the feed hole of the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device and the feed hole of the filtering device, the discharge hole of the filtering device is connected with the injection device, and the injection device injects materials in the filtering device into the measure well; wherein,
the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device comprises a first heating component and a first heat preservation component;
the filtering device comprises a second heating component and a second heat preservation component.
2. The high pour-point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system according to claim 1, wherein the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device further comprises a stirring tank; wherein, a heating element locates the agitator tank inner chamber, and a heat preservation subassembly is located the agitator tank outside.
3. The high pour point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system according to claim 2, wherein the filtering device further comprises a filtering tank and a filtering assembly; wherein, the second heating element and the filter element are arranged in the inner cavity of the filter tank, and the second heat-preserving element is arranged outside the filter tank.
4. The high pour point sludge profile control ground injection heating and holding system of claim 3, wherein the first heating assembly and the second heating assembly each comprise a coil.
5. The high pour point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and thermal insulation system of claim 3, wherein the first thermal insulation assembly and the second thermal insulation assembly each comprise a thermal insulation layer.
6. A high pour-point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the circulation heating device comprises a water jacket furnace and a liquid guide pump connected with a discharge port of the water jacket furnace, wherein the water heated in the water jacket furnace is connected with the coil pipe through a circulation water pipeline to provide hot water for the coil pipe; and the oil sludge profile control agent enters the water jacket furnace from the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device and is heated and then is respectively pumped into the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device and the filtering device through the liquid guide pump.
7. The high pour-point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system according to claim 6, further comprising a water replenishing device, wherein the water replenishing device replenishes circulating water for the water jacket furnace through a circulating water pipeline, and hot water in the coil enters the water replenishing device after being subjected to heat exchange and temperature reduction.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein a bypass line is further included in a circulating water line between the coil pipe in the filtering tank and the water replenishing device, the bypass line extends to the filtering assembly, and a port of the bypass line includes a control switch for providing high-temperature shower water for the filtering assembly to assist in filtering the oil sludge.
9. The high pour point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system according to claim 1, wherein a discharge port of the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device is connected with a feed port of the circulation heating device through a first heat preservation pipeline.
10. The high pour point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system according to claim 1, wherein a discharge port of the circulation heating device is respectively connected with a feed port of the oil sludge profile control agent preparation device and a feed port of the filtering device through a second heat preservation pipeline.
11. The high pour point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system according to claim 1, wherein the injection device is a slurry pump or a cement truck.
12. The high pour point sludge profile control ground injection heating and insulation system of claim 11, wherein the discharge port of the filter device is connected to the slurry pump through a third insulation line.
13. The high pour point sludge profile control surface injection heating and holding system of claim 12, wherein the mud pump pumps material from the filtration unit through a fourth holding line into a service well.
14. The high-pour-point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation method is characterized by adopting the high-pour-point oil sludge profile control ground injection heating and heat preservation system as defined in any one of claims 1 to 13, and comprises the following steps:
1) preparing an oil sludge solution:
mixing hot water with the water temperature not lower than 75 ℃ with high-condensation oil sludge to obtain an oil sludge solution;
2) preparing an oil sludge profile control agent:
inputting the oil sludge solution into an oil sludge profile control agent preparation device, adding an additive, heating by adopting a heating assembly, preserving heat by adopting a heat preservation assembly, and stirring under a certain temperature condition to obtain an oil sludge profile control agent;
3) cyclic heating oil sludge profile control agent:
inputting the oil sludge profile control agent into a circulating heating device for circulating heating, inputting part of the heated oil sludge profile control agent into an oil sludge profile control agent preparation device, and inputting part of the heated oil sludge profile control agent into a filtering device;
4) filtration and injection into the disposal well:
the heated oil sludge profile control agent is filtered by a filtering device and is injected into a measure well by an injection device.
